Abstract

Research was conducted at PT Bank Muamalat KCP Rantaprapat. The objective of this research was to find out: To what extent is the influence of corporate image, service quality and completeness of facilities on customer satisfaction at PT Bank Muamalat KCP Rantauprapat.  The research subjects consisted of several customers, in this study the respondents were 100 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observations. While the data analysis method used is the Research Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Simultaneous Effect Significance Test (F), Partial Effect Significance Test (T Test), Determinant Coefficient (R2) using SPSS Statistics Version 22 software, then draw the appropriate conclusions. With research results. The results showed that the Company Image, Service Quality, and Completeness of Facilities Have a Positive Effect on Customer Satisfaction at PT Bank Muamalat KCP Rantauprapat, Keywords: Company Image, Service Quality, Facilities, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the improvement and development of a home industry-based creative economy carried out by several academics, namely economics faculty lecturers and several students to the people of Meranti Village, Bilah Hulu District. Where in this study also explains the impact of the creative economy on the income of rural communities, as well as other supporting factors. The method used is qualitative descriptive research, namely by collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation of the research object. The data analysis technique is using descriptive analysis. The results of research in Meranti Village are: First, the improvement and development of a home industry-based creative economy carried out by lecturers of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Labuhabatu University through the formation of a household business group. Second, increasing the income of the people who participate in the household business group. Third, internal and external factors that support the development carried out by lecturers of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Labuhanbatu University, students, and the Meranti village community in Labuhanbatu Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of communication on job satisfaction, to determine the effect of decision making on job satisfaction, to determine the effect of communication on performance, to determine the effect of decision making on performance, to determine the effect of job satisfaction on performance, to determine the effect of communication on performance. performance mediated job satisfaction, to determine the effect of decision making on job satisfaction mediated performance at the Department of Youth and Sports, Culture and Tourism of Labuhanbatu Regency. In this study using quantitative research methods. The population in this study was 70 people, and the sampling technique used was saturated sampling, so that the sample amounted to 70 people. Data collection techniques using documentation, interviews and questionnaires and using a Likert scale instrument for measuring questionnaires. This research uses data analysis method using SmartPLS 3 software which is run on computer media. PLS (partial least square) is a variant-based structural equation analysis (SEM) which can simultaneously test the measurement model as well as test the structural model. The results showed that communication had a positive effect and communication had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Decision making has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Communication has a positive and significant effect on performance. Decision making has no significant effect on performance. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on performance. Communication has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction mediated by job satisfaction. Decision making has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction mediated by job satisfaction.

Abstract

Supporting factors that are presented are the quality of human resources, work competence, and work commitments analyzed how they affect the performance of employees of Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Labuhan Batu, both partially and simultaneously. Data collection uses interviews, questionnaires and literature study. Work on data analysis methods using SPSS 22.0 for Windows software. This study used a sample of 30 employees taken using total sampling techniques.             The results of the study based on the F test showed that the quality of human resources, work competence and work commitment simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Labuhan Batu employees, where the value of Fcount (17.583)> Ftable (2.98) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. T-test results show that the quality of human resources (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Labuhan Batu employees, where the tcount (2.382)> ttable (1.706) and the significance value of 0.025 <0.05, work competence ( X2) positive and significant effect on the performance of Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Labuhan Batu employees, where the tcount (4.704)> ttable (1.706) and the significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and work commitment (X3) also have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Labuhan Batu, where the tcount (3.860)> ttable (1.706) and the significance value of 0.001 <0.05. Adjusted R Square value of 0.632 means that employee performance can be explained by the quality of human resources, work competence, and work commitments of 63.2%, while the remaining 36.8% is explained by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of earnings per share and dividend policy on price to book value partially on food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. To find out whether the debt to equity ratio moderates the relationship between earnings per share and dividend policy on price to book value partially on food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of samples in this study amounted to 12 companies during the study period of 5 years so that it has 60 observational data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that Dividend policy has a significant effect on price to book value. Earnings per share had no significant effect on price to book value. Together earning per share variable and dividend policy has a significant affect the price to book value.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is influenced by the quality of services and health facilities. Hospitals must be able to maintain good quality services and health facilities for patients in order to compete with hospitals with better quality services and health facilities. Quality of service is a potential weapon to beat competitors. Health facilities are an important factor in influencing patient satisfaction. Friendly service and good health facilities can increase patient satisfaction resulting in an increase in patient visits. The purpose of this study was to determine or analyze the effect of service quality and health facilities on BPJS patient satisfaction at the hospital. Insani Stabat. This research was conducted at the hospital. Insani Stabat. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. The results showed that the variables of service quality and health facilities had an effect either partially or simultaneously on the satisfaction of BPJS patients at the hospital. Insani Stabat. The R Square value of 80.5% indicates that 80.5% of the variable ability of service quality (X1) and health facilities (X2) has an effect on patient satisfaction (Y) at the hospital. Insani Stabat while the remaining 19.5% is the influence of other independent variables that are not explained or not examined by researchers in this study such as location, price and administrative system variables.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how to influence Third Party Funds (DPK), Return on Assets (ROA) and interest rates on lending at PT. Bank BTN (Persero) Tbk. Medan Branch Office. While the objective of this research is to analyze the effect of third party funds (DPK), Return on Assets (ROA) and interest rates on lending at PT. Bank BTN (Persero) Tbk. Medan Branch Office either partially or simultaneously. The data source in this study is the 2012-2016 financial reports. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 17.0 program. The results showed that the t-count value for the DPK variable (X1) (13.112) > (12.706) or (0.048) < (0.05), partially DPK has a positive and significant effect on LDR. The t-count value for the variable ROA (X2) (11.659) < (12.706) or (0.054) > (0.05), partially ROA has no positive and significant effect on LDR. The t-count value for the variable interest rate (X3) (13.152) > (12.706) or (0.048) < (0.05), partially the interest rate has a positive and significant effect on LDR. Simultaneously the DPK, ROA and interest rate variables have a significant effect on LDR at PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk. Medan Branch (Fcount > Ftable (75.504 > 19.16) or sig F <5% (0.084 > 0.05).
