Abstract

Dalam banyak kasus informasi ini kurang memadai untuk membuat sebuah keputusan yang spesifik guna memecahkan permasalahan tertentu. Oleh karena itulah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dibuat sebagai suatu cara untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ini. Konsep sistem pendukung pengambilan keputusan yang berbasis komputer (computer based decision support system) saat ini sedang berkembang sangat pesat. Didalam proses pengambilan keputusan terdapat benyak kriteria yang digunakan, serta banyak juga metode yang bisa dipakai untuk mendapatkan solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Metode yang akan dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah fuzzy simple additive weighting, yang merupakan metode gabungan antara teori fuzzy dan metode penjumlahan bobot dalam system pendukung keputusan. Dalam metode ini terdapat dua bagian utama yang akan dibahas, yaitu proses pembobotan dan proses perengkingan. Dimana didalam proses pembobotannya terdapat proses normalisasi data yang membagi setiap variabel inputnya menjadi variabel benefit dan variabel cost. Adapun data uji yang akan digunakan sebanyak 120 buah data. Hasil perengkingan yang didapatkan dari metode ini nantinya akan dibandingkan dengan mengalikan nilai kepentingan data dengan data itu sendiri.

Abstract

Sekolah sebagai suatu institusi pendidikan, sering dihadapkan pada permasalahan untuk mengambil keputusan dalam menentukan siswa berprestasi. Pemilihan dan penetapan siswa ini menjadi proses yang lama dan rumit, dalam proses pengambilan keputusan ini melibatkan lebih dari satu orang pengambil keputusan, dan juga prioritas kriteria milik masing-masing pengambil keputusan harus dipertimbangkan, maka diperlukan suatu teknik pengambilan keputusan yang cepat dan akurat. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan tersebut adalah Group Decision Support System (GDSS). Metode pengambilan keputusan untuk setiap group menggunakan ELECTRE dan hasil keputusan dari setiap group dikolaborasikan dengan metode Copeland Score. Hasil penelitian adalah model aplikasi pendukung keputusan pemilihan siswa berprestasi yang menerapkan kedua metode tersebut.  Kata Kunci – Group Decision Support System (GDSS), Siswa Berpretasi, Electre, Copeland Score

Abstract

Optimasi adalah hal penting dalam suatu algoritma. Ini dapat menghemat kebutuhan dalam suatu kegiatan. Pada Minimum Spanning Tree, yang ingin dicapai adalah bagaimana semua vertexs terhubung dengan bobot terkecil. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (i) mengetahui Model graf kebutuhan kabel fiber optik Universitas Bengkulu.; (ii) membandingkan efisiensi Algoritma Boruvka dan Algoritma Sollin dalam implementasi teori Minimum Spanning Tree. Untuk mendapatkan luaran diperlukan beberapa tahap: pengumpulan data: merancang model. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (i) menghasilkan sistem aplikasi sebagai simulasi dalam menentukan optimasi panjang kabel fiber optik menggunakan Algoritma Boruvka dan Algoritma Sollin.; (ii) Total panjang kabel fiber optik awal yang telah digunakan Universitas Bengkulu dalam membangun jalur fiber optik sebelum optimasi sebesar 9.490.76061796493 meter (9,49 km).; (iii) Hasil optimasi panjang kabel fiber optik, Algoritma Boruvka dan Algoritma Sollin menghasilkan hasil optimasi yang sama yaitu 4.438,521266107877 meter (4,438 km).; (iv) Waktu yang diperlukan Algoritma Boruvka dan Algoritma Sollin untuk menghasilkan hasil optimasi berbeda, Algoritma Boruvka sebesar 0.5376448631287 detik dan Algoritma Sollin sebesar 0.6970238685608 detik.

Abstract

The allocated area for soybean cultivation has been gradually decreasing, leading to a decline in both production and productivity. Consequently, the current level of soybean production and productivity falls short of meeting the demand within the community. One potential solution to augment soybean output and efficiency involves allocating specific parcels of land for soybean cultivation. It is essential to conduct land evaluations tailored to soybean cultivation, accounting for the land's inherent potential, in order to optimize land utilization. Thus, a comprehensive system is required to assess land suitability, particularly for soybean cultivation, and employ the results of this classification as recommendations for land allocation. This research employess combination the Classification and Regression Tree (CART) method and the Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) algorithm to classify suitable land for soybean cultivation. CART is used for classification and ABC is utilized for feature selection to identify the most relevant attributes in case of the algorithm improvement. Through a series of iterative experiments involving 5, 10, 25, 50, 75, and 100 iterations, the best attribute was determined following three attempts at each iteration. The Confusion Matrix test yielded an accuracy rate of 94.22% for the CART method in the second experiment, while the combined use of the best ABC and CART combination resulted in an accuracy rate of 97.11%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the integration of the artificial bee colony (ABC) algorithm with the classification and regression tree (CART) method outperforms the sole use of the CART method in terms of accuracy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the response of needs to the development of E-modules material elasticity and hooke law in Lebong Regency high school. This research is part of the R n D research method but is only limited to the needs analysis stage, the sampling technique used is pusposive sampling with data samples in this study, namely 201 students of grade XI IPA and 5 physics teachers in 3 high schools. The data collection techniques used are interviews, questionnaires and observations. The instrument used in this research is an e-module development needs questionnaire sheet for students and teachers. Test results showed that the instrument used was valid and reliable. The results also mentioned that students and teachers at high school in Lebong Regency urgently need the development of E-modules of elasticity and hooke law. With the results obtained from the responses of teachers and students namely strongly agree. Therefore, from these results, researchers hope to contribute to educational practitioners in order to develop teaching materials in the form of E-modules of elasticity and hooke law for students.

Abstract

This study has the aim of analyzing the responses of physics teachers and students to the need for developing e-modules on the amount and units of material at the SMA Negeri in Payakumbuh City. This research is part of the R & D research with the ADDIE model but is only limited to the needs analysis stage using quantitative methods. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with data samples, namely 8 physics teachers and 250 students in 5 high schools during the covid-19 pandemic. Data collection techniques used are interviews, questionnaires and observation. The instrument used is a questionnaire on the need for e-module development for physics students and teachers. The results of this study indicate that the instruments used are valid and reliable and show that physics teachers and students strongly agree that the e-module material on quantities and units really needs to be developed to support effective online learning. Different from previous research, the update of this research was carried out in all public high schools in Payakumbuh City and focused on physics subject matter of quantities and units. This research contributes to educational practitioners so that they can develop an e-module teaching material product of magnitude and unit material for students.

Abstract

This study determined whether there is any influence and how much influence the role of the school committee and school operational assistance programs on the quality of education. This research was conducted in SMP Negeri Rambang, Muara Enim. This type of research is quantitative research. While the method in this research uses the partial correlation method. The sample in this study were 45 educators and teaching staff at the school. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. The results of this study showed that 1) there is a relationship between the role of the school committee and the school operational assistance program; 2) there is an influence between the role of the school committee on the quality of education; 3) there is an influence between the school operational assistance program on the implementation of education quality; and 4) there is a significant joint effect between the role of the school committee and the school operational assistance program on the quality of education.

Abstract

Website development usually involves programming experts in creating websites as information media and a server is needed as a home for the website being developed. These two reasons make websites very difficult for laypeople, especially teachers in educational institutions. Teachers have simple duties and functions in teaching. Technically, a teacher must be able to operate applications, both websites and social media information media. On the other hand, a teacher also needs a media for publishing information related to the profession being pursued, not only the publication of personal information, daily activities, but also the publication of teaching materials, new things related to learning, both to students and to the general public. The problem that arises is that not all teachers can create reliable websites and online access. Based on the survey results, at LPD Al Bahjah there are teachers who are very enthusiastic about operating personal websites. The solution offered is in the form of website development on a platform that has a template that is integrated with artificial intelligence in the process of personifying the user interface and selecting a website theme according to user input. The results of the community service carried out are that the community service participants are very enthusiastic in socializing website development, not only general technical use but also successfully creating personal websites.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan algoritma K-Means Clustering untuk mengidentifikasi gender berdasarkan karakteristik suara. Metodologi melibatkan pre-processing data audio, ekstraksi fitur menggunakan Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC), dan pengelompokan dengan K-Means. Hasil menunjukkan keberhasilan dalam memisahkan suara menjadi dua cluster: 70.2% suara perempuan dan 29.8% suara laki-laki. Kombinasi MFCC dan K-Means terbukti efektif dalam menangkap perbedaan karakteristik frekuensi antar gender. Metode ini menunjukkan potensi signifikan untuk aplikasi pengenalan suara berbasis gender tanpa memerlukan label awal.

Abstract

Permainan interaktif dapat menjadi medium edukasi efektif bagi anak-anak usia dini. Game Karakter Anak Usia Dini (GKAUD) dikembangkan untuk mendukung pembelajaran sembilan pilar karakter positif yang penting dalam pembentukan nilai-nilai moral dan sosial. Game ini dirancang berbasis platform Android dan menargetkan anak-anak usia 4-6 tahun yang bersekolah di Taman Kanak-Kanak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi desain dan implementasi GKAUD serta dampaknya terhadap peningkatan pemahaman karakter anak. Game terdiri dari enam level, masing-masing mencerminkan nilai karakter seperti tanggung jawab, cinta Tuhan, kejujuran, dan kerja sama. Melalui evaluasi berbasis poin dan bintang, hasil menunjukkan bahwa game ini memberikan pendekatan yang menyenangkan dan efektif untuk pembelajaran karakter. Studi ini merekomendasikan integrasi GKAUD ke dalam kurikulum pendidikan anak usia dini.
