Abstract

Hotel Resort is one of the accommodations for tourism destinations, Hotels Resort must have adequate views and facilities. The design of this Resort Hotel is located in Lebak Regency, Banten which has many tourist destinations such as Sawarna Beach. In the Sawarna Beach area, it is necessary to build 5 Star Hotel Resort because the quantity of hotels in the area is still very lacking to make it easier for visitors to come and will stay overnight. So the quantity of hotels or inns is not proportional to the number of visitors. The design concept at the Hotel Resort Design applies the concept of Tropical Architecture. The design concept is applied because the location is in the tropics area or the seashore and is used as a tourism place.

Abstract

The orchestra building is a place or building that accommodates and serves privately owned music concert activities that have facilities for teaching and learning activities regarding orchestral music and its supporting facilities, by applying an idea or a metaphorical architectural design that is embodied in the form of a building. Metaphorical architecture in the application of the orchestra building metaphorizes from a musical instrument. The shape of the building which is the result of the metaphor of a violin instrument, so that it can create a different impression from each visitor who uses the building and is able to produce expressive building forms.

Abstract

Garbage is one of the main factors in urban or regional environmental problems that are being faced in this era of globalization in line with the increasing number of residents and population activities. Garbage is a problem in many big cities. Including in the South Tangerang City area. In South Tangerang City itself, it produces 400 tons per day which is accommodated at the Cipeucang TPA. The Cipeucang TPA in the South Tangerang area still uses an open dumping system, but this location is getting full. Cipeucang TPA in the near future will no longer be able to accommodate garbage from South Tangerang City. Modern Waste Management in South Tangerang City was built to meet all needs by recycling waste by minimizing the amount of existing waste consisting of facilities such as Organic/Inorganic Waste Processing, Organic/Inorganic Recycling Production Building, B3 Warehouse, Workshop, Foodcourt, Sewage Water Treatment Plant, and other Supporting Buildings. This Modern Waste Management applies the theme of Modern Architecture, very suitable to be applied to designs located in South Tangerang City, with designs that form follow function, namely the shape of the building adapts to the character of the waste processing itself so that it is in accordance with the functions and considerations of tactical building users. The facade of the building will also use materials that support modern concepts such as the application of ACP material, glass, and exposed concrete to highlight the solid impression of the building. Abstract

Abstract A Sports Arena is a large enclosed platform, often circular or oval in shape, designed for theatrical performances, musical performances, or sporting events. The sports arena is used as a means of performance or sports center training for national athletes and novice athletes who just want to enter the realm of professional sports. The construction of the Sports Center uses the HIGH-TECH concept, very suitable for use in designs in the South Tangerang City area, with its elegant design depicting a modern spirit and technology that is displayed in the form of structural honesty, color play, the use of the latest technology in building structures, and has some uniqueness. so that this High-Tech feature is not the same as other characteristics and can make an area a building icon that is recognized by many people. Abstract

Over the past few decades, cities have experienced severe social and economic pressures, which disproportionately impact the urban environment. As a result, the environment has decreased in quality, which is characterized by increasing CO2 emissions and energy operating costs. Sustainable city development is considered as a step toward developing a sustainable environment for the community. Therefore, this research orients its discussions toward the regeneration of urban settlements to improve the quality of their urban environments. Taking Balimester as its case study, it aims at generating a model that develops a sustainable settlement in a densely populated area. It uses simulation as its method and is aided by an Urban Modelling Interface as its tool that comes with three parameters. This modeling shows that a Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 0.43 with a total area of ± 427,233 m². This FAR produces an operational energy of 3983 kwh/m2/year and an embodied energy of 216 kwh/m2/ year. This figure is classified as very high relative to the standard figure of 240 kWh/m2/year. The mobility level in the context of walkability is 21-68, and a reading of 21-69 for the level of bikeability. These indicate that the residential area in Balimester is unsustainable. Keywords: hybrid settlements; regeneration; Urban Modeling Interface (UMI); sustainable development Abstrak Selama beberapa dekade terakhir, kota-kota telah mengalami tekanan sosial dan ekonomi yang parah, yang memiliki dampak yang tidak proporsional terhadap lingkungan perkotaan. Akibatnya, lingkungan mengalami penurunan kualitas yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya emisi CO2 dan biaya operasional energi. Pembangunan kota yang berkelanjutan dianggap sebagai langkah untuk menciptakan lingkungan berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini penting dilakukan untuk meremajakan permukiman dalam meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan perkotaan. Dengan mengambil Kawasan Balimester sebagai studi kasusnya, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan model pengembangan permukiman berkelanjutan di daerah padat penduduk. Metode penelitian dengan metode simulasi menggunakan perangkat Urban Modeling Interface dengan tiga parameter. Hasil pemodelan diperoleh nilai Floor Area Ratio (FAR) sebesar 0,43 dengan total luas lahan ± 427.233 m². Nilai FAR menghasilkan nilai energi operasional sebesar 3983kwh/m2/tahun dan nilai energi perwujudan sebesar 216 kwh/m2/tahun. Nilai ini sangat tinggi dari 240 kwh/m2/tahun sebagai standar penggunaan energi. Nilai mobility pada aspek walkability adalah 21-68, dan 21-69 untuk nilai bikeability. Abstract

ABSTRAKMasjid merupakan tempat yang penting bagi umat islam sebagai wadah untuk melaksanakan ibadah dan kegiatan masyarakat. Namun seiring perkembangan waktu, kondisi masjid akan membutuhkan perbaikan agar seluruh kegiatan ibadah di masjid ini bisa berjalan. Salah satu aspek yang perlu diperhatikan demi menunjang  kenyamanan beraktivitas adalah sistem penerangan buatan.  Masjid Al Hasanah yang terletak di Gg. Sawo No 27 RT 001 RW 03 Kelurahan Kreo Selatan Kecamatan Larangan Kota Tangerang, Banten merupakan masjid yang aktif diisi oleh peribadatan dan kegiatan masyarakat. Saat ini, sistem penerangan yang terdapat di dalam masjid tersebut masih belum sesuai dengan standar SNI. Oleh karena itu, dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dirancanglah sebuah desain renovasi sistem penerangan buatan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah hasil perhitungan titik lampu, desain 3D, serta desain peletakan titik lampu. Kata kunci: renovasi; masjid; desain; penerangan buatan ABSTRACTThe mosque is an important place for Muslims as a place to carry out worship and community activities. However, over time, the condition of the mosque will require improvement so that all worship activities in this mosque can run. One aspect that needs to be considered in order to support the comfort of activities is the artificial lighting system. Al Hasanah Mosque which is located at Gg. Sawo No. 27 RT 001 RW 03 Kreo Selatan Village, Larangan District, Tangerang City, Banten is a mosque that is actively filled with worship and community activities. Currently, the lighting system in the mosque is still not in accordance with SNI standards. Therefore, in this community service activity, a design for the renovation of the artificial lighting system was designed. Abstract

Games are increasingly evolving in the present, from the start only in form of entertainment are now also evolved as electronic sports called Esports. Since the 2020 pandemic, game enthusiasts have increased significantly throughout the world and all circles. Likewise in Indonesia, since the pandemic game enthusiasts, especially competitive games, have increased rapidly, this has also made the Esports gaming industry more widely known to the general public. With great enthusiasm from the local community, Esports competitions are now starting to organize competitions both regionally, nationally and internationally. Unfortunately, this sport is relatively new, so the recruitment of Esports athletes is done manually. With the Esports Athlete Training Center in Cisauk Tangerang, it is expected that there will be more professional training place of prospective athletes by having complete data and player performance and making it easier for potential athletes to be recruited to big Esports teams. Besides being a training ground, this area also serves to provide further knowledge for the community about the profession of professional Esports athletes and develop local Esports games. This training area applies modern architecture that adapts to the site and climate in the Cisauk Tangerang area for the convenience of athletes, visitors and management.

Abstract

East Java is one of the provinces in Indonesia that offers various types of tourist attractions. Typical East Javanese cuisine has an appeal with a taste that uses a lot of shrimp paste and petis as a flavoring agent for food. The spicy and savory taste also attracts people to taste East Javanese culinary specialties. Many typical East Javanese dishes are cooked by boiling, frying, steaming and baking. In the city of Malang there are quite a lot of tourist objects that are visited by local and foreign tourists. With the number of visitors in 2018 there were 4 million visitors while in 2019 it jumped to 5 million in 2020 only 600 thousand due to the corona virus which caused a small number of tourists visiting. And in 2022 tourists visiting the city of Malang will also increase 3 times from January to June 2022, there will be 5.9 million. A culinary tourism center is a culinary tourism area that can meet the culinary needs of visitors and tourists as well as a place of recreation and refreshment where visitors can enjoy various culinary tours that reflect culture and characteristics. Based on the results of the analysis and conclusions in the discussion chapter, the authors propose the following goals and objectives: To design a culinary tourism center that can provide facilities and recreation that can be enjoyed by visitors and create a comfortable culinary and souvenir area typical of East Java. The problem with the architecture is how to design a culinary tourism center typical of East Java in the city of Malang with facilities that can meet all the needs and activities of the parties involved and what is the strategy to accommodate all activities at the center of culinary tourism typical of East Java. The research method used is a method with primary data collection techniques, direct surveys, and observation of secondary data case studies and literature surveys.

Abstract

Bandung city is one of the creative cities in Indonesia. The creative industry is the main pillar in developing the creative economy sector which has a positive impact on life. The Indonesian government realizes that the creative economy focuses on the creation of goods and services by relying on creativity, talent and expertise as intellectual property. The amount of creativity in the city of Bandung has made the city of Bandung selected as a pilot project for creative cities throughout Asia Pacific. One way for the city of Bandung to achieve success in developing the image of the city of Bandung as a creative city is highly dependent on existing human resources, namely the creative community. The creativity of the people of the city of Bandung supports the development of the creative economy as a local sector that has wide potential. The construction of the Creative Center in the city of Bandung is not only used as a forum, but can be used as a training facility. Apart from that, it can accommodate creative economic activities which can be a place for craft synergy and collaboration and is supported by infrastructure that can make users of this building feel comfortable.
