Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengelolaan Lembaga Pendidikan yang baik harus dijalankan dengan prosedur dan manajemen yang baik pula. Manajmemen strategi adalah jawaban dari pesoalan mutu Pendidikan yang harus di implementasikan sebagai model pengembangan dan peningkatan efektifitas proses Pendidikan menuju perbaikan-perbaikan yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan. Manajemen strategi dapat dipahami sebagai usaha manajerial dalam menumbuhkembangkan kekuatan organisasi untuk mengeksploitasi peluang yang muncul guna mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan sesuai dengan visi dan misi yang telah ditentukan oleh suatu lembaga Pendidikan. Bentuk kongkrit dari manajemen strategi adalah rangkaian kegiatan pengambilan keputusan yang bersifat mendasar dan menyeluruh, kemudian disertai penetapan cara melaksanakannya, dibuat oleh manajemen puncak dan diimplementasikan oleh seluruh jajaran di dalam suatu Lembaga atau organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan yang di cita-citakan. Manajemen strategi melibatkan identifikasi tujuan dan sasaran pendidikan, analisis situasi, pengembangan strategi yang tepat, alokasi sumber daya yang efektif, dan evaluasi yang berkelanjutan. Dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan Islam, manajemen strategi membantu lembaga pendidikan Islam dalam merumuskan visi dan misi yang religional dan profesional yang jelas, mengembangkan rencana pendidikan yang berbasis islami serta tindakan yang terukur nilai religi, dan melibatkan semua pemangku kepentingan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Penulisan jurnal ini memakai metode Library Research (Kajian Kepustakaan) dengan memamfaatkan sumber literatur-literatur yanga ada untuk menemukan fakta-fakta yang berkaitan dengan manajemen strategi peningkatan mutu Pendidikan.

Abstract

Effective negotiation strategies are essential in managing conflicts within educational organizations. This paper explores two primary negotiation strategies—integrative negotiation and participative leadership—that play pivotal roles in conflict resolution. Integrative negotiation focuses on finding mutually beneficial solutions, emphasizing the importance of understanding the underlying interests of all parties involved, fostering long-term relationships, and promoting cooperation. On the other hand, participative leadership encourages active involvement from all members in the decision-making process, creating a sense of shared responsibility and ownership. This approach not only facilitates conflict resolution but also enhances creativity, trust, and commitment among stakeholders. Both strategies, when applied effectively, contribute to a more harmonious and productive environment, enabling educational organizations to achieve their collective goals. The combination of integrative negotiation and participative leadership offers a comprehensive framework for conflict management, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect within the organization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Akreditasi Sekolah pada satuan pendidikan di SD, SMP, SMA dan SMK di Kota Batam. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Literature Review dengan membandingkan data Akreditasi sekolah dari dokumen pada Neraca Pendidikan Nasional pada tahun 2019 dan 2020. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa: Pada Satuan Pendidikan Sekolah dasar (SD) pada tahun 2019 SD yang belum terakreditasi menunjukkan angka 7,9%, sedangkan pada tahun 2020 SD yang belum terakreditasi menunjukkan angka 9,2% lebih besar dari tahun 2019. Pada Satuan Pendidikan Sekolah Menengah pertama (SMP) pada tahun 2019 SMP yang belum terakreditasi menunjukkan angka 9,2% sedangkan pada tahun 2020 menunjukkan angka 18,6%. Pada Satuan pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) pada tahun 2019 sekolah yang belum terakreditasi menunjukkan angka 15,9% pada tahun 2020 menunjukkan angka 16,2%. Dan pada Satuan Pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) sekolah yang belum terakreditasi pada 2019 menunjukkan angka 21,5% dan pada tahun 2020 menunjukkan angka kenaikan sebesar 11,9%.

Abstract

Teacher work stress in Islamic educational institutions has a significant impact on the quality of learning and educator professionalism, as it is influenced by pedagogical demands, administrative burdens, and religious values perceived as a moral responsibility. This study aims to analyze the management of teacher work stress through the perspective of the Transactional Theory of Stress proposed by Lazarus and Folkman, as well as its relevance within the context of Islamic education. Using a qualitative approach through a literature review, the population comprised relevant literature up to 2025 addressing teacher work stress in Indonesia, with a purposive sample of 20–30 Sinta- and Scopus-indexed articles published between 2021 and 2025. The research instrument consisted of documentary sources, which were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model (data reduction, data display, and data verification). The findings indicate that teacher work stress emerges from the interaction between primary and secondary appraisal processes that shape coping strategies, which are further enriched by spiritual dimensions such as patience (ṣabr) and trust in God (tawakkul) within the Islamic context. The Transactional Theory is shown to be a holistic framework capable of accommodating psychological, organizational, and religious dimensions of teacher work stress management.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is one of the main challenges in the development of the education system in Indonesia. Various efforts have been made to improve the quality of educational services and outcomes, one of which is through the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM). TQM is a management approach that emphasizes continuous improvement, customer focus, involvement of all organizational members, and data-based decision-making to achieve optimal quality. This study aims to analyze the implementation of TQM in education, identify its impact on the quality of educational institutions, and examine various obstacles faced in its implementation in Indonesia. The study used a systematic literature review method by analyzing various relevant scientific articles, books, and academic publications for the period 2016–2026. The analysis was conducted using a thematic synthesis approach to identify patterns of findings, research trends, and emerging research gaps in TQM studies in the field of education. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of TQM in education is generally realized through the application of the principles of customer focus, continuous improvement, quality leadership, involvement of all stakeholders, and strengthening the organization's quality culture. The implementation of TQM has been proven to have a positive impact on improving the quality of educational services, the effectiveness of institutional governance, the development of human resource competencies, and improving student learning outcomes. However, the implementation of TQM still faces various obstacles, such as a lack of understanding of the TQM concept, limited human resources, weak leadership commitment, resistance to change, and the challenges of digital transformation. Therefore, the successful implementation of TQM requires ongoing commitment, a strengthened culture of quality, and the support of all stakeholders to drive sustainable improvements in educational quality.
