Abstract

The purpose of this research are description wish to: 1) How study planning in Gallery Group Of Learning District Sukoharjo?; 2) How organization in Gallery Group Of Learning District Sukoharjo?; 3) How study process in Gallery Group Of Learning District Sukoharjo?; 4) How out study put in Gallery Group Of Learning District Sukoharjo?; 5) How out come in SKB District Sukoharjo?. This research approach is qualitative research, that is research about data collected and expressed in the form of words compiled in sentence. Research approach applies phenomenology. Research subject is leading Gallery Group Of Learning and teacher nursemaid. Data collecting method applies in-depth interview, observation, and documentation. Analysis data analytical technique interactive.. authenticity of data applies trianggulation technique. Result of research that is: 1)   Study planning done by teacher nursemaid, include; covers activitys: has calendar of academic, maps allocation of time, compiles program year, program semester, compiles execution plan of study, syllabus, evaluation plan, supplies life efficiency, prepares source of learning, prepares class, teaching aid, and presentation student, assessment and reporting result of student learning; 2) Increasingly good management of organization, hence would increasingly good also institution, for example head Gallery Group Of Learning responsible as educator, manager, evaluator, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator. While learning nursemaid to have fundamental duty, function, responsibility plans, executes, and evaluates study; 3) execution of Study in SKB District Sukoharjo refers to study planning and organization according to fundamental duty and its(the function is each, collaboration teacher humanity nursemaid, head Gallery Group of Learning, and stakeholders; 4) Graduate (out put) Gallery Group Of Learning District Sukoharjo shows result satisfying, every year pass 100% and its(the value above average specified by government, graduate masters teaching matter and has efficiency of life according to requirement of student and public; 5) Document of Graduate is archival carefully, order, and at any times required for inspection can be shown; 5) Pass result fulfilling quality standard specified by government to affect is positive at graduate (out put), some of students passing the can create employment self though its(the scale is small, and partly other permeated in corporate world and industrial world. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objectives of this research are to examine (1) whether or not there is an effect of family environ-ment on students’ entrepreneurial interest,(2) whether or not there is an effect of school environment on students’ entrepreneurial interest. The population and sample was all of the students in Grade XI of Ac-counting Expertise Department of SMKN 1 Surakarta. The Data of family environment and school environ-ment as well as those of students’ entrepreneurial interest were collected through questionnaire. They were analyzed by using the multiple linear regression.The results of the research are as follows: Firstly, the fam-ily environment has a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of the studentsas proven by the value of tstat = 3.518 >that of tcrit= 1.986 at the significance level of α= 0.001 < 0.05. Secondly, the school environment has a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of the students as indicated by the value of tstat = 2.038>that of tcrit= 1.986 at the significance level of α= 0.044< 0.05.Keywords: entrepreneurial event theory, family environment,school environment entrepreneurial inter-estABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji ada tidaknya (1) pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa, (2) pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI Akuntansi SMK N 1 Surakarta. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI Akuntansi SMK N 1 Surakarta dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripstif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dengan angket untuk data lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, dan minat berwirausaha. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diperoleh kesimpulan:Pertama, Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa dibuktikan dengan t hitung 3,518 > t tabel 1,986 dan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,001 < 0,05. Kedua, Ter-dapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan lingkungan sekolah terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa dibuk-tikan dengan t hitung 2,038 > t tabel 1,986 dan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,044 < 0,05.Kata Kunci : teori entrepreneurial event,lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, minat berwirausaha

Abstract

ABSTRAKAlih fungsi sawah terus terjadi di Pulau Jawa sehingga mengancam ketahanan pangan nasional. Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah (RTRW) dan kebijakan Lahan Pertanian Pangan Berkelanjutan (LP2B) belum mampu mengendalikan alih fungsi sawah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun model penetapan lahan sawah berkelanjutan menggunakan metode regresi logistik dan evaluasi lahan multikriteria. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Sukabumi yang merupakan wilayah perbukitan di bagian selatan Pulau Jawa dengan luas lahan sawah yang cukup besar dan mendukung ketersediaan pangan nasional. Pemodelan dibangun berdasarkan karakteristik alih fungsi lokal dengan mempertimbangkan konsep pembangunan berkelanjutan. Variabel-variabel penting yang mendukung terjadinya alih fungsi sawah yang dipertimbangkan adalah jarak sawah terhadap jalan, permukiman, dan industri. Hasil regresi logistik selanjutnya menjadi masukan bobot bagi evaluasi lahan multikriteria yang dapat menghasilkan tiga skenario kebijakan perlindungan sawah, yaitu standar, protektif, dan permisif guna kepentingan pembangunan. Melalui pemodelan ini diperoleh sawah-sawah prioritas lindung yang memudahkan pengelolaannya dan sekaligus menjadi penyangga bagi sawah-sawah di belakangnya.Kata Kunci: model perlindungan lahan sawah berkelanjutan, regresi logistik, evaluasi lahan multikriteriaABSTRACTConversion of paddy fields has continuously occurred in Java Islands, thus threatens a national food security. The Regional Spatial Planning and the Policy on Sustainable Food-crop Agricultural programs seem to unable to control paddy field conversion. This research was conducted to develop a sustainable paddy field zone delineation model using logistic regression and multicriteria land evaluation. The research location is in the Sukabumi Regency which is has various morphology and large paddy fields to support national food security. The model is developed by local conversion characteristics and considering the concept of sustainable development. Important variables that contribute to paddy fields conversion are the distance to road, settlements and industrial regions. Results of logistic regression then become the input for weighted criteria to develop three policy scenarios of paddy fields protection; standard, protective, and permissive in order to support regional development. Through this model, we obtain the priority paddy fields to be protected as well as become buffer zones for the surrounding paddy fields.Keywords: paddy fields protection model, logistic regression, multicriteria land evaluation

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan prestasi belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS 1 SMA Negeri Kebakkramat melalui penerapan metode pembelajaran  drill. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek  penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 1 SMA Negeri Kebakkramat. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, tes, dokumentasi, dan, wawancara. Pengujian validitas data yang diperoleh menggunakan triangulasi data dan triangulasi metode, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif komparatif, analisis kuantitatif-kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran drill dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS 1 SMA Negeri Kebakkramat.   Kata kunci: Metode Drill, Prestasi Belajar, Akuntansi.   Abstract. The objectives of research was to know improve the accounting learning achievement of the XI Social Science 1 graders of SMA Negeri Kebakkramat through the application of drill learning method. This study was a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subject of research was the XI Social Science 1 graders of SMA Negeri Kebakkramat. Techniques of collecting data used were observation, test, and documentation. The data validation was conducted using data and method triangulations, while the data analysis was carried out using descriptive comparative and quantitative-qualitative analyses. Considering the result of research and discussion conducted, it could be concluded that the application of drill learning method could improve the accounting learning achievement of the XI Social Science 1 graders of SMA Negeri Kebakkramat.   Keywords: Drill Method, learning Achievement, Accounting

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui apakah penerapan model kooperatif tipe jigsaw lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan penerapan model konvensional terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran akuntansi di SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan rancangan Matched Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara Simple Random Sampling, yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji keseimbangan. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk kemampuan awal menggunakan teknik dokumentasi, yaitu dari nilai ulangan kompetensi akuntansi sebelumnya. Sedangkan pengumpulan data untuk nilai akhir menggunakan tes objektif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis statistik t-test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data diperoleh harga Me = 85,057 dan Mk = 76,800. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan dengan t-test diperoleh thitung menunjukkan nilai sebesar 4,715 dan ttabel menunjukkan nilai 1,998, pada taraf signifikansi 5% dan db = 67. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa thitung > ttabel atau 4,715 > 1,998. Hal tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa nilai rata-rata akhir kelompok eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada nilai rata-rata akhir kelompok kontrol. Berdasarkan analisis dan pembahasan diatas, penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis yang berbunyi ?Model kooperatif tipe jigsaw lebih efektif dibandingkan model konvensional terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran akuntansi siswa di SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar tahun ajaran 2011/ 2012? teruji kebenarannya dan diterima. ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know that teaching used cooperative learning jigsaw type is more effective than conventional mode in learning achievement on accounting for the students at SMAN 2 Karanganyar. The research use experiment method with matched group design way. The population of this research is the students of XI Social Class at SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar. About data collection, in the first skill is used documentation technique. It means taken from the value of sub competence before. The researcher used objective test to measure the students learning achievement. In this research using analize teqnique statistic t-test. Based on the result of the research found the value of Me = 85,057 and Mk = 76,800. Based on account that have been done used t-test found tcount value about 4,715 and ttable value about 1,998, in signifikan step 5% and db = 67. It means that experiment group having average last score rather than control group. Based on the analize, it can be concluded that the hypothesis which states ?Cooperative learning jigsaw type is more effective than conventional mode in learning achievement on accounting at SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar? is validated and accepted.   Key Words: cooperative, jigsaw, conventional, learning achievement.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar akuntansi pada siswa kelas XI IPS 1 melalui metode kooperatif tipe jigsaw. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan menggunakan strategi siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 1 yang berjumlah 28 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan tes, observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi metode dan sumber data. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa melalui penerapan metode kooparatif tipe jigsaw, terlihat dari (1) keaktifan belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan 17,86%. (2) ketuntasan belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan 25%. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa baik dari segi keaktifan belajar maupunketuntasan belajar siswa.Kata kunci : hasil belajar, mata pelajaran akuntansi, metode kooperatif tipe jigsawABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is use jigsaw type of cooperative method to improve learning outcomes in accounting subjects to students in grade XI IPS 1. This research is a classroom action research using the cycle strategy. The subject of this research is a class XI IPS 1 which totaled 28 student. Technique of data collecting is done by testing, observation, documentation, and interviews. The data validation uses technique method triangulation and data. The analize data with technique analize descriptive qualitative. Based on research, it can be concluded is increase in accounting students learning the use jigsaw type of cooperative method, seen in (1) student participation showing an increase 17,86%, (2) mastery learning student showing an increase 25%. The conclusion of research was that the jigsaw type of cooperative learning method application could improve the student learning achievement from learning activeness aspect or student learning passing.Keywords: learning achievement, accounting subject, jigsaw type of cooperative method.

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan interpretasi, serta analisis dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 1 SMA Negeri 3 Sukoharjo yang berjumlah 42 siswa. Validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Untuk analisis data  menggunakan teknik analisis deskripstif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis projek(Project Based Learning) dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran akuntansi. Peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran tersebut terefleksidari proses dan hasil pembelajaran. Dari sisi proses pembelajaran, indikatornya adalah: (1) keaktifan siswa dalam apersepsi (2) Kekatifan siswa bekerjasama dalam kelompok selama kegiatan diskusi berlangsung, (3) Keaktifan siswa pada saat pembahasan hasil diskusi, mengajukan pertanyaan dan pendapat. Dari segi hasil pembelajaran, indikatornya adalah adanya peningkatan ketuntasan belajar siswa. Kata kunci: kualitaspembelajaran, project based learning Abstract: This study utilized a classroom action research which was  conducted in two cycles, each cycle consists of planning, action, observation and interpretation, as well as analysis and reflection. Subjects were 42 year  XI IPS 1 students at SMA Negeri 3 Sukoharjo. The data was validated using both techniques and  methods triangulation. The researcher utilized descriptive quanlitative analysis. The results showed that the implementation of project-based learning model  improve the quality of learning in accounting subejct among year XI IPS 1 students in SMA Negeri 3 Sukoharjo. The improvement was in the learning process and from the learning outcomes. The indicators of the learning process are: (1) increasing number of  active students during apperception, (2) the involvement of students  during the discussion increase, (3) the involvement of students during the discussion, ask questions and opinions increase. In terms of learning outcomes, the indicator is an increasing in student mastery. Keywords: quality of learning, project based learning

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa melalui media komik dalam strategi pembelajaran preview question read reflect recite review (PQ4R) pada mata pelajaran akuntansi kelas XI IPS 5 SMA XYZ. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek utama penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 5 SMA XYZ yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tes, metode pengamatan dan metode wawancara. Uji validitas data menggunakan triangulasi data dan triangulasi teknik. Analisis data menggunakan analisis data model interaktif. Prosedur penelitian menggunakan empat tahap yang saling berkaitan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui media komik dalam strategi pembelajaran preview question read reflect recite review (PQ4R) dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar pada siklus I, siklus II, dan siklus III. Simpulan yang dapat diambil melalui media komik dalam strategi pembelajaran PQ4R dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar Akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS 5 SMA XYZ. Kata Kunci: media komik, PQ4R, prestasi belajar ABSTRACTThe objective of this research are to improve the learning achievement in Accounting through comic media in the learning strategy of preview question read reflect recite review (PQ4R) of the students in Grade XI of Social Science Program 5 of State Senior Secondary School. This research used the classroom action research. The primary subjects of the research were the students as many as 30 in Grade XI of Social Science Program 5 of State Senior Secondary School. The data of the research were gathered through test, observation, and in-depth interview. The data of the research were validated by using the data triangulation and the technique triangulation. They were then analyzed by using the interactive model of analysis. The procedures of the research included four interrelated phases, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The result of the research shows that the media comic in the learning strategy of PQ4R can improve the learning achievement in Accounting of the students Grade XI of Social Science Program 5 of State Senior Secondary School in Cycles I, II, and III. Based on the result of the research, a conclusion is drawn that the use of the comic media in the learning strategy of PQ4R can improve the learning achievement in Accounting of the students in in Grade XI of Social Science Program 5 of State Senior Secondary School.Keywords: Comic media, PQ4R, learning achievement

Abstract

ABSTRAK              Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa: (1) pengaruh pendelegasian wewenang terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan, (2) pengaruh pembagian kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan, (3) interaksi pengaruh antara pendelegasian wewenang dan pembagian kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi  dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Kantor Cabang Surakarta yang berjumlah 84 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Kantor Cabang Surakarta yang berjumlah 84 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil analisis data dan pembahasan menyatakan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pendelegasian wewenang terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan, (2) tidak terdapat pengaruh antara pembagian kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan, (3) terdapat interaksi pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pendelegasian wewenang dan pembagian kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan.Kata kunci: pendelegasian wewenang, pembagian kerja, prestasi kerja ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was to analyse: (1) the effect of the delegation of authority on the job performance of employee, (2) the effect of the division of work on the job performance of employee, (3) the interaction effect of the delegation of authority and the division of work on the job performance of employee. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all employees of the Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Branch Office Surakarta totaling 84 people. Sampling technique in this study is saturated sampling. The sample in this study were all employees of the Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Branch Office Surakarta totaling 84 people. Techniques of data collection using questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.The analysis of data and discussion declare that (1) there is positive and significant effect between the delegation of authority on the job performance of employee, (2) there is no effect between the division of work the job performance of employee, (3) there is positive and significant interaction effect between the delegation of authority and the division of work on the job performance of employee.Keywords: delegation of authority, division of work, job performance

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Ada tidaknya pengaruh tingkat kesiapan guru mengajar terhadap efektivitas proses belajar mengajar; (2) Ada tidaknya pengaruh kondisi lingkungan belajar siswa terhadap efektivitas proses belajar mengajar; (3) Ada tidaknya interaksi pengaruh tingkat kesiapan guru mengajar dan kondisi lingkungan belajar siswa terhadap efektivitas proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta kelas XI dan XII sejumlah 303 siswa dan diambil sampel 75 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan teknik propotional random sampling.  Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh simpulan: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara tingkat kesiapan guru mengajar terhadap efektivitas proses belajar mengajar; (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kondisi lingkungan belajar siswa terhadap efektivitas proses belajarmengajar; (3) terdapat interaksi pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara tingkat kesiapan guru mengajar dan kondisi lingkungan belajar siswa terhadap efektivitas proses belajar mengajar.Kata kunci: kesiapan guru, lingkungan belajar, efektivitas pembelajaran ABSTRACTThe objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) the influence of teacher readiness in teaching to the effectiveness of teaching and learning; (2) the influence of student learning environment to the effectiveness of teaching and learning; and (3) the influence interaction of teacher? readiness in teaching and student learning environment to the effectiveness of teaching and learning. This research used the descriptive quantitative research method. The population of the research was the students of the SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta , the classes of XI and XII as many as 303 students. The samples of the research consisted of 75students. The samples were taken by using the proportionate random sampling technique. Analysis of the data using linear regression.Based on the results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a positive and significant influence between the teachers? readiness in teaching and the effectiveness of teaching and learning; (2)there is a positive and significant influence between the student learning environment and the effectiveness of teaching and learning; and there is a positive and significant interaction influence between the teachers? readiness in teaching and student learning environment to the effectiveness of teaching and learning.Keywords:Readiness, environment, and effectiveness.
