Abstract

Penelitian yang dilatar belakangi oleh pesatnya perkembangan dunia usaha yang disertakan munculnya pesaing yang sejenis, maka dari itu penting adanya strategi dalam mempertahankan perusahaan dengan menggunakan promosi penjualan yang tepat. Branding merupakan salah satu promosi yang mampu menciptakan reputasi yang baik dalam sebuah brand serta strategi komunikasi dari mulut ke mulut (Word of Mouth Marketing) yang baik juga mampu mempengaruhi daya beli atau keputusan pembelian oleh pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran Branding terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Lulur sekar jagat dan Pengaruh Branding terhadap Keputusan Pembelian lulur sekar jagatĀ  dimediasi oleh Word of Mouth Marketing. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian kuantatif dengan metode survey dimana terdapat populasi konsumen-konsumen yang pernah membeli atau menggunakan produk lulur sekar jagat dan sampel yang digunakan adalah 65 orang yang ditentukan oleh teknik Nonprobability sampling. Teknik path analysis dengan bantuan regresi sederhana dan uji sobel untuk menjawab hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dengan hasil menyatakan (1) Branding berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian lulur sekar jagat (2) Branding berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian lulur sekar jagat yang dimediasi oleh word of mouth marketing. Terdapat saran untuk perusahaan yaitu diharapkan agar terus melakukan inovasi dan menjaga kualitas produk serta terus melakukan Branding terhadap produk agar dapat selalu menarik konsumen dan perusahaan sebaiknya meningkatkan media promosi sesuai dengan trend dan penggunaan teknologi terbaru dan tidak hanya mengandalkan mediasi promosi word of mouth guna meningkatkan volume penjualan perusahaan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence that traditional culture in Bali has on the performance of the G20 Presidency. This research method uses quantitative methods. The sample in this study was 90 art actors in Denpasar City consisting of music, dance, and performing arts. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability, correlation tests, simple regression tests, coefficient of determination tests, and ANOVA model tests. The results showed that traditional culture has a correlation with the G20 presidency in a high category. Traditional culture has a significant effect on the G20 presidency. The results of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R) test were obtained by 0.395 which was concentrated at 39.5% This shows that the influence of Traditional Culture on the G20 Presidency is 39.5%. While the remaining 60.5% was influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study

Abstract

The condition of a person's motivation is based more on what they believe than what is objectively true. Personal perception like this plays an important role in the development of one's intention to become an entrepreneur (Entrepreneurial Intention). This data analysis technique uses quantitative analysis, classical assumption test, correlation analysis, determination analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (F test and t_test). The results of this study, 1) Social capital has a significant positive effect on Entrepreneurial Intention in start-up entrepreneurs. 2) Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy has a significant positive effect on Entrepreneurial Intention in start-up entrepreneurs. 3) Social capital, Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy variable simultaneously has a significant effect on Entrepreneurial Intention in start-up entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Pegadaian is one of the non-bank financial institutions in Indonesia that is owned by a BUMN. Work motivation, leadership in the organization is deemed necessary to see the performance of employees at PT. Pegadaian Regional Office VII Denpasar. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and leadership on the performance of employees of PT. Pegadaian Regional Office VII Denpasar. The research method used is quantitative with a population of 1400 employees in all Units and UPCs in Denpasar. In the sampling technique determined N = (25 x 2 Independent variables), then the number of samples to be studied is 50 respondents. The data collection technique in this research is using a questionnaire with purposive sampling technique. The data in this study were processed using multiple linear regression test with SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has no significant effect on performance, it is shown that the tcount of the work motivation variable has a negative value of -0.934 with a significance value of 0.355. This significance value is greater than the significance limit value, which is 0.05 which is declared insignificant. For the leadership variable, the tcount value of 4.121 can be obtained with a significance value of 0.000. This significance value is smaller than the significance limit value, which is 0.05. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance. Work motivation and leadership have a simultaneous positive effect on performance with a calculated F value of 8.658 with a significance level of 0.001 less than 0.05. The determinant coefficient of 26.9% of performance is influenced by work motivation and leadership variables, while the remaining 73.1% is influenced by other variables not analyzed in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengambil objek pada perusahan yang bergerak dibidang Ekspor Impor di Provinsi Bali, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Implementasi Leadership Indonesia terhadap Presidensi G20 dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodelogi kuantitatif dengan kuesioner pada 66 sampel dan 4 Hipotesis. Menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji korelasi, uji F dan uji t, analisis jalur dan analisis determinasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Implementasi Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Presidensi G20, Implementasi Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Presidensi G20 berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi serta Presidensi G20 tidak memediasi secara parsial pada Pengaruh Implementasi Leadership Indonesia terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi. Implikasi penelitian ini membentuk model pengaruh Implementasi Leadership terhadap Presidensi G20 dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi memberikan pengaruh lehih kecil dan lebih banyak dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain

Abstract

Performance has become an important trend in managing organizational management systems, both for companies and government institutions. This research was conducted to determine the influence of training and human resource development on the performance of employees of the Badung Regency Education Service, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method with a data collection instrument in the form of a questionnaire with a research sample of 70 respondents. Data analysis from the questionnaire results was carried out statistically using SPSS by conducting multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing which included the t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). In the multiple linear regression analysis, the results obtained were Y = 4.927 + 0.312X1 + 0.634X2.+e with a constant of 4.927. The Training regression coefficient was 0.312, and the HR Development regression coefficient was 0.634. From the results of the T test on the Training variable, the calculated t value > t table (2.737 > 1.687) shows that the training variable partially has a positive and significant effect on performance. The results of the T test for the HR development variable obtained a calculated t value > t table (5.582 > 1.687) which shows that the HR development variable partially has a positive and significant effect on performance. Based on the results of the F test simultaneously, an Fcount value of 100.184 > Ftable value of 2.860 was obtained so that the training and human resource development variables simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the performance variable. Meanwhile, an R-Square value of 0.844 was obtained, which shows that the training and development variable has an effect on performance of 84.40%.

Abstract

This research takes the object of the Badung Regency Revenue Agency with the variables Tax incentives and taxpayer compliance, the aim is to determine the effect of giving tax incentives during the Covid-19 pandemic on taxpayer compliance in Badung Regency. Qualitative research methodology with a questionnaire, population and sample of 100 respondents. Hypothesis: There is a level of influence from the variable giving tax incentives caused by the presence of Covid-19 on a taxpayer compliance. The results of the research on the tax incentive variable simultaneously have a "significant" effect on taxpayer compliance. The "positive and significant" tax incentive variable partially to the "Tax Incentive" taxpayer compliance variable has a "quite strong" correlation to "taxpayer compliance, and "taxpayer compliance" has a "strong enough" correlation to tax incentives. With the determination of tax incentives on taxpayer compliance in Badung Regency.
