Abstract

Dalam satu majelis keagamaan budayawan Emha Ainun Nadjib atau Cak Nun menyebutkan bahwa kepemimpinan di Indonesia pada tahun 2024 mendatang sudah ditentukan oleh sekelompok orang dimana dipimpin oleh Jokowi, presiden RI yang disebutnya sebagai sosok Firaun. Tokoh Firaun yang ada dalam masa Nabi Musa ribuan tahun silam itu didiskripsikan sebagai orang yang paling kejam, sewenang-wenang terhadap rakyatnya, dan orang yang melampaui batas karena Firaun mengklaim dirinya tuhan semesta alam. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis jaringan komunikasi dan mengeksploitasi fenomena pada hubungan interaktif publik di media sosial Twitter pada periode sehingga memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam dan menemukan sesuatu yang unik. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam artikel ini adalah kualitatif yang bersifat eksploratif yang memungkinkan peneliti menggali objek penelitian secara mendalam sehingga dapat ditemukan potensi masalah dan hipotesis. Data yang dikumpulkan sebanyak 17.995 cuitan (tweet) adalah percakapan (tweet dan retweet) publik di Twitter pada periode sepekan setelah pernyataan Cak Nun menjadi trending topik di Twitter pada periode 18 Januari 2023 hingga 25 Januari 2023. Seluruh data yang dikumpulkan kemudian diolah dengan memanfaatkan tools Nvivo 12 Plus dari QSR International. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penelitian adanya jaringan komunikasi media sosial ini dengan memunculkan model baru jaringan media sosial Twitter. Model itu adalah konfigurasi retweet dan mentions publik media sosial itu memberikan model jaringan komunikasi media sosial terhadap suatu pernyataan dari tokoh masyarakat yang menimbulkan kontroversi publik media sosial Twitter.

Abstract

This systematic review examines the effectiveness of hydrotherapy interventions for students with aquaphobia across educational settings. Despite the importance of water safety skills, aquaphobia remains a significant barrier to swimming competence among students worldwide. A comprehensive analysis of peer-reviewed studies (2018-2025) was conducted using PRISMA guidelines. Electronic databases (PubMed, ERIC, PsycINFO, Web of Science, Scopus) were searched to identify studies examining hydrotherapy interventions for school-aged participants with aquaphobia. Studies were included if they used experimental or quasi-experimental designs, reported quantitative outcomes, and focused on educational settings. Meta-analysis using random-effects models was conducted to calculate pooled effect sizes. Results showed that mindfulness-integrated hydrotherapy demonstrated highest effectiveness (g = 0.96), followed by cognitive-behavioral hydrotherapy (g = 0.83), adaptive aquatic programs (g = 0.79), virtual reality-assisted exposure (g = 0.72), and graded exposure therapy (g = 0.66). Interventions were most effective for younger children (5-8 years) and longer programs (≥12 weeks). These findings provide evidence-based recommendations demonstrating that mindfulness-integrated and cognitive-behavioral approaches are most effective for students with aquaphobia in educational settings.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the implementation of news coverage on the digitalization of broadcasting and explore the online media reporting model for the digitalization of broadcasting in Indonesia. The online media reporting model encourages people to migrate from analogue to digital television platforms. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method to analyze news from the online media www.Detikcom edition November 1, 2022 to November 16, 2022. Additionally, it utilized Nvivo 12+ software for the data analysis. Detikcom was selected as the data source because it had been ranked as one of the top five online news media most accessed by the public, reaching 320.3 million visits. Most smartphone users, approximately 98%, have visited this site. Based on the researchers' analysis, ten media contents of Detikcom reported the transition from analogue to digital television. The research findings suggested that there is a configuration model for online media reporting on broadcast digitalization. In addition, the online media reporting model identifies the dynamics of the shift from analogue to digital television. The dynamic shift is influenced by economic, juridical, technical, and political views. These findings are expected to provide valuable insights for future researchers studying the digital broadcasting ecosystem in Indonesia post-ASO (Analogue Switch-Off) or post-digitalization.

Abstract

Abstract: The students in class X 2 of MAN 3 Kediri generally consider PKN less important lesson. As a result, the students are reluctant to know the material. In class, they become passive, unexcited, and have difficulty in understanding the material of PKN given by the teacher. Therefore, special learning strategyis needed to enhance students’ motivation to learn PKN materials. Learning strategy in this study is “In The News”. The procedure of“In The News approach” is that students are divided into groups in which each group has to bring articles, headlines, editorials or certain caricatures as teachers expected. Each group chooses one article of their interest to be presented and discussed; Another student noted the key points of the presentation the discussion. The research data shows that an increase in students’ motivation and comparedto the results of the previous and the last cycle. Thus we can conclude that from the aspect of affective (motivation) approaches used have positive impact. Abstrak: Para siswa, di kelas X-2 MAN 3 Kediri, umumnya menganggap pelajaran PKN kurang penting. Akibatnya adalah siswa menjadi tidak mau tahu akan materi PKN. Di kelas, kondisi siswa menjadi pasif, tidak bersemangat, dan kesulitan memahami materi pelajaran PKN yang diberikan oleh guru. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan strategi pembelajaran khusus yang mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dalam mengikuti pelajaran PKN. Strategi pembelajaran dalam penelitian ini adalah “In The News”. Prosedur dari pendekatan “In The News” adalah siswa dibagi menjadi kelompok; setiap kelompok membawa artikel, pokok berita, editorial atau karikatur tertentu sesuai dengan yang diperintah guru; setiap kelompok memilih satu artikel yang menarik untuk dipresentasikan dan didiskusikan; siswa yang lain mencatat poin-poin penting dari presentasi diskusi tersebut. Data dalam penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan motivasi siswa dibandingkan antara hasil prasiklus dan siklus terakhir. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dilihat dari aspek afektif (motivasi) pendekatan yang digunakan dapat berdampak positif.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian dan Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan (P2LP) bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan kegiatan mahasiswa FKIP UMKT di SMKN 15 Samarinda serta menilai kontribusinya terhadap pembelajaran dan iklim sekolah. Program ini menggunakan pendekatan service-learning dengan menggabungkan kegiatan mengajar, sosialisasi, pelayanan sosial, dan piket keamanan sebagai bentuk pengalaman autentik mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan survei mengenai perilaku bullying di kalangan siswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa berperan efektif dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran, membantu pelaksanaan program sekolah, dan memberikan edukasi preventif mengenai bullying. Data kuesioner mengungkap bahwa bullying fisik terjadi pada tingkat rendah, sedangkan bullying verbal dan sosial masih muncul pada tingkat ringan hingga sedang. Program P2LP terbukti memperkaya kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa sekaligus memberikan manfaat praktis bagi sekolah, terutama dalam upaya peningkatan disiplin, literasi sosial, dan keamanan lingkungan belajar. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kolaborasi kampus dan sekolah dalam memperkuat pendidikan vokasi serta mendorong implementasi program pengabdian berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style and Work Environment on Employee Performance mediated by Motivation variables. The population used in this research were employees in the quality control department at an PT. XYZ instant food company in Gresik district. The sample in this research was 54 respondents with a quantitative approach, using non-probability sampling techniques. This data was taken using a questionnaire which was distributed directly to respondents. After the questionnaire was collected, the data was tabulated using Microsoft Excel and analyzed using Smart PLS 4. The results of this research show that Leadership Style has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Environment has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Leadership Style has a significant effect on Motivation, Work Environment has a significant effect on Motivation.The Motivation variable succeeded in mediating the effect of the Leadership Style and Work Environment variables on employee performance.
