Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine: 1) To find out the leadership style on the performance of PT. Teras Purai Tanajaya employees in Mencimai Village, Kutai Barat. 2) To find out the motivation for the performance of employees of PT. Teras Purai Tanajaya in Mencimai Village, Kutai Barat. 3) To find out the work discipline on the performance of the employees of PT. Teras Purai Tanajaya in Mencimai Village,Kutai Barat. 4) To know the style of leadership, motivation and discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Teras Purai Tanajaya in Mencimai Village Kutai Barat.Analysis tools include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Linearity Test, Heterokedasticity Test, Multicollinearity Test, Autocorrelation Test, Analysis of Multiple Linear Regression, R Square Test, Partial Test and Simultaneous Test. Furthermore, data processing is done to change the results data from research into a new information that can be used in making conclusions.The results of data analysis in this study indicate that the leadership style variable has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Teras Purai Tanajaya in Mencimai Village Kutai Barat. Work motivation variables have a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Teras Purai Tanajaya in Mencimai Village Kutai Barat. Work discipline variables have a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Teras Purai Tanajaya in Mencimai Village Kutai Barat. Leadership style, work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant influence together on the performance of employees of PT. Teras Purai Tanajaya  in Mencimai Village Kutai Barat

Abstract

The purpose of this study is ? a. To find out the spending performance of the 2016-2017 fiscal year in terms of analysis of variance in the village office of Loa Duri Ulu, Loa Janan Subdistrict, it is classified as poor, b. To find out the spending performance of the 2016-2017 fiscal year in terms of the analysis of expenditure growth in the Loa Duri Ulu village office, Loa Janan Subdistrict is classified as negative, c. To find out the spending performance of the 2016-2017 fiscal year in terms of the analysis of expenditure conformity which consists of operational expenditure ratios and capital expenditure ratios in the Loa Duri Ulu village office, Loa Janan Subdistrict is classified as mismatched, d. To find out the spending performance of the 2016-2017 fiscal year in terms of the efficiency ratio at the Loa Duri Ulu village office in Loa Janan Subdistrict, it is classified as less efficient.             The analytical tool used is shopping analysis which consists of variant shopping analysis, analysis of shopping growth, expenditure compatibility analysis and efficiency ratio.            The results of the analysis put forward can be seen that, a. Shopping performance in the 2016-2017 fiscal year in terms of variance analysis at the Loa Duri Ulu village office in Loa Janan District is relatively good, with the realization of spending smaller than the budget so that the first hypothesis is rejected, b. Shopping performance in the 2016-2017 fiscal year in terms of the analysis of expenditure growth at the Loa Duri Ulu village office in Loa Janan Subdistrict is classified as negative with the criteria decreasing so that the second hypothesis is accepted, c. Shopping performance in the 2016-2017 fiscal year in terms of the analysis of expenditure compatibility at the Loa Duri Ulu village office in Loa Janan Subdistrict is classified as inconsistent with the criteria of 20 - 40%, so that the hypothesis is accepted, d. Shopping performance in the 2016-2017 fiscal year in terms of efficiency ratio at the Loa Duri Ulu village office in Loa Janan Subdistrict is classified as efficient with 90 - 100% assessment criteria up to 80 - 90%, so the fourth hypothesis is rejected.

Abstract

Pemerintahan Kantor Kelurahan Sidodadi telah menerapkan sistem layanan (service) namun sistem masih dijalankan secara manual dan belum terintegrasi dalam melayani berbagai kebutuhan masyarakat akan administrasi kependudukan dan pelayanan administrasi pemerintahan lainnya. Kelemahan sistem tersebut, masyarakat tidak dapat dilayani maksimal dalam kurun waktu 24 jam. Hal ini dikarenakan untuk mengakses layanan tersebut warga tersebut harus datang langsung ke kantor kelurahan, sementara jam kerja Kantor Kelurahan hanya 5 hari dan terbatas jam operasionalnya dalam kondisi pandemi Covid 19. Solusi penerapan sistem e-government service ini juga diharapkan mampu mendorong optimasi kinerja pegawai, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan serta meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat akan akses pelayanan publik di sektor pemerintahan. Kegiatan dan metode pelaksanaan menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Metode ini terdiri dari 5 Tahapan yakni Tahapan Perencanaan, Tahapan Analisis, Tahapan Perancangan, Tahapan Implementasi, dan Tahapan Perawatan. Tahapan Perencanaan terdiri dari kegiatan-kegiatan yang menghasilkan penyeleksian prioritas permasalahan mitra (e-government service) serta rencana-rencana yang disusun untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut. Tahapan Perencanaan telah berjalan seiring dengan pembuatan dokumen. Tahapan Analisis terdiri dari kegiatan-kegiatan yang berfungsi untuk mengumpulkan informasi semaksimal mungkin terkait permasalahan mitra. Kegiatan-kegiatan di Tahapan Analisis dilakukan pada bulan pertama dan kedua. Tahapan Perancangan terdiri dari kegiatan-kegiatan untuk membuat rancangan-rancangan yang diimplementasikan di sistem dan dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan. Tahapan Implementasi membutuhkan waktu yang paling lama yakni 5 bulan. Kegiatan-kegiatan di Tahapan Implementasi terdiri dari pembuatan program (e-government service) untuk sistem hingga pelatihan serta pendukungan pengguna dan mitra. Tahapan Perawatan dilakukan pada saat sistem sudah berjalan yang terdiri dari kegiatan pengawasan dan evaluasi yang dibantu oleh mahasiswa sehingga keberlanjutan kegiatan dapat dioptimalkan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the service marketing mix which includes product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence on the decision to use online transportation services based on Android Grab Application in Samarinda City.The theory used in this study is the service marketing mix and service use decisions. This research was conducted on Grab service users in Samarinda City. The population in this study is unknown and the sample taken was 78 respondents with the accidently sampling method. Data collection is done by distributing online questionnaires from the google forms using the Likert scale to measure each indicator. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression.The results of the research on the f test show that the service marketing mix variables which include product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence have a joint effect on the decision to use services. The t test shows that the price, process and physical evidence variables have a significant effect on service use decisions while in the product, place, promotion and people variables there is no significant effect on the decision to use android-based online Grab Application transportation services in Samarinda City

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesesuaian pencatatan, pembayaran dan pelaporan pajak terutang PPh Pasal 15 tentang Wajib Pajak Pelayaran Dalam Negeri yang dilakukan oleh PT. Titian Mahakam Line berdasarkan KMK No. 416/KMK.04/1996 dan SE No. 29/PJ.04/1996.Data yang dibutuhkan untuk penelitian ini diperoleh dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan laporan – laporan  perpajakan berkaitan dengan PPh Pasal 15 Pelayaran Dalam Negeri selama tahun 2018 di PT. Titian Mahakam Line. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini membandingkan pencatatan pajak terutang PPh Pasal 15 Pelayaran Dalam Negeri yang dilakukan PT. Titian Mahakam Line dengan KMK No. 416/KMK.04/1996 serta pembayaran dan pelaporan pajak terutang PPh Pasal 15 Pelayaran Dalam Negeri yang dilakukan oleh PT. Titian Mahakam Line dengan SE No. 29/PJ.04/1996. Kesimpulan dari hasil analisis data yang telah peneliti lakukan pencatatan pajak terutang PPh Pasal 15 yang dilakukan oleh PT. Titian Mahakam Line dengan menggunakan tarif 1,2% telah sesuai dengan KMK No. 416/KMK.04/1996. Pembayaran atas pajak terutang PPh Pasal 15 yang dilakukan oleh PT. Titian Mahakam Line juga telah sesuai dengan SE No. 29/PJ.04/1996 dengan membayar maksimal tanggal 10 di bulan berikutnya. Sedangkan untuk pelaporan pajak terutang PPh Pasal 15 belum sesuai dengan SE No. 29/PJ.04/1996 karena ditemukan banyak keterlambatan atau lewat dari tanggal 20, yaitu laporan Masa Pajak Maret, April, Mei, Juni, Juli, Agustus, Oktober, dan November di tahun 2018

Abstract

Financial Performance in the Coal Sector Mining Sub-Sector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2016 Period, (under Supervisor I Mrs. Titin Ruliana and Supervisor II Mr. Taghfirul Azhima Yoga Siswa).The financial performance based on net profit margin ratio, return on assets, current ratio and quick ratio in the mining sector sub-sector of the coal sector in 2015-2016.The result of this based on profitability ratio analysis of the variable net profit margin (NPM) in the GEMS company (8,51%), ITMG (5,59%), KKGI (5,12%) and MYOH (0,25%). Likewise liquidity ratio in the current ratio (CR) variables in GEMS companies (97,99%), ITMG (45,50%), KKGI (183,14%), MBAP (137,57%) and PTBA (11,21%). And quick ratio (QR) variables in companies in GEMS companies (105,23%), ITMG (60,83%) KKGI (135,71%), MYOH (167,68%) and PTBA (9,64%). the financial performance decreased in 2016 on the variable return on assets (ROA) in MBAP companies (-8,45%), MYOH (-0,9%), PTBA (-1,16%) and TOBA (-3,53 %).The financial performance has increased in 2016 compared to 2015 against the variable net profit margin, current ratio and quick ratio. the variable return on assets (ROA) has decreased in 2016 compared to 2015

Abstract

Muhammad Aldi Ripani, Situational Environmental Analysis of the Choice of Places to Shop at the Indomaret Minimarket on Street Pangeran Suryanata Outlet No.2 Samarinda City. Under the guidance of Mr. Robin Jonathan as the first mentor and Mr. Taghfirul Azhima Yoga Siswa as the second mentor.The purpose of this study includes knowing 1) the physical environment influences the selection of shopping places. 2) The social environment influences the selection of shopping places. 3) Time perspective influences the choice of shopping place. 4) Purchase objectives affect the selection of shopping places. 5) The preceding situation has an effect on the selection of shopping places. 6) Physical environment, social environment, time perspective, purchase objectives and conditions that precede together affect the selection of shopping places.The population type of this study is unknown population. The population consists of all those who shop at Indomaret on Street Pangeran Suryanata Outlet No.2 Samarinda City. The sampling technique used in this study was through a non probability sampling approach, namely purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 people using calculations using the Lameshow formula. This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis tool with the F test and t test using the SPSS V23 program.            The results of this study indicate that 1) The physical environment does not have a significant effect on the selection of shopping places. 2) The social environment has a significant influence on the selection of shopping places. 3) Time perspective has a significant influence on the selection of shopping places. 4) The purpose of the purchase has a significant influence on the selection of shopping places. 5) The situation that precedes does not have a significant influence on the selection of shopping places. 6) Physical environment, social environment, time perspective, purchase purpose, predating conditions together have a significant effect on the selection of shopping places

To find out the effect of Promotion on Purchasing Decisions at Aziz’s Bookstore Samarinda. 5.) To find out the effect of Product, price, location, and promotion together with the Purchasing Decision at Aziz’s Bookstore Samarinda.This study was done at Aziz’s bookstore on Aga Khan Street (Citra Niaga Lounge) Samarinda. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents with a Probability Sampling Method and the technique sampling is Simple Random Sampling. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and using likert scale for each indicator. The Analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression at SPSS V23 Programm. The results of this study shows : 1.) Product variable did not significantly influence of purchasing decisions at Aziz’s Bookstore Samarinda. 2.) Price variable did not significantly influence of purchasing decisions at Aziz’s Bookstore Samarinda. 3.) Place variable did significantly influence of purchasing decisions at Aziz’s Bookstore Samarinda. 4.) Promotion variable did not significantly influence of purchasing decisions at Aziz’s Bookstore Samarinda. 5.) The variables of Product, price, location, and promotion together significant effect on purchasing decisions at Aziz’s Samrinda Bookstore.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research are:  1) To find out and analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in shopping online at Shopee. 2) To find out and analyze the effect of trust on customer satisfaction in shopping online at Shopee. 3) To find out and analyze the effect of prices on customer satisfaction in shopping online at Shopee. 4) To find out and analyze the effect of service quality, trust, and price together on customer satisfaction in shopping online at Shopee. The theory used in this research is the quality of service, trust, price, and customer satisfaction.This research conducted in Faculty of Economics, August 17th, 1945 Samarinda. Samples taken as many as 100 respondents with a Non-Probability Sampling the sampling technique used purposive sampling. Collecting data by questionnaires using Likert scale to measure each indicator. The analytical tool in the study using multiple linear regression analysis by using the tools of statistical program SPSS v20.               The results of this study show that: 1) The variable of service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction shopping online at Shopee. 2) The variable trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction shopping online at Shopee. 3) The variable price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction shopping online at Shopee. 4) The variable service quality, trust, and price together - a significant effect on consumer satisfaction shopping online at Shopee.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, attention and physical evidence partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction in vehicle service services at PT. Graha Mulia Auto Samarinda.The theory used in this research is service quality and customer satisfaction. this research was conducted on vehicle users in Samarinda City. The population in this study is known to be taken as many as 100 respondents. Data collection is done by distributing online questionnaires from Google forms using a Likert scale to measure indicators. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression.The results of this study in the f test showed that service quality variables which include reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangibles have a joint effect on customer satisfaction. the t test shows that the reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction while the tangibles variable does not significantly influence customer satisfaction in vehicle service at PT. Graha Mulia Auto Samarinda
