Abstract

Saran untuk pihak terkait sebaiknya lebih meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai COVID-19 sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepeduliannya terhadap perilaku pencegahan COVID-19.---COVID-19 is a disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Abstract

The symptoms of a condition called dysmenorrhea include severe, painful cramps and lower abdominal cramping sensations. Primary dysmenorrhea is 72.89% common in Indonesia, but dysmenorrhea prevalence varies from 45% to 95% in women of reproductive age. It has been determined through research at SMAN 1 Tambun Utara that dysmenorrhea affects up to 65% of students with abnormal nutritional status and 39.3% of students with normal nutritional status. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the occurrence of primary dysmenorrhea in SMAN 1 Tambun Utara students is related to their nutritional status and level of physical activity. A cross-sectional study design and quantitative analysis techniques were used in the investigation. 95 students made up the sample, which was chosen using the stratified random sampling technique. Two phases of data analysis—univariate and bivariate analysis—were used. The kai squared test with α = 0.05 was used to examine the data. The findings demonstrated a correlation between the occurrence of primary dysmenorrhea and both physical activity (p-value = 0.000) and nutritional status (p-value = 0.000). The findings of this study suggest a relationship between the occurrence of primary dysmenorrhea and physical activity and nutritional status. A balanced and nutritious diet, regular weight checks, regular exercise, and abstaining from unhealthy behaviors that can lead to primary dysmenorrhea are all healthy lifestyle choices that students aspire to.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In Indonesia, the main cause of death and disease is caused by food problems. Based on data from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, there were 4,792 cases of food poisoning in Indonesia in 2023. The main factors that often cause food contamination are poor hygiene and sanitation, both from food handlers, unsuitable eating utensils, sales locations, and food ingredients that do not meet health standards. This study is a descriptive study, namely describing the hygiene and sanitation behavior of food handlers in restaurants in Pamulang District in 2025. The study was conducted in May - June 2025 on Jalan Raya Pamulang, Pamulang District in 2025 with a sample of all food handlers totaling 54 restaurants. The results showed that respondents had poor behavior as many as 29 respondents (53.7%), respondents who had poor knowledge as many as 35 respondents (64.8%) while respondents who had poor attitudes as many as 39 respondents (53.7%). Although the respondents' attitudes regarding food handlers' hygiene are generally good, in implementing hygiene practices, there are still some respondents who do not practice hygiene properly. Therefore, food handlers must always ensure that their personal hygiene, equipment, food ingredients, and the processing environment are well maintained.
