Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out what factors influence intrinsic and extrinsic motivation for further study to higher education in class XII students of Gondangmanis Housing RT 08 and to find out whether RET can increase the motivation for further study of adolescents to college in class XII students of Gondangmanis Housing RT 08. This research is a case study research and it was conducted in three counseling sessions. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation.The results showed that the factors causing the low motivation for further studies to university experienced by MW and MF were intrinsic factors, namely irrational thinking patterns towards college and both parents. While the extrinsic factors are the bad experience of relatives, the family economy and the lack of direction from the parents for higher education. Both counselees showed increased motivation to continue their studies at higher education.

Abstract

The aims of this study are: 1. To describe the causes of lack of self-discipline in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic by PGRI 2 Kayen High School students, 2. To overcome the low self-discipline of students in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic with technical behavioristic counseling. self-management.The type of research used is a case study of guidance and counseling. The subjects studied in class XI IPA 5 were two students who had low learning discipline behavior in online learning. Data collection methods used are methods: observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used bacon system induction analysis.The results of the research there are two factors: 1) Internal factors, students do not have interest, feel lazy, lack motivation, 2) external factors, from outside students lack parental attention and encouragement. After conducting behavioristic counseling with self-management techniques, the counselee can show a change in more disciplined learning in online learning.

Abstract

The objectives of the study: (1) describe the causes of the lack of learning discipline behavior by SMKN 1 Kudus students, (2) Obtain an increase in learning discipline during online learning in SMKN 1 Kudus students after being given behavioristic counseling services with self management techniques. The subjects were two students of SMKN 1 Kudus as students with problems with learning discipline during online learning. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. Using qualitative descriptive data analysis. The results of the study prove that the application of behavioristic counseling with self management techniques can improve student learning discipline, learning independence, and learning achievement during online learning for students at SMKN 1 Kudus. Based on the results of this study, guidance and counseling teachers should be able to use it to pay attention and recognize student problems in helping to overcome the low level of student discipline during online learning.

Abstract

The aims of this study are: 1) To find out the factors that cause difficulties in dividing time between learning and organization. 2) Overcoming the problem of learning time management of students who are actively organized by using behavioristic counseling with Self Management techniques. This research uses qualitative research in the form of case studies. The subjects studied were AL and MK students at SMK 3 Pati in the academic year 2020/2021. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers are interviews, observation and documentation.Based on the results of the study, it shows that after the counselee has not been able to manage study time properly because of delaying assignments due to organizational friends, not taking full lessons due to missing lessons, and not having a good daily schedule. To assist counselees in overcoming difficulties in managing time, counselors apply Behavioral Self Management counseling techniques that are proven to be able to overcome time management difficulties between studying and organizing by not procrastinating on assignments, participating fully in lessons so as not to miss lessons, and having a daily schedule and having priorities.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the assumption that the personal qualities of counselors are essential to be studied because the effectiveness of counseling services is also influenced by the subjective views of clients towards counselors as professionals who are asked to help them. In addition, there are different views on the personal profile of an effective counselor from the side of service users, which include principals, subject teachers, administrative staff, students, and parents, as well as the guidance and counseling professional community regarding how the counselor's figure is considered effective to provide counseling services to them. This study aims to determine the views and expectations of service users and professional colleagues regarding the personal profile of effective counselors. The method used was descriptive quantitative research. The results showed that effective counselors must display good personal identity through integrity, emotional stability, and psychological maturity in providing guidance and counseling services. This has implications for the performance of counselors in serving clients who must demonstrate self-management and integrity to gain more trust in the community.

Abstract

Interest in entrepreneurship is an important thing that students must have in developing new entrepreneurs during this Pandemic. It is known that this pandemic period has had a significant impact on economic activity so that several sectors must be affected and reduce the opportunity to open job vacancies. Vocational students who usually rely on job vacancies should be encouraged to be interested in entrepreneurship. To increase interest in entrepreneurship, group counseling activities are needed that can help students identify, initiate, and be sure of the decisions that have been taken to become entrepreneurship. The KIPAS (Intensive, Progressive, Adaptive, Structured Counseling) counseling model is an alternative group counseling model that can provide discussion partners, innovations, and support for students who want to start a new business. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the KIPAS model group counseling in increasing the interest in entrepreneurship in vocational students. The study was designed with a single subject design involving ten students as group members. The instrument used is a student's entrepreneurship interest scale which consists of 24 items with six leading indicators that have been empirically validated. Furthermore, the study results were tested using the Wilcoxon test with the help of SPSS 22. The results of this study indicate that the KIPAS model group counseling effectively increases the entrepreneurial interest of SMK students. The problem of limiting activities experienced by the COVID-19 Pandemic can later be overcome with group counseling that is designed in a blended manner.

Abstract

Tujuan penyusunan skripsi sebagai berikut: 1. Mendeskripsikan tindakan peneliti dalam layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik sosiodrama dalam meningkatkan rasa percaya diri siswa kelas X IPS 4 SMAN 1 Nalumsari saat berbicara di depan kelas tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. 2. Peneliti memperoleh data peningkatan rasa percaya diri siswasaat berbicara di depan kelas melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik sosiodrama pada siswa kelas X IPS 4 SMAN 1 Nalumsari tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan dan Konseling. Subjek yang diteliti adalah siswa kelas X IPS 4 SMAN 1 Nalumsari sebanyak delapan siswa yang memiliki rasa percaya diri yang rendah. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik mixed method dengan menggabungkan analisis data kuantitatif yang diperkuat oleh data kualitatif agar diperoleh simpulan penelitian yang lebih kuat. Hasil penelitian diketahui percaya diri siswa saat berbicara di depan kelas pada periode pra siklus memperoleh skor 23 (58%) kategori (Kurang). Pada siklus I telah mengalami peningkatan dengan memperoleh skor 26 (65%) kategori baik. Kemudian siklus II juga mengalami peningkatan dengan memperoleh skor 30 (74%) masih dalam kategori baik.
