Abstract

Taking into account its unique and comprehensive characteristics, the Project Based Learning model has the potential to meet the demands of students' mathematics learning in elementary mathematics learning. Project Based Learning model helps students in learning. This research is using Classroom Action Research (CAR). Classroom Action Research is a research that describes the occurrence as a cause and effect of the treatment, as well as describes what happens when the treatment is given. In this study, the project based learning model is expected to be a solution and innovation in the learning process that has characteristics and provides problems or asks the urgency of competencies to be studied for a prospective elementary school teacher to students, facilitating students to design a process to determine solutions to problems. or challenges posed, and facilitate students collaboratively in unliterating students to take responsibility for accessing and managing information to solve problems.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan kepala sekolah didapat informasi bahwa warga sekolah masih minim, belum mengetahui program-program sekolah penggerak sebagai paradigma baru, pembelajaran terdiferensiasi, profil pelajar Pancasila. Belum mengetahui bahwa sekolah penggerak berfokus pada pengembangan hasil belajar siswa secara holistik, yang mencakup kompetensi dan karakter yang diawali dengan SDM yang unggul (kepala sekolah dan guru). Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut perlu pemecahan yanng komperehensif perlu adanya kegiatan atau program untuk pelatihan dan sosialisasi baca warga sekolah melalui kegiatan pelatihan pengabdian pada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh dosen PGSD tentang program sekolah penggerak akan memberi solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi warga sekolah tersebut. Target yang ingin dicapai melalui kegiatan pelatihan ini, yaitu: 1) Dihasilkannya warga sekolah mempunyai pengetahuan dan kemampuan untuk menumbuhkan melaksanakan program sekolah penggerak, dan 2) Adanya pendampingan yang bersifat konsultatif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the strategies of effective classroom teachers in growing student discipline. This study used a qualitative phenomenological approach with the subject of the study being three high school teachers of SDN 211 / IX Mendalo Darat. Data is collected through observation and interviews and analyzed by classifying data, reducing data, presenting and drawing conclusions. The results showed an effective classroom management strategy undertaken by the teacher in fostering student disciplinary attitudes reflected in optimizing classroom management, seating arrangements that are hydrogen, playing sound intonation during learning, and student attendance in class on time. The research concludes that students' disciplinary attitudes can be grown by the teacher's strategy in effective classroom management.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research that aims to describe a superior school in a pandemic (an analysis study of the principal's leadership in the development of learning quality). The type of research is phenomenological research. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 47/IV Jambi City, Jambi Province. The time of the study was carried out in the odd semester of 2021/2022. The data taken from this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained from the main source, namely research informants (principals and classroom teachers. Based on the results of observations, interviews, and documentation that have been collected by researchers, it can be explained that the principal of SD Negeri 47/IV Jambi City through his managerial leadership in planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising schools to develop the quality of managerial learning, making strategic plans for school development, where overall planning is related to directing teachers to complete learning administration, activating school Teacher Working Group (TWG) activities, habituation of activities literacy before learning begins.

Abstract

The low quality of education can be caused by the use of inappropriate learning methods. This study aims to determine the effect of the jarimatics method on the numerical ability of second-grade students at SDN 110/I Desa Tenam. The jarimatics method is used to achieve learning objectives and improve students' numerical abilities. In this study, the material used is material for calculating length using standard units. This study used a one-group pretest-posttest research design with a total sample of 36 students. Data collection used a test with multiple choice items given during the pretest and posttest. To measure the prerequisites, use the normality test with the chi-square formula, which results that the data is normally distributed. While testing the hypothesis using the t-test which obtained a tcount of 2.6 and a ttable of 2.03245, which means tcount>ttable which indicates Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

The type of research used in this research is Classroom Action Research. This research aims to describe the application of the Outdoor Learning Method in increasing student creativity with the help of environmental media around the school in class IV elementary school at SDN 165/I Singkawang. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the results show that the application of the Outdoor Learning method in increasing student learning creativity in science subjects for class IV students at SDN 165/I Singkawang has been implemented well. Implementation of the Outdoor Learning method makes fourth grade students more active and increases courage. Students explore their own knowledge by observing and asking friends and teachers. The completion or follow-up stage of implementing Outdoor Learning is in the form of evaluation and understanding of the material they have studied. As a follow-up to the implementation of Outdoor Learning, they held group discussions and presented them in front of the class. The results of this research were that the first cycle of the first meeting was 45.86% in the "Less Creative" category, the first cycle of the second meeting was 57.75% in the "Less Creative" category with an increase of 11.87%. In cycle II, the first meeting was 65.17% in the "Quite Creative" category with an increase of 7.42% and the second meeting was 71.20%, an increase of 6.03%. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the Outdoor Learning method assisted by environmental media around the school can increase the creativity of class IV students at SDN 165/I Singkawang. This is proven by the increase in each indicator of creativity in each meeting cycle.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi guru berperan dalam memaksimalkan potensi kelas; faktor menghambat manajemen kelas; usaha guru di mengatasi masalah manajemen kelas; Dan strategi pengelolaan kelas. Studi kasus ini adalah dilaksanakan di SDN 197/II Pulau Pekan, dan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Itu data dikumpulkan dari teknis dan sumber triangulasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa di kelas manajemen, guru berfungsi sebagai konselor, motivator, fasilitator, demonstrator, dan evaluator. Oleh karena itu, guru mampu menganalisis isu-isu seputar siswa, guru, serta lingkungan fisik dan sosio-emosional di kelas. Mengenai hal ini, guru berupaya menerapkan preventif dan korektif bertindak dengan melibatkan sekolah dan komite. Guru cenderung menerapkan pendekatan eklektik atau pluralistik dalam dimana dua atau lebih pendekatan diterapkan pada saat yang sama waktu. Dengan demikian, diharapkan eklektik pendekatan membantu guru meningkatkan kapasitas mereka dalam memilih pendekatan yang memungkinkan mereka untuk mengatasinya masalah yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan kelas.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem informasi manajemen yang digunakan di SDN 55/I Sridadi. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif adalah metode pilihan untuk penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk pengumpulan data. Dalam penelitian ini, pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi merupakan tahapan analisis data. Dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi pengolah data bernama Data Dasar Pendidik (Dapodik) dan teknologi informasi untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran dalam memberikan layanan pendidikan dengan memfasilitasi pembelajaran praktis dengan menggunakan atau memanfaatkan infrastruktur teknologi, seperti fasilitas pembelajaran dengan mengintegrasikan komputer, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1 ) penerapan sistem manajemen informasi sangat penting dalam lembaga pendidikan, khususnya di SDN 55/I Sridadi; (2) pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran di SDN 55/I Sridadi berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang menyatakan bahwa proses pembelajaran harus melalui tiga tahapan penting sebelum dapat dilaksanakan, yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap tahap evaluasi.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Culturally Responsive Teaching and Project Based Learning approaches in improving the learning creativity of grade 4 students at SDN 42/IV Jambi City during Mathematics learning. The research was conducted using the classroom action research method, with data collected through direct observation of student learning activities during three cycles of action, as well as filling out a learning motivation questionnaire by 28 students. At the beginning of the study, only 14.2% of students had high learning creativity, 35.7% were in the medium category, and 50% had low learning motivation. Through the application of CRT approach and PjBL model, students' participation and involvement in learning increased significantly. In the final cycle, the average student learning motivation score increased from 58 to 82, indicating a consistent increase in student learning creativity. These findings show that the CRT approach and PjBL model are effective in slowly increasing students' creative learning. They also highlight how important it is to consider students' cultural context when making good and relevant learning strategies. Teachers can create an inclusive learning environment by using their cultural background as a learning resource.
