<![CDATA[Enterokolitis nekrotikans (EKN) ialah peradangan berat saluran pencernaan yang terjadi pada 5-7% neonatus prematur. EKN merupakan penyebab utama morbiditas dan mortalitas di NICU. Patofisiologi multifaktorial dan belum sepenuhnya diketahui. Deteksi dini sulit karena manifestasi klinis sulit dibedakan dan masih tergantung pada radiologi abdomen yang kurang sensitif. Patofisiologi dan pendekatan diagnosis menjadi topik penelitian prioritas di bidang neonatologi saat ini. Strategi pencegahan dan tatalaksana komprehensif diharapkan dapat ditemukan agar memperbaiki luaran penyakit.Necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) is a serious inflammatory disease of intestine which affects 5-7% preterm neonates. NEC is the leading cause of morbidity and mortality in NICU despite rapid advance in preterm neonatal care. Pathophysiology of NEC is multifactorial and not fully understood. Early detection is challenging because of indistinguishable clinical manifestation and still relies on less sensitive abdominal radiography. Nowadays, pathophysiology and diagnostic approach are priority topics for research in neonatology. Comprehensive prevention and treatment strategies expectedly can improve outcome of disease.]]>

<![CDATA[Jakarta is one of the metropolitan cities in Indonesia. The increasing number of vehicles entering Jakarta has resulted in the difficult to find parking area. Moreover, the population density occurred in there also resulted in the difficulty of finding parking area. Each parking area have its own capacity, the driver must directly check the state of the parking area. According to a survey conducted by VIVA, it takes 21 minutes to find parking in Jakarta (Viva, 2017). Based on the background of the problem, it can be conclude, the focus of the research is how to implement RESTFul API on an android application , so it will be ease to find a parking area in Jakarta. The system development method uses Scrum, the implementation results in the form of an android-based application using the RESTFul API.]]>

<![CDATA[Kota Batam merupakan salah satu kota yang berkembang dengan pesat dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang melebihi dari rata-rata pertumbuhan ekonomi secara nasional. Melihat begitu tingginya pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Batam, tentunya sangat diperlukan keberadaan Notaris selaku pejabat umum. Dalam Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia Nomor 27 Tahun 2016 tentang Formasi Jabatan Notaris dan Penentuan Kategori Daerah mengatur tentang penempatan Notaris berdasarkan kuota dan kategori daerah, sehingga Notaris baru maupun yang telah bertugas tidak dapat secara langsung memilih tempat kedudukannya karena berdasarkan kuota yang ditetapkan. Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia telah membuat regulasi mengenai formasi jabatan Notaris, dimana di dalam peraturan tersebut, Calon Notaris tidak bisa mengajukan permohonan ke Kategori Daerah A, B dan C. Bagi Calon Notaris, formasi jabatan Notaris yang dapat diusulkan hanya untuk Kategori Daerah D. Setelah melaksanakan tugas kenotariatan di Kategori Daerah D selama minimal tiga tahun, Notaris diberikan hak untuk mengajukan permohonan perpindahan wilayah kerja ke Kategori Daerah C. <![CDATA[The spread of the COVID-19 pandemic which has touched almost all countries in the world has become an important record in human history. The existence of the coronavirus makes countries in the world respond in different ways. Some countries choose to close the space for human movement, while some other countries give freedom to their citizens to carry out activities as usual. The COVID-19 pandemic has also made humans reflect deeply on the situation they are experiencing, including the poets in Arab countries. This article discusses several poems that reflect people's attitudes towards the outbreak. This study discusses 4 poems from four poets who came from Palestine, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, and Syria. This study uses a qualitative method. The social reflections on the Covid-19 Pandemic that appeared in the four poems were analyzed using the sociological literary theory approach and the Sufism approach. The results obtained from this study indicate that Arab societies have different ways of dealing with pandemics. <![CDATA[This paper discusses how identity was constructed in Mahmoud Darwish's literary works. Mahmoud Darwish is a symbol of Palestine both poetically and politically. Darwish's life as a refugee and exile greatly influenced his works and attitude towards Israeli-Palestinian peace. This research is qualitative research using literary methods. The data in this study were taken from Mahmoud Darwish’s literary works such as Awraq al-Zaytun (Leaves of Olives), Yawmiyyat Jurh Filastini (Diary of a Palestinian Wound), Muhawalah Raqm 7 (Attempt Number 7), Kazahri al-Lawz aw Ab’ad (Like Almond Flower and Further), Shai’on ‘an al-Wathan (Something about the Homeland) and Dhakirah li-al-Nisyan (Memory for Forgetfulness). In this study, Mahmoud Darwish's works were analyzed using Homi K. Bhabha's post-colonialism theory. Bhabha's idea of hybridity and the third space was used to explain how the homeland was conceived, and identity was constructed in Darwish’s works. The results of this study indicate that the homeland for Darwish is a symbolic and effective one. It can be imagined, but cannot be possessed. Darwish identity was constructed in the third space; a hybrid place where the colonizer and the colonized coexist in the same space.]]>

<![CDATA[Technological developments in the field of fiber optic telecommunications with the media of the backbone network is faster in comparison with other technologies. In the process, the telecommunications industry use the metro ethernet configuration with Multi Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) network and Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) as the backbone network. This study aims to answer the question of how much the effect of adding the MPLS network protocol on OSPF network. So from this research can be known the value of the efficiency of the addition MPLS network protocol on OSPF network based on network performance using a software simulator GNS3 as its backbone through a step-test. From the test results concluded that based on the delay by the load, MPLS makes network performance more efficient by 67.04%, based on the packet loss and link failure conditions, MPLS makes network performance more efficient by 1.1%, but based on the no-load delay, OSPF has more efficient network performance by 41.96%, and based on the transfer rate, OSPF has a more efficient network performance by 5.2%, to delay normal conditions both have a performance with an average value of 0% packet loss. <![CDATA[Salah satu cara dalam mencapai tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik, akuntabel dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan, adalah melalui audit internal yang baik. Dari berbagai faktor pengaruh terhadap kualitas hasil audit, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi dan independensi auditor internal secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kualitas audit internal di Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang/BPN (ATR/BPN). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik kuantitatif dengan desain potong lintang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Dari pengujian terhadap model penelitian, didapatkan bahwa kompetensi dan independensi secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas audit; dan secara simultan, kompetensi dan independensi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 53,7%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dan independensi merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas audit internal di Kementerian ATR/BPN. Maka diharapkan Kementerian ATR/BPN dapat memperhatikan kedua hal tersebut agar kualitas audit dapat dipertahankan bahkan ditingkatkan lebih baik lagi. Penelitian lebih lanjut dibutuhkan dengan metode penelitian yang berbeda serta melibatkan variabel dan jumlah sampel yang lebih banyak.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic Attributes, Destination Attributes and Quality of Service on Islamic Tourism Satisfaction Tiram Beach in Pariaman. This is phenomenon of seasonal tourist visits to the tourist area Tiram Beach. The sample in this study was tourists who traveled in the tourist area of Tiram Beach in Pariaman totaling eighty respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The type of data in this study are primary data from questionnaires. The data analysis method in this study was Smart PLS analysis. Hypothesis testing using the R-Square test to see the results of the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of this study found that the Islamic Attitude and Destination Attributes had a significant effect and Quality of Service did not significantly influence tourist satisfaction]]>

<![CDATA[This paper aims to explore the concepts, methods and significance of philology Islam Nusantara and contextualization in manuscripts from Indonesia. It departs from the problems that the Islamic manuscripts archipelago that has not been widely studied, whereas in it save the value, thought and culture of the past scholars Nusantara which would clarify the concept of Islam Nusantara itself. With the approach of descriptive data-based literature and discourse analysis found that the concepts, methods and significance of philology Islam Nusantara almost the same as philology in general and the only difference being the object of study, in addition to the contextualization as an approach to the study of Islam in Indonesia, particularly related to Islamic manuscripts archipelago could be advised to use The new philology without leaving classical philology. Tulisan ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi konsep, metode dan signifikansi filologi Islam Nusantara serta kontekstualisasinya dalam pernaskahan Indonesia. Ini berangkat dari persoalan bahwa manuskrip Islam Nusantara yang belum banyak dikaji, padahal di dalamnya menyimpan nilai, pemikiran dan budaya ulama Nusantara masa lampau yang tentunya akan menjernihkan mengenai konsep Islam Nusantara itu sendiri. Dengan pendekatan deksriptif berbasis data pustaka dan analisis wacana ditemukan bahwa konsep, metode dan signifikansi filologi Islam Nusantara hampir sama dengan filologi pada umumnya dan yang membedakan hanya objek kajiannya, selain itu kontektualisasinya sebagai pendekatan studi Islam di Indonesia, terutama terkait manuskrip Islam Nusantara bisa disarankan menggunakan filologi baru tanpa meninggalkan filologi klasik.]]>

<![CDATA[Keberadaan desa wisata mampu meningkatkan taraf perekonomian masyarakat yang tinggal di pedesaan. Produk-produk inovatif yang dihasilkan menyerap komoditas pertanian dan peternakan masyarakat yang selama ini kurang memberikan nilai secara ekonomi. Hanya saja, pengelola desa wisata masih berhadapan dengan berbagai tantangan, dari segi infrastruktur maupun keterampilan manajerial dan pemasaran. Salah satu strategi memasarkan Kawasan desa wisata adalah menggunakan pemasaran digital (digital marketing). Pemasaran digital adalah penggunaan teknologi untuk membantu kegiatan pemasaran dalam rangka meningkatkan pengetahuan pelanggan dengan mencocokkan kebutuhan mereka. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan oleh dosen dan civitas akademika prodi Bisnis Digital Politeknik Akbara Surakarta, hal ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai pemahaman dasar mengenai pemasaran digital beserta praktiknya. Kendala yang dialami selama pelatihan adalah jaringan internet yang masih belum stabil. Sementara peserta yang merupakan pengelola dan relawan desa wisata Banyuanyar antusias mengikuti setiap sesi pelatihan dan praktik-praktiknya. Selanjutnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperoleh dalam pelatihan ini akan ditindaklanjuti dalam beberapa program pemasaran digital untuk memasarkan wisata desa Banyuanyar beserta produk-produk masyarakat setempat.]]>
