Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant correlation between authentic happiness and self-compassion in high school students of Banjar descent in Banjarmasin City. This research is quantitative research with a correlational design. Authentic happiness and self-compassion in 387 high school students of Banjar descent in Banjarmasin City were measured using the authentic happiness scale (α = 0.654) and self-compassion scale (α = 0.614) which was developed in Indonesia. The Pearson Product Moment correlation test is used to analyze data and prove the hypothesis that is built. The research results show that there is no positive and significant relationship between authentic happiness and self-compassion among students of Banjar descent in Banjarmasin City (Sig. = 0.148 < 0.05; r = -0.074; n = 387). Based on the research results and methods used in this research, it is recommended that future researchers further explore the meaning of happiness and self-compassion in Banjar students, as well as develop a measuring tool for happiness and self-compassion that is more adaptive to Banjar culture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku ajar mata kuliah kimia unsur golongan utama berbasis problem based learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan model 4D, yaitu terdiri dari 1) Define, 2) Design, 3) Development, dan 4) Disseminate. Objek dalam penelitian ini yaitu Buku Ajar Kimia Unsur Golongan Utama Berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL). Sedangkan subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa program studi pendidikan kimia FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa mahasiswa memerlukan pengembangan buku ajar mata kuliah kimia unsur golongan utama berbasis problem based learning. Pada buku ajar kimia unsur golongan utama terdiri dari 7 bagian dan 10 topik. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan bahwa buku ajar kimia unsur golongan utama valid pada aspek materi, desain dan pedagogik, serta uji kepraktisan menunjukkan bahwa buku ajar yang dikembangkan praktis untuk digunakan.

Abstract

Abstrak Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah, bagaimana analisa hakim didalam menjatuhkan sanksi pidana kepada terdakwa apakah telah memenuhi unsur keadilan, baik terhadap keluarga korban maupun terhadap pelaku itu sendiri. Faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi pertimbangan majelis hakim Pengadilan Negeri Prabumulih dalam menjatuhkan Putusan Pidana Nomor: 25/Pid.B/2021/PN Pbm terhadap tindak pidana pembunuhan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Yuridis Normatif (Legal Research), pendekatan undang-undang (statute approach) dan pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach), pendekatan Kasus (Case Approach). Hakim dalam menjalankan kekuasaan kehakimannya wajib menafsirkan hukum demi rasa keadilan masyarakat dan menemukan atau menafsirkan hukum sesuai dengan rasa keadilan dalam masyarakat itu, sebab hakim tidak terlepas dari masyarakat dimana ia berada dalam melakukan tugasnya. Sebagai penegak hukum, hakim mempunyai tugas dibidang yudisial, yaitu menerima, memeriksa, memutus dan menyelesaikan setiap perkara yang diajukan kepadanya. Kata Kunci: Hakim, Putusan, Tindak Pidana Pembunuhan Abstract The problem raised in this study is how the judge's analysis in imposing criminal sanctions on the defendant has fulfilled the elements of justice, both to the victim's family and to the perpetrator himself. What factors were taken into consideration by the judges of the Prabumulih District Court in passing the Criminal Decision Number: 25/Pid.B/2021/PN Pbm against the crime of murder. The methods used in this research are normative juridical (Legal Research), the statute approach and the conceptual approach, the case approach. Judges in exercising their judicial power are obliged to interpret the law for the sake of the community's sense of justice and find or interpret the law in accordance with the sense of justice in that society, because judges cannot be separated from the community where they are in performing their duties. As law enforcers, judges have a duty in the judicial field, namely to receive, examine, decide and settle every case submitted to him.

Abstract

 Masa remaja merupakan masa yang rentan terhadap perubahan baik secara fisiologis, psikologis, emosi, minat, pola prilaku  dan prioritas. Anak tunarungu dapat diartikan anak yang tidak dapat mendengar. Tidak dapat mendengar atau kemungkinan kurang mendengar atau tidak mendengar sama sekali. Anak tunarungu berbicara tanpa suara atau dengan suara kurang jelas atau bahkan tidak berbicara sama sekali. Tak jarang anak anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) atau penyandang disabilitas tunarungu mendapatkan deskriminasi di dunia kerja. Mereka dianggap sebelah mata karena keterbatasan yang mereka miliki. Mereka dianggap tidak mampu menjalankan tugas dengan baik karena kondisi fisik, intelegensi, serta hubungan sosialnya yang tidak normal. Padahal, mereka juga berhak untuk mendapatkan hak pendidikan, kesehatan, sosial masyarakat, serta sebuah pekerjaan.Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan metode: (1) ceramah; (2) pelatihan; dan (3) evaluasi. Khalayak sasaran berjumlah 11 orang disabilitas yang menghadiri kegiatan PKM.Hasil kegiatam PKM     Dari hasil analisis data pretes evaluasi awal kegiatan, maka dapat di klasifikasikan bahwa penguatan karier remaja disabilitas yayasan borneo banjarmasin tergolong dalam kategori Rendah (3,27). Hal ini tentunya merupakan hal yang wajar, dikarenakan selama ini remaja disabilitas belum pernah diberikan pelayanan penguatan karier. dan Dari hasil analisis data posttes evaluasi keseluruhan kegiatan, maka dapat di klasifikasikan bahwa pemberian pelayanan penguatan karier remaja disabilitas borneo Banjarmasin tergolong dalam kategori kategori Sedang (4,39). Hal ini tentunya hal yang baik, karena adanya peningkatan pengetahuan setelah diberikan workshop pengabdian kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the positive and significant relationship between altruism and intellectual humility on charisma in high school guidance and counseling teachers in Banjarmasin City. This research is quantitative research with a correlational design. Altruism, intellectual humility, and charisma of 66 high school counselors in Banjarmasin City were measured using a scale adapted from Self-Report Altruism (SRA), Comprehensive Intellectual Humility Scale (CIHS), and General Charisma Inventory (GCI). These three scales have been tested as valid and at high (CIHS) and very high (SRA and GCI) levels of reliability. The ANOVA test on the Multiple Linear Regression model was used to analyze the data and prove the hypothesis that was built. The research results show that there is a positive and significant correlation between altruism and intellectual humility together on charisma in high school counselors in Banjarmasin City (Sig. = 0.001 < 0.05) with a contribution level of 20.6%. Based on the results and limitations of this research, it is recommended that future researchers test the relationship between altruism, intellectual humility, and charisma on different and more subject characteristics.

Abstract

The research findings indicate a significant positive correlation between self-compassion and social anxiety among Banjar State High School students, with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.396 and a p-value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. Additionally, there is a significant positive correlation between self-efficacy and social anxiety, with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.364 and a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). When examined together, self-compassion and self-efficacy show a significant combined relationship with social anxiety, yielding a correlation coefficient of r = 0.434 and a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). This combined effect is stronger than the individual correlations of self-compassion (r = 0.396) and self-efficacy (r = 0.364) with social anxiety. Thus, the hypothesis stating that there is no relationship between self-compassion, self-efficacy, and social anxiety among Banjar State High School students is rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of this development research is to produce wood and pulp chemistry teaching materials on tree sub-materials that meet valid criteria. The procedure for developing teaching materials follows the stages in the 4STMD (four-step teaching material development) , starting from the selection stage to the characterization stage. Data collection techniques carried out in this development research were interviews, questionnaires, and walkthroughs. The data analysis technique in this development research uses Aiken's Validity formula to calculate the validity of the material. The results of this study are wood and pulp chemistry teaching materials in the tree sub-material as a supplement to teaching materials for students of the Chemical Education Study Program, Sriwijaya University which has a validity level in the material aspect of 0.86 which is included in the high category. Validity results are obtained by referring to Aiken's validity criteria. The results of the research conducted showed that the development of wood and pulp chemicals in tree sub-materials as a supplement to teaching materials met the valid criteria.

Abstract

Buffer solution content in Chemistry textbooks plays a significant role in achieving these educational objectives. This study aims to analyze buffer solution material in class XI Chemistry textbooks using the 4S TMD selection criteria, focusing on curriculum consistency, concept accuracy, and value education. A qualitative evaluative approach was employed, comparing the data collected from two textbooks (Book A and Book B) against established standards. The evaluation covered the scope and depth of the material, the accuracy of concepts, and the integration of values. The analysis found that both textbooks included six relevant concept labels, though Book B contained one overly general label. Regarding concept depth, Book A had two concepts with insufficient depth, while Book B had one overly shallow concept and one excessively detailed. Both books achieved the standard for concept accuracy. For value education, Book A integrated six core values, such as discipline and responsibility, while Book B incorporated eleven values, including creativity, democracy, and honesty. The findings suggest that Book A aligns more closely with the 4S TMD evaluation criteria than Book B. This highlights the importance of balancing curriculum alignment, conceptual depth, and value integration in educational materials.
