Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi yang digunakan untuk pengelolaan karya akademik mahasiswa dan dosen berbasis teknologi web. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan menggunakan CMS (Content Management System) Ganesha Digital Library Versi 4.2 (GDL 4.2) yang dibuat oleh KMRG ITB. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah rancangan penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D). Penelitian ini melibatkan studi pendahuluan yang telah dilakukan dalam pengembangan rancangan sistem, tahap pengembangan dan penyempurnaan serta uji lapangan validasi produk yang dihasilkan, dan desiminasi internal produk untuk menentukan tingkat apresiasi dan efektifitas sistem yang dibangun. Hasil akhir penelitian yang dikembangkan berupa sistem berbasis teknologi web. Aplikasi yang telah dikembangkan mampu menangani masalah pengelolaan karya akademik mahasiswa dan dosen. Adapun klasifikasi dari karya akademik mahasiswa dan dosen tersebut antara lain adalah: laporan PKM, laporan PKL, laporan tugas akhir, laporan skripsi, tesis, disertasi, makalah dalam prosiding, artikel dalam jurnal, proposal penelitian dan laporan penelitian.

Abstract

The community service activity titled Training on the Use of AI to Support Learning at the Elementary School Level, conducted at the Undiksha Laboratory School, was driven by the urgent need to enhance teachers’ competencies in response to rapid developments in digital technology, particularly generative artificial intelligence (generative AI). Teachers are expected to integrate technology into the educational process to make learning more effective, relevant, and innovative. The primary goal of this activity was to equip elementary school teachers with both conceptual understanding and practical skills in utilizing AI as a tool to support learning. The training was structured around four core topics: basic introduction to AI, the use of AI in lesson planning, AI-assisted development of interactive learning media, and practical application of AI-based tools. The implementation methods included material delivery, active discussions, and hands-on practice to ensure a balance between theory and application. Evaluation results showed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding and skills related to AI usage, increased motivation to innovate in teaching, and strengthened technological orientation in classroom practice. Participants also appreciated the training as a valuable initiative and recommended its continuation. Therefore, this training has made a tangible contribution to enhancing teacher capacity and supporting the transformation of learning at the elementary school level.

Abstract

Sistem Manajemen Perizinan Terintegrasi Online Kota Denpasar (SEMETON Denpasar) merupakan layanan e-government yang digunakan oleh masyarakat Kota Denpasar untuk mengajukan permohonan perizinan dan non perizinan. Hingga saat ini belum pernah dilaksanakan evaluasi terkait pengukuran tingkat kepuasan pengguna layanan sistem informasi. Selain itu, dalam mengoperasikan layanan SEMETON Denpasar masih ditemukan kesulitan oleh masyarakat. Dalam rangka penyempurnaan layanan SEMETON Denpasar untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan evaluasi kepuasan pengguna layanan SEMETON Denpasar menggunakan metode e-GovQual, yang meliputi 6 dimensi dengan beberapa atribut yang disesuaikan kondisi sistem informasi. Penelitian didahului dengan penyebaran dan pengisian kuesioner oleh 255 responden. Pengujian validitas dengan tingkat kesalahan yang digunakan sebesar 5% menggunakan teknik Pearson Product Momen dan software SPSS 24, diperoleh nilai validitas seluruh atribut pertanyaan berada di atas taraf signifikan. Pengujian reliabilitas dilakukan dengan teknik Alfa Cronbach dan diperoleh nilai reliabilitas secara keseluruhan adalah sebesar 0,973 dan dinyatakan memiliki reliabilitas yang sangat baik (excellent reliability). Skor rata-rata tingkat kepuasan pengguna layanan SEMETON Denpasar secara keseluruhan adalah sebesar 3,80 dengan persepsi pengguna berada pada kategori puas. Berdasarkan capaian skor rata-rata atribut yang berada di bawah skor rata-rata dimensi e-GovQual pada atribut tersebut, selanjutnya dijadikan sebagai rekomendasi perbaikan layanan SEMETON Denpasar. Rekomendasi yang dihasilkan terdiri dari 10 rekomendasi yang disarankan dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas implementasi e-government serta peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik. AbstractSEMETON Denpasar is an e-government service used by the citizen of Denpasar City to apply for licensing and non-licensing. Until now, no evaluation has been carried out related to measuring the level of satisfaction of users of information system services. In addition, in operating the Denpasar SEMETON service, the community still finds difficulties. To improve the service of SEMETON Denpasar to increase user satisfaction, this study aims to evaluate the user satisfaction of SEMETON Denpasar services using the e-GovQual method, which includes 6 dimensions with several attributes that are adjusted to the conditions of the information system. The research was preceded by distributing and filling out questionnaires by 255 respondents. Validity testing with an error rate of 5% used the Pearson Product Moment technique and SPSS 24 software, it was found that the validity value of all question attributes was above the significant level. Reliability testing was carried out using Cronbach's Alfa technique and it was obtained that the overall reliability value was 0.973 (excellent reliability). The average score of the overall satisfaction level of SEMETON Denpasar service users is 3.80 with the perception of the user being in the satisfied category. Based on the achievement of the average score of attributes that are below the average score of the e-GovQual dimension on these attributes, then it is used as a recommendation for improvement in SEMETON Denpasar services. The resulting recommendations consist of 10 recommendations suggested to improve the quality of e-government implementation and improve the quality of public services.

Abstract

Permohonan layanan Administrasi Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil (Dukcapil) di Kota Denpasar setiap harinya rata-rata 400 permohonan, sehingga terjadi penumpukan antrian setiap harinya. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut Dinas Dukcapil Kota Denpasar mengembangkan aplikasi Taring Dukcapil (Pendaftaran Daring Administrasi Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil), yaitu sistem informasi yang memfasilitasi layanan administrasi Dukcapil secara daring di Kota Denpasar. Namun pada implementasinya pengaduan terhadap penggunaan aplikasi Taring Dukcapil sangat tinggi. Dengan adanya hal tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan analisis terhadap keberterimaan pengguna aplikasi Taring Dukcapil. Keberterimaan pengguna terhadap penerapan suatu sistem informasi merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan implementasi sebuah sistem informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), DeLone & McLean dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Incidental Sampling menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Responden merupakan masyarakat yang mengambil hasil cetak dokumen di Dinas Dukcapil. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 395 responden, dihasilkan dari rumus Slovin berdasarkan populasi jumlah akun pada Taring Dukcapil sebanyak 33.175 pengguna. Hasil analisis IPA yaitu analisis kesesuaian sebesar 98% dan analisis kesenjangan kinerja terhadap kepentingan pengguna memiliki gap sebesar -0,06 serta analisis kuadran terdapat 2 indikator yang menjadi prioritas peningkatan kinerja. Beberapa rekomendasi yang dihasilkan yaitu menampilkan informasi Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) serta menerapkan Tanda Tangan Elektronik (TTE) hingga tingkat Kepala Desa / Lurah. AbstractApplications for Population and Civil Registry Administration (Dukcapil) services in Denpasar City are an average of 400 applications every day, resulting in a buildup of queues every day. With this in mind, it is necessary to analyze the user acceptance of the Taring Dukcapil application. User acceptance of the implementation of an information system is one of the important factors that affect the successful implementation of an information system. This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), DeLone & McLean and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. Sampling was done by Incidental Sampling technique using a questionnaire instrument. Respondents are people who take printed documents at the Dukcapil Service. The number of samples is 395 respondents, resulting from the Slovin formula based on the population of 33,175 users accounts at Taring Dukcapil. The results of the IPA analysis, namely the conformity analysis of 98% and the analysis of the performance gap on the interests of the user have a gap of -0.06 and the quadrant analysis there are 2 indicators that are the priority of improving performance. Several recommendations were made, namely displaying information on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and applying Electronic Signatures (TTE) to the Village Head/Lurah level.

Abstract

Informatics education in early adolescence demands high-order cognitive skills, yet student performance is frequently impeded by psychological barriers such as anxiety and low self-efficacy. While the direct effects of these factors are known, the specific cognitive mechanisms through which they influence academic achievement remain underexplored. This study investigates the structural pathways connecting anxiety and self-efficacy to informatics learning outcomes, specifically examining the mediating role of critical thinking skills. A predictive correlational design was employed involving 109 seventh-grade students. Data were collected using validated psychological scales and cognitive tests, then analyzed using path analysis to test the mediation hypothesis. The findings demonstrate that anxiety does not merely correlate with lower grades but significantly degrades critical thinking capabilities (cognitive interference). Conversely, self-efficacy acts as a predictor for the activation of these skills (cognitive facilitation). Crucially, critical thinking skills were found to significantly mediate the impact of both psychological factors on learning outcomes. These results suggest that emotional states influence informatics achievement primarily by modulating a student's capacity for algorithmic reasoning. Consequently, effective pedagogy must integrate psychological scaffolding to preserve the cognitive resources required for complex problem-solving.
