Abstract

This study is titled "Factors That Affect People's Behavior in Choosing Laundry Services in Simply Fresh Laundry Jalan Belimbing No. 1 Pekanbaru". This study aims to find out the characteristics of the community of laundry service users, the behavior of people choosing to use laundry services and the correlation between the characteristics of laundry service users and the behavior of choosing laundry services in Simply Fresh Laundry Jalan Belimbing No. 1 Pekanbaru. This research uses Quantitative research method. The population in this study was laundry service customers at Simply Fresh Laundry Jalan Belimbing No. 1 Pekanbaru, and a large sample of 98 laundry customers. The variables in this study were internal factor X1 and External factor variable X2, while variable Y was the behavior of choosing laundry. The data was analyzed using product momment correlation. Based on the results of the research analysis showed that the characteristics of the community users of laundry services on average graduated from higher education, the average income of Rp. 3.158.108,- married, the number of family members 3 people. Knowledge price Rp.10.000-Rp.14.000,- with a location distance of 2-3 km and low promotional knowledge. People's behavior choose laundry services based on the frequency of laundry 2x a week, the volume of laundry 5-6 kg in a week and the type of laundry with heavy cloth type. The Behavior Rate of Choosing Laundry category "High" 52.0%, category "Medium" 12.2% and category "Low" by 35.7%. Correlation between characteristics and community behavior in choosing laundry services, namely internal factors (r = 0,546) and external factors (r = -0,229).Keywords: Community Behavior, Laundry Services, Simply Fresh Laundry

Abstract

Lake Sipogas tourism object is an object established in 1987 at first Lake Sipogas was only a dam where the water was diverted to the rice fields of local residents and fulfilled the need for clean water for residents. Starting to be visited by visitors in 1988 until now. This is 1) to find out the characteristics of Lake Sipogas tourist attraction, 2) to find out visitors’ participation in maintaining the cleanliness of Lake Sipogas attraction in a study using an incidental technique and the authir found 6 people as informants writers 2 men and 4 women. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive. Findings in this study that the author can find out the characteristics of visitors and participation by visitors of the environment of Lake Sipogas tourist attraction. The result of the study are the visitors’ efforts to maintain the cleanliness pf the environment in the Lake Sipogas tourist attraction locations and wal nor are all visitors who have the same participation between visitors. Keywords : Participation, Lake Sipogas, Environmental Cleanliness.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Jl HR Soebrantas, Tuah Karya Subdistrict, Tampan Subdistrict by qualitative methods on six research subjects. Data was collected by in-depth interviews. The purpose of the study was to determine the profile and social interaction of online game addicts with the environment. The results showed that the profiles of online game addicts were female students who were in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Social Sciences, namely 4 female students with a major in PGSD, 1 female majored in AP and 1 female majored in IP. The interaction of online game addicts with a good family environment, because for family informants is everything. For the interaction of informants with boarding mates is also good, the informants always cook, eat, exercise, gather and play online games together. Interaction of informants with campus friends is not good, because some of the informants have few friends and do not interact with many students on campus.Keywords: Profile, Social Interaction

Abstract

Essay submitted to fulfill requirement sociology deagree. The study was conducted in kabupaten kuantan singing whit the aim of obtaining the impormation of the social impact of illegal gold mining. Several problem in this study are (1) who the perpetrators of gold mining without permission in the village sungai sorik (2) what are the social impact of illegal gold mining in the village sungai sorik (3) whether there is a relationship of social mobility of livelihood to social mobility. The title of this study “The Social Impact Of Illegal Gold Mining In The Village Sungai Sorik Kecamatan Kuanta Hilir Seberang Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi”. This research aimed to find out who the perpetrator gpld mining without permission in sungai sorik. To know the social impact that result gold mining without permission in sungai sorik. To know the relationship of livelihood change to social mobility. This reseach is a quantitative research because is natre is shapecase. After doing this research, the result of the study note the social impact of illegal gold mining in sungai sorik is a miner, social impact, and livelihood change relationship of social mobility. Perpretators of this social impact of wokers which has an individual or grup get a fropit. Or a lot of mining product and to achieve its ob actives. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the impact of cash transfers to the poor in the village of West Perawang , how the distribution of cash transfers were held and anyone who get these cash transfers . The research was conducted in the  village of West Perawang Siak District of tramp . This study used a descriptive quantitative method by using data retrieval poor people who get cash aid in Perawang West Village Head Office , to know clearly who the people who get the BLT . To collect the data of the respondents used the method of direct observation , interviews , documentation , and management of data used for descriptive quantitative method . The government has also tried to solve the existing poverty by creating programs that they deem to reduce poverty . One of the government programs are BLT , BLT is a program created by the government for the welfare of the poor and helped the poor to meet their basic needs , to strengthen the program the President issued Presidential Decree No. 3 of 2008 on the BLT . The results of this study are bahwasannya the community wants this BLT deleted because they were disappointed with the process and the target , the public is also advised BLT should be replaced with other policies that better understand the poor people , not merely maintain the image of the Government alone. Keywords : welfare , poverty , direct cash assistance program

Abstract

This research carried out in Tampan District, Pekanbaru. This research aims to determine the characteristics and survival strategies of street musician. To obtain the necessary data in this study, the writer collected data to descend directly to the research location and do observation and in-depth interviews. The subjects of this research as many as seven person. Data obtained was processed in the descriptive qualitative analysis form. Technique determination sample of research using incidental sampling technique that is obtained with no premeditation but by chance. Conclusions from this research that the majority of subjects who became a street musician is new comers in Pekanbaru are having trouble finding a job overseas especially coupled with low education level. The majority of subjects come from West Sumatera as many as three person, while in Medan and Pekanbaru each two person. The education level subjects who graduated high school and junior school each three person and who graduated in elementary school only 1 person. Besides that, to survive, street musician using three strategies, namely active, passive and network strategy. Active strategy doing a side job as a internet guard, builder, sellers of used goods, and parking attendants. Passive strategy is to minimize expenditure, take potluck, buying used clothing and go to clinic when they sick. Networking strategy is to utilizing a school helps for poor student, so as to finance the needs of education and borrow money when they need suddenly to neighbors or family. High competition of life is the reason for choosing job as musician street. Limitation of job require subjects to work on the streets and relying busking for a living in order to life necessities. When took to the road, street musician always be worry to the presence of the civil service police unit. Even to avoid, street musician always, wary chase with officers. Music quality in each subject are also different, because the street musician do not have to be good at singing or playing music, but as a subject can entertain people at the location where they singing. Income earned is determined by the situation of the road, weather conditions and the quality of entertainment given. If the condition of income support, street musician in a day could reach Rp. 50.000.Keywords : Survival strategy, Street musician

Abstract

This study aims to determine the public perception to street prostitutes. This research was conducted in RT 004 Bukit Batrem Village, East Dumai Subdistrict, Dumai City with the number of respondents 61 families (heads of families) from the total community of RT 004 as many as 159 families (heads of families). The research data were obtained through research instruments regarding the characteristics of the respondent's identity, the public's perception to street prostitutes, and factors that influence the public's perception. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data analysis in this study also describes the data by presenting the mean, median, maximum value, minimum value and distribution table. In this study the authors used the application of SPSS (Statistic Program for Social Sciences) version 20.0. This research is generally used to explain the characteristics of the RT 004 community as respondents and also their response to the presence of street prostitutes in their residential areas. Where in the characteristics of the respondents, the writer looks at the gender, age, ethnicity, level of education, occupation, and length of stay of each respondent. As for the community response, the author has provided several lists of questions in the research questionnaire that has been made in advance. For the perception itself the writer divides it into two categories, namely within the optimal limit if the community can survive (Homeostatis) and outside the optimal limit if the community is disturbed by the presence of street prostitutes and feels stressed.  Keywords : Perception, Street prostitutes

Abstract

This research is entitled "Women Traders Lopek Bugi (Study of Changes in the Traditional Value of Kampar in Palung Raya Village." This study aims to identify the characteristics of lopek bugi traders, determine the motivation of women to work as lopek bugi traders and analyze the form of changes in the value of girls. The research method used in this research is the qualitative research method with a survey approach and sampling with purposive sampling. The subjects in this study amounted to 5 people, namely Kampar girls who are in charge of serving buyers and are unmarried and key informants 3, namely traditional leaders from the Putopang tribe. , malay, and mandailiong. Based on the results of the study, the characteristics of the age 15 to 23 years. With junior high school and high school education. Their motivation to work is first: economic conditions to help the family economy, second: leisure time is time that is not used for work after working on p homework, third: prestige or joining in, that is, they see their friends working while they are not working. The changes that have occurred here are the changing roles of girls, who previously worked to take care of the house or the domestic sector, now they have changed to work in the informal sector, especially as lopek bugi traders.Keywords: Traders, Girls, Change in value

Abstract

This research is titled “Communication Patterns Of Autistic Childern In The Family”. This research is spreading the lives of the children of Autis who do all their activities with different communication patterns with the child in general in carrying out roles in his life. Being an autistic child or as the center of attention in the family, does not make a burden for families who have autistic children in their families. The methods used in this research are the research methods. Qualitative descriptive, that is, discusses this research presented as well as analyzed in the form of descriptions of words (descriptive) with a qualitative approach. In addition, this research is also supported by the implementation of an interview activity in depth to the informant (informant) that has been established by the researchers first. From the results of the interview, it is obtained a very supportive information for the validity of the data that is the focus of research. Based on the results of the study, the children of Autis run their activities with different communication patterns with the children in general. However, in the attitude of autistic children who have similarities and differences when communicating with their opponents. In addition to this autistic child also expects the role of the family as a nearby person when he or she wants to communicate or misplace when his autistic child is interacting as a means of communication in his personal life. Keywords: Communication Pattern, Autistic, Family

Abstract

This research was conducted in Tualang Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency. This study aims to find out the profile of housewives who open food and beverage stall businesses and to find out the activities of housewives who open food and beverage stalls in carrying out family functions. This research is entitled “Profil Of Household Of Business Food And Beverages in Tualang Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency”. The main problem of this research is how are the characteristics of a housewife who opens a food and beverage stall business and how does the housewife carry out her business activities and carry out her family functions. Sample take in observational it is with Purposive Sampling tech. Total sample which is 27 person. Method that is utilized is kuantitatif's Descriptive method with kuantitatif's data analysis.Data winnow instrument that is utilized is observation, giuded interview and documentation. Observational result in common that is done therefore researcher concludes: Profile of housewives who open food and beverage stalls is a group of housewives aged 25-30 years, most of whom open breakfast shops. Besides running food and beverage stalls, the housewife can still do joint activities family such as: gathering with family, eating with family, praying together with family, accompanying and helping children to do homework, and paying attention to children and husbands.  Keywords: Informal Sector, Family, Housewife
