Abstract

There are several factors that affect consumer satisfaction, one of which is the quality of the product. Based on the satisfaction assessment data at the Yoorihana store through the Shopee application, from 5 assessment scales, there are some consumers from the yoorihana store who provide less assessment of shopping satisfaction through the Shopee application so that the satisfaction assessment results at the store are not included in the best category. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction in Yoorihana store through shopee application. This study used primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires containing 13 statements to 37 consumer samples. This study is descriptive, quantitative, and the influence of analysis in this study using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables on product quality had a significant influence on employee satisfaction of 41.6%.

Abstract

Dalam proses nya sumber daya manusia sebagai tempat mengevaluasi,mengembangkan dan memotivasi semua karyawan dalam organisasi agar peranan tenaga kerja efektif dan efisienAspek individu yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja SDM dan berdampak pada kinerja ialah kemempuan individu,kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi.UMKM di Indonesia saat ini menjadi hal yang harus diperhatikan karena UMKM saat ini menjadi suatu entitas yang hampir 97% menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan maka UMKM ini harus terus berkembangdalam hal ini khusus nya di Labuhan Batu usaha usaha yang bergerak di bidang makanan dan minuman terus berkembang secara pesat oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian saat ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan individu,kepuasan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja dan kualitas pelayanan karyawan agar mampu memberikan pelayanan terhadap para pembeli di gerai masing-masing.

Abstract

One factor that affects performance is employee engagement. Based on the data, uneven performance on each type of work and the percentage of employee attendance increased for the last three years in a row. This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement on performance and is a descriptive and quantitative statistic with the effect of analysis using path analysis. The study was conducted using primary data based on the distribution of questionnaires consisting of 28 statements using 51 employees as a sample. The results showed that the variable on employee engagement had a significant influence on performance with the effect of vigor of -7.12%, dedication of 13.91%, absorption of 35.86 and simultaneously 42.65%.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how to influence Third Party Funds (DPK), Return on Assets (ROA) and interest rates on lending at PT. Bank BTN (Persero) Tbk. Medan Branch Office. While the objective of this research is to analyze the effect of third party funds (DPK), Return on Assets (ROA) and interest rates on lending at PT. Bank BTN (Persero) Tbk. Medan Branch Office either partially or simultaneously. The data source in this study is the 2012-2016 financial reports. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 17.0 program. The results showed that the t-count value for the DPK variable (X1) (13.112) > (12.706) or (0.048) < (0.05), partially DPK has a positive and significant effect on LDR. The t-count value for the variable ROA (X2) (11.659) < (12.706) or (0.054) > (0.05), partially ROA has no positive and significant effect on LDR. The t-count value for the variable interest rate (X3) (13.152) > (12.706) or (0.048) < (0.05), partially the interest rate has a positive and significant effect on LDR. Simultaneously the DPK, ROA and interest rate variables have a significant effect on LDR at PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk. Medan Branch (Fcount > Ftable (75.504 > 19.16) or sig F <5% (0.084 > 0.05).

Abstract

Porang adalah tanaman sekunder untuk mengurangi terjadinya erosi. Sosialisasi ini bertujuan mengedukasi petani tentang tanaman porang sebagai tanaman pendamping dan melakukan pengolahan porang. Sosialisasi ini dilaksanakan di Desa Kampung Dalam Kecamatan Bilah Hulu Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan pembagian kuisioner tentang ketertarikan budidaya porang. Pengumpulan data digunakan secara kuantitatif dilanjutkan analisis statistik uji t pada taraf 5%. Kuisioner direkapitulasi menggunakan pie chart. Sosialisasi dihadiri oleh petani sawit, karet, pembudidaya porang dan perangkat desa. Terjadi penambahan pengetahuan budidaya porang oleh peserta sosialisasi. Sebelum sosialisasi, 34 peserta petani sawit dan hanya 1 yang telah melakukan budidaya porang. Setelah dilakukan sosialisasi terdapat peningkatan minat petani melakukan budidaya porang dengan nilai t-statistik -3,26 dan berbeda nyata. Diketahui 44,1% peserta yang tertarik mengetahui tentang porang, 29,4% yang ingin membudidayakan porang sebagai tanaman sekunder, 20,5% petani sawit tertarik dan mulai melakukan penanaman bibit porang dan 5% petani melakukan budidaya porang hingga pasca panen.
