Abstract

Pengujian perangkat lunak merupakan tahap esensial dalam software development life cycle (SDLC) untuk memastikan sistem berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan dan tidak menghambat operasional organisasi. Sistem Informasi Inventory yang telah dikembangkan pada Koperasi Dosen dan Karyawan Universitas Dr. Soetomo untuk mendukung operasional koperasi. Namun belum dilakukan pengujian kualitas perangkat lunak secara menyeluruh. Pengujian diperlukan untuk meminimalkan risiko kegagalan operasional yang dapat mengganggu proses bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kualitas sistem melalui pendekatan black box testing dengan menggabungkan teknik Equivalence Partitioning (EP) dan Boundary Value Analysis (BVA). Metode ini diimplementasikan pada use case seperti input stok barang dan transaksi penjualan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa uji antarmuka (interface) mencapai efektivitas 93,33% (kategori sangat efektif), sedangkan uji fungsionalitas memperoleh 85,73% (cukup efektif). Temuan ini mengidentifikasi celah pada fungsionalitas yang memerlukan perbaikan, seperti validasi input dan konsistensi data. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi kepada pengembang untuk meningkatkan kualitas sistem, sekaligus menjadi referensi bagi pengujian sistem inventory berbasis metode EP dan BVA. Hasil studi tidak hanya mendukung peningkatan sistem di koperasi tersebut, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pengembangan sistem serupa di lingkup lebih luas melalui pendekatan pengujian yang efisien dan terstruktur.@font-face {font-family:"Cambria Math"; panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic-font-family:roman; mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1107305727 0 0 415 0;}@font-face {font-family:"Book Antiqua"; panose-1:2 4 6 2 5 3 5 3 3 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic-font-family:roman; mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:647 0 0 0 159 0;}p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-parent:""; margin:0cm; mso-pagination:none; mso-layout-grid-align:none; text-autospace:none; font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Arial",sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-ansi-language:EN-US;}.MsoChpDefault {mso-style-type:export-only; mso-default-props:yes; font-family:"Arial",sans-serif; mso-ascii-font-family:Arial; mso-fareast-font-family:Arial; mso-hansi-font-family:Arial; mso-bidi-font-family:Arial; mso-ansi-language:EN-US;}.MsoPapDefault {mso-style-type:export-only; mso-pagination:none;}div.WordSection1 {page:WordSection1;}

Abstract

Social media platforms have developed into important instruments for social interaction, communication, and information gathering. Through a series of routine actions, ethics provides humans with experience of how other people live their lives. This research method uses clustering data mining. Ethics can help human behavior in making judgments and acting in accordance with their philosophy of life. When deciding what to understand and what to do, ethics is a very useful tool. Because ethics can be applied to every aspect of life, ethics can be categorized into several areas based on facets or aspects of human life. Relations between people will be positive and friendly if there is good communication ethics. Therefore, social media users should think about the implications of the material and comments they publish. Additionally, respect and empathy for other individuals is an important component of social media communication etiquette. If communication ethics are not understood, miscommunication will arise, giving rise to debates and conflicts that can damage social harmony.
