Abstract

e-Module Development Instruments on the Topic of Free-range Chicken Eggs Productivity as Lessons for the Covid-19 Pandemic Era. This study aims to produce an e-Module Development instrument for Integrated Chemistry Learning STEM Subject Entrepreneurship TopicThe Productivity of Free-range Chicken Eggs as a Lesson in the Era of the Covid-19 Pandemic, valid and practical. This research is a type of development research, using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) combined with the evaluation of the Tessmer formative test. The subjects of this research were lecturers and students of Chemistry Education Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Sriwijaya. Tessmer's formative test consists of an expert review stage producing an average Aiken's coefficient value of 0.90; 0.93; and 0.94 in the high category, for each instrument validation score of material, pedagogy, and practicality. The one to one and small group test stages are carried out by obtaining qualitative input from student respondents as users. The results showed that the resulting e-module validation instrument had met the valid and practical criteria.Keywords: e-module, Free-range Chicken, covid-19DOI: 10.23960/jppk.v10.i3.2021.18

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of the differences between genders on analytical thingking skills and Chemical literacy. A sampel of 212 (88 males and 124 females) senior high school in Yogyakarta, Indonesia completed the survey. The instruments used are 20 open-ended multiple choice integrated assessment instruments. This study used Independent T-Test to compared the males and females mean. The result showed that no signicant (sig>0.05) gender differences were found in analytical thinking skills and Chemical literacy. Male and female have analytical thinking skills and Chemical literacy equally.

Abstract

Rumusan masalah yang dihadapi di Kota Prabumulih Sumatera Selatan yaitu guru kimia membutuhkan Model Pembelajaran berpusat pada siswa.  Model Pembelajaran GALALA menyebabkan siswa aktif dalam pembelajaran. Tujuan kegitan pengabdian ini adalah tersusunnya contoh Rencana Program Pembelajaran kimia SMA dan SMK terintegrasi Model Pembelajaran GAVALA. Manfaat kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah terwujudnya kegiatan siswa aktif dalam pembelajaran.  Khalayak sasaran yang sangat strategis untuk kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah 14  guru kimia dari SMAN, MAN, dan SMKN di Kota Prabumulih Sumatera Selatan. Model kegiatan adalah penyuluhan penyusunan Model Pembelajaran GAVALA. Dari evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat, ternyata target pengadian telah tercapai. Peningkatan itu berupa tersusunnya contoh Rencana Program Pembelajaran Model GAVALA.  Simpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah tersusun 7 contoh Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran terintegrasi Model Pembelajaran GAVALA.  Saran dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah agar guru khalayak sasaran dapat menerapkan Model Pembelajaran GAVALA pelaksanaan pembelajaran di kelas.

Raya Palembang-Prabumulih KM 32 Inderalaya Ogan Ilir 30662, Telp. 580058Email: dwifitri20188@gmail.com ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menguraikan kebutuhan mahasiswa terhadap e-modul Pembelajaran Kimia terintegrasi STEM Mata Kuliah Kewirausahaan di Pendidikan Kimia FKIP Univeritas Sriwijaya, topik Pakan untuk Peningkatan Produktivitas Telur Ayam Buras di Era Pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, pengambilan data dilakukan kepada mahasiswa semester 1 angkatan 2021 Pendidikan Kimia FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan angket dengan hasil validitas sebesar 0, 672 dan reliabilitas dengan kategori sangat tinggi sebesar 0,87, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa kebutuhan mahasiswa sangat sesuai/memunginkan/layak untuk dikembangkan e-modul pembelajaran topik Peningkatan Telur Ayam Buras di era pandemi covid-19. Mahasiswa merespon sikap setuju untuk dibutuhkan e-modul ini sebesar sangat setuju 50% dan setuju 42% kemudian ragu-ragu 8%. Mahasiswa merespon sikap setuju untuk melakukan beternak untuk Meningkatkan Produktivitas Telur Ayam Buras sangat setuju yaitu 50% , setuju 38% dan ragu-ragu 12%. Di sarankan untuk meneliti analisis kurikulum dari pengembangan e-modul itu.Kata kunci: Kebutuhan e-modul pembelajaran, STEM, Pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kurikulum mata kuliah kewirausahaan terhadap pengembangan e-modul pembelajaran pendekatan STEM topik pakan untuk produktivitas telur ayam buras. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa semester 1 angkatan 2021 Pendidikan Kimia Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sriwijaya. Metode penelitian ini yaitu  deskriptif, dimana peneliti mengumpulkan data menggunakan wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Nilai rata-rata dari uji validitas angket yaitu 0,627 dan hasil uji reliabilitas angket yaitu 0,8 dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan mahasiswa yang menjawab ragu-ragu 12%, yang menjawab setuju 28% dan mahasiswa yang menjawab sangat setuju sebanyak 60%  e-modul dengan topik pakan untuk produktivitas telur ayam buras dimasukkan kedalam kurikulum kewirausahaan di era pandemi covid-19.Kata kunci: Kurikulum kewirausahaan, STEM, telur ayam buras, covid-19

Abstract

This research is a descriptive survey research to analyze student needs for chemical literation integrated problem solving modules. The questionnaire was given to 89 active students of chemistry education at Sriwijaya University who were selected using a non-probability sampling technique. The results of the questionnaire were then analyzed using descriptive statistical tests. The results of this study indicate that students understand the qualifications needed as an undergraduate and are in the process of achieving this, and they agree to develop problem-solving integrated chemical literacy based basic chemistry modules as teaching materials that can help them to achieve the competences.Keywords: Chemical literation, Problem-Solving, Module, Chemistry

Abstract

The use of technology in the form of e-modules in entrepreneurship courses in the chemistry education study program, Universitas Sriwijaya is a challenge for learning in the industrial revolution era 4.0. So this study aims to determine the effect of STEM approach e-module- topic of the productivity of free-range chicken eggs on student learning outcomes in entrepreneurship courses in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Respondents of this study were students in the third semester of the chemical education study program at the Sriwijaya University. This research method is a quasi-experimental method, where a limited field test is carried out on previously developed e-modules. Data on student learning outcomes were obtained from the pre-test and post-test scores which were analyzed by N-Gain. The results showed that the N-Gain value was 0.937 which was classified as high category, which means that there was a significant difference in student learning outcomes before and after using the STEM e-module approach. Beside that, respondents have reported examples of creativity in business plan as a result of using STEM approach e-module- topic of free-range chicken egg productivity for the Entrepreneurship Course in Chemistry Education.  Thus, it can be concluded that there is an effect of using STEM approach module-topic of free-range chicken eggs productivity on student learning outcomes in entrepreneurship courses in the chemistry education study program, Universitas Sriwijaya. Abstract

Green chemistry is an alternative solution that can be used by chemistry teachers for safe and environmentally friendly chemistry experiments in schools. This community service aims to provide training to high school/vocational high school chemistry teachers in Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra to carry out simple practical activities based on green chemistry. This service activity consists of 3 main stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The target audience for this community service activity are 24 high school chemistry teachers from Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra. And furthermore, it is hoped that chemistry teachers who attend training can guide their chemistry teacher colleagues in their place. There are 7 simple green chemistry-based practical procedures collected from this service activity. The simple green chemistry-based practicum procedures are: 1) Redox reactions; 2) Making Binahong Covid-19 Herbal Soap; 3) Factors Affecting Reaction Rate; 4) Colloid-Tofu Making; 5) Colloids - Clumping (Coagulation) of Colloidal Particles; 6) Combustion of carbon compounds (complete and incomplete combustion); 7) Freezing Rubber Sap Using Pineapple Peel Extract. Overall, the target audience has been trained to make simple practical procedures based on green chemistry. This can be seen from the materials and practicum procedures that are in accordance with the basic principles of green chemistry, namely environmentally friendly, reducing environmental pollution, not classified as hazardous materials.

Abstract

This study is aims to obtain information on aspects of scientific literacy in science textbooks for class VIII odd semester materials for additives & addictive substances. The research instrument used in this study consisted of aspects of scientific knowledge, aspects of scientific competences and aspects of the context of science. The results of the research in books A and B shown that of the three aspects of scientific literacy, the scientific knowledge aspect has an average percentage of 69.45%, the scientific competences aspect has an average percentage of 22.52%, and the science context aspect has an average percentage of 69.45%. the average percentage is 8.03%. In book A, the science knowledge aspect is 67.74%, the science competences aspect is 25.81% and the science context aspect is 6.45%. Meanwhile, in book B the scientific knowledge aspect is 71.15%, the scientific competences aspect is 19.23% and the science context aspect is 9.62%. This shows that book B contains more aspects of scientific knowledge and aspects of the context of science and book A contains more aspects of scientific competences.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan mahasiswa akan pengembangan petunjuk praktikum kimia dasar berbasis kimia hijau di program studi pendidikan kimia FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner yang terdiri dari 6 pertanyaan pilihan yang disertai jawaban terbuka. Partisipan pada penelitian ini adalah 50 mahasiswa aktif semester 1 di Program studi Pendidikan Kimia FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya tahun akademik 2021/2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diperlukan pengembangan petunjuk praktikum berbasis kimia hijau pada mata kuliah kimia dasar di program studi pendidikan kimia FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya.
