Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Leadership Style and Health Facilities on Patient Satisfaction and the object of research at the Nusa Penida I Public Health Center in Nusa Penida, Klungkung Regency. The aim is to examine the influence of leadership style, health facilities and patient satisfaction. Methodology: Population 396 For three months starting January-March and using a sample of 80 respondents, using a questionnaire, with validity and reliability tests, correlation analysis, and simultaneous significance test (F test), partial significance test (t-test) using multiple linear regression , assisted by SPSS Software version 24. The hypothesis in this study uses three hypotheses with the results Hypothesis1. The variable of leadership style and health facility variables with the F-count test simultaneously "has a positive and significant effect" on the patient satisfaction variable. Hypothesis 2. Leadership Style partially has a significant positive effect on Patient Satisfaction. 3. Facilities produce t count partially "positive and significant effect" on Patient Satisfaction Implication: The coefficient of determination (adjusted R) is 64.5% which shows that Leadership Style and Health Facilities on Patient Satisfaction is 64.4% and is equal to 36.6% Leadership Style and Health Facilities are influenced by other variables not examined in this study and can be further investigated.

Abstract

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa Pengaruh Resiko Kredit terhadap profitabilitas.  Hubungan Pengaruh Resiko Kredit terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA)  dalam sejumlah penelitian yang telah dikembangkan diketemukan Pengaruh Resiko Kredit terhadap Profitabilitas dengan hasil negatif dan ada  juga berpengaruh positif signifikan .  Celah penelitian tersebut pada penelitian sekarang perlu dimediasi viable baru, agar Resiko Kredit tidak mempengaruhi menurunnya tingkat profitabilitas . Adapun variabel mediasi tersebut adalah kecukupan Modal ( CAR)Hasil dari analisis Pengaruh Risiko Kredit Terhadap Profitabilitas Dengan Kecukupan Modal Sebagai Variabel Mediasi menunjukkan bahwa CAR mampu memediasi pengaruh langsung NPL terhadap ROA. Dimana pengaruh langsung NPL terhadap ROA semula bernilai-0,562,namun setelah adanya CAR sebagai variabel mediasi, pengaruh hubungan tersebut meningkat  menjadi 0.163.Semakin banyaknya kredit macet pada suatu lembaga keuangan  maka hal tersebut akan menyebabkan kerugian. Untuk menutupi kerugian tersebut lembaga keuangan mengembalikannya  dari  permodalan  yang dimilikinya sehingga akan menurunkan nilai CAR dari Koperasi

Abstract

In the research result, analysis and discussion about the problem of influence between independent variable and dependent by using methodology of multiple regression analysis, the number of respondents 78 people from the total population, can be explained as follows: Communication Variables (X1) partially significant effect on variable Satisfaction employee work (Y). With the t test on the Communication variable produces: t count of 3.202 and significance of 0.002. t arithmetic 3.202 t table whose value is 1.663 with significance level 0.173 0.05, it can be seen that the hypothesis that Communications have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. So that communication take the role of doniman in employee job satisfaction. Variable of Industrial Relations (X2) partially significant result t count equal to 5,349 and significance equal to 0,000. t count 5.349 t table whose value is 1.663 with significance level 0.173 0.05, it can be seen that the hypothesis expressing industrial relations have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, this proves industrial relations run harmonious .. Hypothesis accepted by t arithmetic 1.377 t table 0.663, then the hypothesis which states that there is a significant positive influence between communication and industrial relations with employee job satisfaction. With the good relationship to the two variables so that employee job satisfaction can run well, further research can be done on other occasions with variables outside this research.

Abstract

Bali has a tourism center in the Badung area, one of which is the Paragon Resort Hotel. During the COVID-19 pandemic, many hotels experienced a decrease in visitors, therefore various promotional tips were carried out by hotel management, one of which was using Instagram. This study aims to determine how much influence Instagram as a digital marketing media has on increasing hotel occupancy during the COVID-19 pandemic in Badung-Bali Regency.In this study, there are two independent variables, namely Digital Marketing (X1), Instagram (X2) and the dependent variable, namely Increasing Hotel Occupancy (Y). The research method used is quantitative research methods and sample collection by convenience sampling method. Data was collected through the distribution of online questionnaires via google form to 100 respondents. The data processing technique was carried out by descriptive analysis through research instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. Through the multiple linear analysis test the results obtained on the Instagram variable (X1) have an effect of 0.394 while the Digital marketing variable (X2) has an influence of 0.576 on hotel occupancy (Y). In addition, from the results of the coefficient of determination test, there are results of .478, which means that the influence of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y) has a very large influence, namely 47.8%. The t-test results show that the significance value is 0.05, which is 0.010 in the X1 variable, while the X2 variable also obtains a significance value of 0.05, which is 0.000 so that it can be stated that Instagram and digital marketing media have a significant effect on increasing hotel occupancy ( Y). In the F test there is a calculated F result that is 44,452 and a significance of 0.000 0.05, this means that there is a simultaneous effect of Instagram (x1) and digital marketing media (x2) on increasing hotel occupancy (Y)

Abstract

This research is based on the Effect of Leadership and Communication Style on Organizational Performance. Taking the Object of Research at the Study Program Outside Domicile (PDD) Jembrana Bali State Polytechnic (Pilot Academy of the Jembrana Country Community). The purpose of this study is to find out more about leadership style, communication and organizational performance Problem formulation: whether leadership style and communication affect organizational performance. The theoretical foundation in research uses the Management Document. Methodology: Papulation and sampling with 35 respondents, using a questionnaire list and tabulated then analyzed by multiple regression using SPSS version 24. The results of the analysis of Leadership Style yield: t count of 9.185 and significance of 0.000. t count 9.185 t table whose value is 1.69 with a significance level of 0.736 0.05. Communication produces t count of -1.922 and significance of 0.064. t count -1.922 t table whose value is 1.69 with a significance level of 0.736 0.05. Hypothesis is accepted with t count 7.263 t table 0.736, then the hypothesis which states that there is a significant positive influence between Leadership Style and Communication on Organizational Performance. The implications of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R) obtained by 75.4% indicate that the Leadership and Communication Style of organizational performance 75.4% and as much as 24.6% Leadership Style and Communication are influenced by other variables not examined in this study and can be further investigated

Abstract

Objek penelitian di Kota Denpasar pada UMKM yang bergerak dibidang perikanan dengan membudidayakan ikan lele. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kelayakan bisnis yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran yang lebih mendalam dari kelayakan suatu bisnis dari aspek SKB dengan cara analisis kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif.  Menggunakan analisis SWOT meliputi NPV, IRR, PP, dengan cara wawancara dan observasi. Hasi penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai (NPV) yaitu Rp. 10.829.000,00, Rp. 56.246.244,00, Rp. 100.504.980,00, nilai (IRR) sebesar 79,55 % lebih besar dari tingkat suku bunga yang ditetapkan, nilai (PP) yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa hanya memerlukan waktu 1 tahun 6, 62 bulan untuk mengembalikan investasi. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan, usaha budidaya ikan lele ini bernilai positif dan bisa untuk ditingkatkan lagi dalam pengembangan usahanya. Usaha budidaya ikan lele layak untuk dijalankan terlebih dapat menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

Karangasem Regency is one of the regencies in Bali which has the highest poverty rate in Bali, The Gerbangsadu Mandara program in 2016 has been distributed in 54 villages with an average budget of 1 billion rupiah per village. However, in mid 2017 the eruption of Mount Agung erupted causing economic paralysis in 22 affected villages in Karangasem Regency. Among them 18 villages are disaster prone areas (KRB) are recipients of the Gerbangsadu Mandara program.  Indicators in measuring effectiveness used are performance measurement instruments for 2016-2018 in the form of CCR, ROI, LAR financial ratios aimed at measuring health and its relation to the readiness of citizens to receive further intervention from the government for the following year. The problems to be solved in this study are: How is the effectiveness of Gerbangsadu Mandara Special Financial Assistance (BKK) in 18 villages of Mount Agung Eruption in Karangasem Regency as seen from Cost Coverage Ratio (CCr), Return on Investment (ROI), and Loan at Risk (LAR). The results showed that during the period 2016-2018, the average performance of 18 Bumdes in Karangasem Regency for a Cost Coverage Ratio (CCr) ratio of 183% (very satisfying), Return on Investment (ROI) of 7% (quite satisfactory), and Loan at Risk (LAR) of 19% (minimum). Paired T-test shows that Sign.2-tailed value is greater than 0.05, it means that financial performance before and after the eruption of Mount Agung did not occur a significant significant difference. The conclusion is that the Bumdes financial performance in Karangasem Regency is not affected by the risk of the eruption of Mount Agung. The limitation of the research lies in the object of research at one financial institution that is Bumdes, further research this concept can be tested at other financial institutions such as Village Credit Institutions, Banks and Cooperatives.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a role in accelerating the economy of the community. The quality of MSMEs is largely determined by competitive advantage by utilizing resources that focus on developing or obtaining valuable resources and capabilities. The UMKM sector with intangible assets of MSME players, namely human capital towards the creation of economic value added or Economic Value Added (EVA) in MSMEs. The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of human capital of MSME players in Bali on the achievement of Economic Value Added (EVA). This study uses a positivism approach. The population in this study was the UMKM in Bali Province, amounting to 450 UMKM, with a research sample of 212 MSMEs in Bali Province. The results of research findings that human capital have a significant positive effect on the creation of economic value added (EVA) in MSMEs. The average level of EVA on MSMEs is negative, which means that in general, MSMEs in Bali province have not been able to achieve EVA in their business management.The limitation in this study is the incomplete availability of MSME financial reports. In addition, further research is expected to add other contingencies, such as personality and defense mechanisms.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilatar belakangi oleh pesatnya perkembangan dunia usaha yang disertakan munculnya pesaing yang sejenis, maka dari itu penting adanya strategi dalam mempertahankan perusahaan dengan menggunakan promosi penjualan yang tepat. Branding merupakan salah satu promosi yang mampu menciptakan reputasi yang baik dalam sebuah brand serta strategi komunikasi dari mulut ke mulut (Word of Mouth Marketing) yang baik juga mampu mempengaruhi daya beli atau keputusan pembelian oleh pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran Branding terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Lulur sekar jagat dan Pengaruh Branding terhadap Keputusan Pembelian lulur sekar jagat  dimediasi oleh Word of Mouth Marketing. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian kuantatif dengan metode survey dimana terdapat populasi konsumen-konsumen yang pernah membeli atau menggunakan produk lulur sekar jagat dan sampel yang digunakan adalah 65 orang yang ditentukan oleh teknik Nonprobability sampling. Teknik path analysis dengan bantuan regresi sederhana dan uji sobel untuk menjawab hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dengan hasil menyatakan (1) Branding berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian lulur sekar jagat (2) Branding berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian lulur sekar jagat yang dimediasi oleh word of mouth marketing. Terdapat saran untuk perusahaan yaitu diharapkan agar terus melakukan inovasi dan menjaga kualitas produk serta terus melakukan Branding terhadap produk agar dapat selalu menarik konsumen dan perusahaan sebaiknya meningkatkan media promosi sesuai dengan trend dan penggunaan teknologi terbaru dan tidak hanya mengandalkan mediasi promosi word of mouth guna meningkatkan volume penjualan perusahaan
