Abstract

The purpose of this study was determine the effect of Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership on the employee Commitment Organizational. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method through a survey with a population of 246 people with 114 samples. Human resource need to be managed properly so that the commitment of member organizations is high so that the level of human resource turnover will be low. Organizational commitment needs to be increased by providing support to members so that they have a perception that the organization has valued its contribution, leaders who are able to provide direction and motivation to members to do something better than they expected, and within the organization there must also be organizational cultures can be accepted by all members so that they can maintain members to remain highly committed to supporting the achievement of the goals of the organization.

Abstract

Tulisan ini membedakan faktor penentu keberhasilan perusahaan startup di Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 5 unicorn dalam bisnis inti berbeda dengan valuasi lebih dari $1 miliar dan berkembang pesat. Kami menggunakan data dari situs web dan artikel dari sumber terpercaya untuk memeriksa 21 faktor penentu keberhasilan. Kami menemukan bahwa sebagian besar perusahaan startup memiliki semua faktor misalnya kemampuan bisnis teknologi dari tim pendiri, motivasi awal wirausaha, modal ventura, usia organisasi, inovasi produk, dan mitra. Namun, tidak ada satupun perusahaan yang memiliki faktor ini kecuali kebijakan sains dan teknologi serta pengalaman dalam penelitian dan pengembangan dari tim pendiri

Abstract

Increasing efficiency and relevance in searching for news information is a pressing need in the digital era. This study aims to develop a news title ranking system based on keywords (queries) by combining the Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) and cosine similarity methods. The data used are 2,507 news titles from four of the most popular news sites in Indonesia, namely Kompas.com, Detik.com, CNNIndonesia.com, and Tempo.com in the last one year. The stages carried out include web scraping, pre-processing (case folding, tokenizing, stopwords removal, and stemming), word weighting using TF-IDF, similarity calculation using cosine similarity, to system performance evaluation with accuracy, precision, recall, and f1-score metrics. The test results on three different queries show that the system is able to provide very good results with an average accuracy of 99.75%, precision 96.67%, recall 100%, and f1-score 98.33%. This study shows that the combination of TF-IDF and cosine similarity is effective in optimizing the search for news titles that are relevant to the entered query.

Abstract

Kecerdasan buatan (AI) merupakan perkembangan teknologi penting di era digital. Di kalangan pelajar, AI berbasis Natural Language Processing (NLP) populer karena kemampuannya berinteraksi secara alami. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memperkenalkan konsep dasar AI dan meningkatkan literasi digital anak binaan Kakak Asuh Buddhis (KAB) dari Keluarga Mahasiswa Buddhis Palembang (KMBP). Pendekatan tatap muka edukatif digunakan melalui penyampaian materi, diskusi partisipatif, dan praktik chatbot AI seperti ChatGPT dan Perplexity. Anak-anak dari TK hingga SMA aktif berpartisipasi dan memahami materi dengan baik. Selain aspek teknis, kegiatan ini menanamkan kesadaran pentingnya penggunaan teknologi secara etis dan bertanggung jawab. Hasilnya menunjukkan pembelajaran interaktif mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam memanfaatkan AI secara bijak untuk pembelajaran dan pengembangan diri.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) on the effectiveness of health services at the West Java Provincial Occupational Health Hospital. The issues raised relate to the effectiveness of the service system, information integration, and the readiness of human resources in facing digital transformation. The method used was a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with health workers, administrative staff, and heads of medical record installations. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of EMR has had a significant impact on improving data access speed, integration between service units, and the accuracy of medical documentation. This system also accelerates administrative processes and clinical actions, reduces the risk of data loss, and strengthens coordination between professions within the hospital environment. However, the implementation of EMR still faces technical challenges such as network disruptions and limitations in supporting infrastructure. From a human resources perspective, adaptation to the new system has been relatively smooth, supported by ongoing training and guidance provided by the hospital. Overall, EMR has proven to be a strategic step toward achieving more efficient, integrated, and data-driven healthcare services in the digital age.
