Abstract

This study aims to determine the form and practice of Luwu's local wisdom in Vandana Shiva's ecofeminism perspective. This study used descriptive qualitative methods focusing on the indigenous peoples of Kalotok, Kanan Dede, and Komba. The study found that: (1) the forms of local wisdom of Luwu in the perspective of ecofeminism as follows; Tudang sipulung (round-down sitting), pesta panen (harvesting party), and tomakaka perempuan (local-noble female); (2) Local wisdom practices of Luwu in the perspective of ecofeminism have been embodied in deliberation and negotiation between community leaders for some events. The practices are the planting season, when someone violates customs, cutting down trees for building a house, ‘pesta panen’ (harvest celebrations by the community), ‘makan bersama’ (congregational feast between community groups), the involvement of women as tomakaka (noble person), and the existence of women's farmer groups.

Abstract

Marriage is a physical and mental bond between a man and a woman. It is hoped that it will give birth to a harmonious and happy family, including having offspring who will then care for them well. In reality, couples from different religions who later divorce and have children become a problem, because custody becomes a struggle between the father and mother. This research discusses the child custody rights of an apostate mother as happened in the Parigi religious court decision case, Central Sulawesi. This study uses empirical legal methods with a maqāṣid al-sharī'ah approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews and document study. The informants interviewed were judges, academics and ulama. The documents analyzed were religious court decisions, journal articles, legal rules and books related to the discussion. The results of the research show that in deciding cases, the panel of judges set aside the written law which was used as a reference, and the compilation of Islamic law in order to fulfill the principle of benefit from fulfilling legal objectives. There are several reasons for the judge to overrule these two laws: the interests of the child, social aspects, the principle of benefit (mashlahat) for all. In the end, the judge's decision within the framework of maqāṣid al-sharī'ahanalysis has implications for the maintenance of the soul, eyesight, and the maintenance of offspring, as well as the maintenance of religion.

Abstract

This study aims to map and analyze the forms, factors, and implications that cause stakeholder resistance to istishna' financing policies at Indonesian Syariah Bank in Palu and Jakarta. Data collection techniques were carried out using interview and library techniques. Data analysis uses content analysis with an objective approach to place the results of interviews and literature against each other. The data sources used are a collection of interviews and literature reviews. The results showed that there had been stakeholder resistance to istishna' financing in the two Indonesian Syariah Bankdue to being treated unfair in the form of an increase in the price of goods orders according to the length of instalments, the reworking of goods orders that were not by stakeholder tastes, and delays in delivering goods orders to stakeholders after falling. Tempo in the form of an additional budget to stakeholders. In addition, it is also found that the istishna financing process is complex, the risk of which is dominated by the burden on stakeholders. In addition, the narrowing of the istishna' financing target in the form of micro even though public interest and maqhasid sharia require a macro. Internal and external resistance factors cause stakeholder resistance to the istishna financing policy. These two factors have implications for the circulation of funds in Indonesian Syariah Bankin Palu and Jakarta, which take a long time, are unreliable, have the opportunity to go bankrupt, and take into account the possible risks that cause stakeholders' interest in using istishna financing to decrease. Actions must be taken against stakeholder resistance who experience istishna financing policies in the two Indonesian Syariah Bank, the prohibition of instalments if it causes an increase in the price of the order, the product must be completed at maturity, the product must be following the taste/agreement, there should be no additional funds due to the demand not following the agreement/customer's taste.

Abstract

The Tarbawi Hadith material development is a study carried out in the framework of development and component results and approach analysis. This included the development of tarbawi hadith course accessed by integrating and interconnecting science. This research provided inspiration and innovation in the development of constructive scientific quality and presenting reinforcement of learning formulation material as a scientific study program. This  study applied an exploratory-descriptive research designed qualitatively. The development of the Tarbawi hadith material required systemic steps and  applied by maximizing the sustainable aspect of inter-connectivity between the basic structured of allied subject matter for the aspects of material functions and the methodology of the study of hadith material related to the contemporary religious studies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam pembentukan identitas nasional di Indonesia. Kurikulum PAI memiliki kontribusi signifikan dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai kebangsaan, seperti persatuan, toleransi, dan ukhuwah wathaniyah, yang menjadi dasar dari identitas nasional Indonesia. Selain itu, metode pengajaran yang digunakan, seperti diskusi kelompok dan ceramah, serta kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, efektif dalam memperkuat pemahaman siswa mengenai pentingnya menjaga persatuan dan keberagaman dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi adalah pengaruh globalisasi yang dapat mengancam nilai-nilai kebangsaan dan religius. Oleh karena itu, kurikulum PAI perlu terus berinovasi dengan program yang lebih interaktif dan kontekstual agar relevan dengan perkembangan zaman dan mampu membentuk karakter siswa yang nasionalis dan religius di tengah tantangan globalisasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum PAI berperan strategis dalam pembentukan identitas nasional, namun perlu penyesuaian berkelanjutan agar tetap relevan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dan tantangan zaman.

Abstract

The Qur’anic literacy mentoring at Al-Ikhlas TPA Margorejo aims to improve children's skills in reading and writing the Qur’an, as well as their motivation to learn. Initial observations revealed challenges such as low interest, limited teaching methods, and lack of continuous mentoring. The program began with 5 participants and grew to 10. This activity used a descriptive approach based on the ABCD principles, employing interactive methods such as fun learning and prayer practice. The results indicate positive changes in children’s learning motivation, Qur’anic reading and writing skills, and participation in congregational prayer. The program also helped facilitators develop more effective teaching methods. Despite challenges like time constraints and varying understanding among participants, the activity successfully created an enjoyable learning environment and can be implemented to enhance Qur’anic literacy sustainably. This program is expected to significantly contribute to improving religious education quality in the community. Keywords: Fun learning, Learning motivation, Quranic literacy assistance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berbasis kompetensi di era digital di Kota Metro. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, pendidikan agama Islam diharapkan dapat memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan penguasaan kompetensi siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumentasi di beberapa sekolah di Kota Metro, termasuk SMP Negeri 1 Metro dan Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Metro. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kurikulum PAI berbasis kompetensi di era digital telah memberikan dampak positif, seperti meningkatkan interaksi siswa dengan materi pelajaran, memperkaya wawasan mereka melalui kajian daring, dan meningkatkan kemampuan digital siswa. Namun, terdapat tantangan signifikan terkait kesiapan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi, terutama di kalangan guru yang lebih tua yang kurang familiar dengan penggunaan platform digital. Selain itu, masih ada ketimpangan dalam penyediaan fasilitas teknologi yang memadai antar sekolah. Meskipun demikian, dampak positif yang dihasilkan, seperti pengembangan keterampilan digital siswa dan peningkatan interaktivitas dalam pembelajaran, menunjukkan potensi besar penerapan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi di era digital. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya pelatihan lanjutan untuk guru serta peningkatan infrastruktur teknologi di sekolah-sekolah untuk memaksimalkan penerapan kurikulum PAI berbasis kompetensi di Kota Metro
