Abstract

The development of e-book media by integrating conservation education materials with biology learning which is aims to determine the validity of e book media with the application of flip creator-based conversation education on biology learning. The research procedure used is research and development which begins with research and information gathering in the area BKSDA III of Jember- BBKSDA Jatim, Meru Betiri National Park and MA Ma’arif of Ambulu. Testing product design 1 to get validation value and category 58,5% (valid enough) for conversation educational material expert, 75,4% (valid) for biology subject matter experts and 73,6% (valid) for media expert. Product design 2 to get validation value and category 90,8% (very valid) for conversation educational material expert, 93,9% (very valid) for biology subject matter expert and 92% (very valid) for media expert. Preliminary field testing in average percentages with criteria of 87,4% (very good) for students responses and 79,2% (very good) for teacher response. Operational field testing in average percentages with criteria of 74,8% (good) for students responses and 93,8% (very good) for teachers response. The results in above can be concluded that the product is designed feasible in applying  in  biology  learning  with  very  valid  based  on  validation,  both  from  students responses and very good from teacher responses.

Abstract

Perubahan iklim memberikan dampak signifikan bagi masyarakat pesisir, termasuk di Desa Purwosari, Kecamatan Sayung, Kabupaten Demak, yang mengalami banjir rob berulang, penurunan produktivitas lahan, serta peningkatan timbulan sampah rumah tangga. Kondisi tersebut mengancam ketahanan pangan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat sehingga diperlukan inovasi pengelolaan lingkungan yang berkelanjutan. Program PPK Ormawa IMM Asy-Syifa melaksanakan kegiatan “Kampung Iklim” selama lima bulan (Juli–November 2025) dengan tiga program utama, yaitu Bank Sampah Digital, Ruang Iklim, dan Taman Ketahanan Pangan. Bank Sampah Digital berbasis website PUSAKA melibatkan 63 nasabah aktif dan mengumpulkan 116 kg sampah yang dikonversi menjadi poin digital untuk pembayaran air bersih. Program Ruang Iklim meningkatkan literasi lingkungan masyarakat dengan hasil pre-test dan post-test yang menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, terutama pada segmen ibu PKK (79,75 menjadi 92,75) dan anak-anak (75,87 menjadi 86,06). Adapun Taman Ketahanan Pangan diwujudkan melalui pembangunan lima taman produktif yang memanfaatkan kompos dan air lindi hasil pengolahan sampah organik sebagai pupuk alami. Sinergi antara inovasi digital, edukasi lingkungan, dan ketahanan pangan terbukti efektif memperkuat kapasitas adaptif masyarakat terhadap perubahan iklim serta mendorong terciptanya ekosistem desa berkelanjutan. Program ini turut mendukung pencapaian SDGs poin 12 (konsumsi dan produksi berkelanjutan), poin 13 (aksi iklim), dan poin 15 (kehidupan di darat).

Abstract

This research aims to examine how the work environment and stress affect the effectiveness of teachers at SMA Nusantara Bandar Lampung. Survey research using a quantitative approach is used in this study design. The study focused on teachers at Nusantara High School Bandar Lampung. A saturation sample approach (census) was used to select 41 participants from the population, encompassing principals, teachers, and administrative personnel at Nusantara High School Bandar Lampung. Multiple linear regression analysis is the strategy utilized for data analysis. Primary and secondary data are grouped during the data collection process. A questionnaire was used to collect primary data, and the Likert scale method was employed. Meanwhile, secondary data confirms primary data, which is obtained from interviews and documentation. The study's findings prove that at SMA Nusantara Bandar Lampung, work-related stress and the workplace environment have a major, partial impact on teachers' performance. Concurrently, work-related stress and the work environment have a noteworthy impact on teacher performance at SMA Nusantara Bandar Lampung, ranging from variables of 40.8% to 59.2%, depending on additional factors not covered in the research.

Abstract

Household waste management remains a key environmental issue in Indonesia, including in Purwosari Village, Sayung District, Demak Regency. The increasing waste volume without proper handling may cause pollution and health problems. Through the Student Organization Capacity Strengthening Program (PPK Ormawa) of the Muhammadiyah Student Association (IMM) Asy-Syifa, Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang, an education and training program on processing household waste into compost and leachate was carried out to empower the community in sustainable waste management. The activity applied an educational and participatory approach involving housewives through counseling, practice, and interactive discussions. Its effectiveness was evaluated using pre-test and post-test assessments. Results showed a significant improvement in knowledge and skills, with the average score rising from 80 to 92.88, indicating positive behavioral change toward environmental awareness. Participants also began applying the principles of Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle (3R) in daily life. This program contributed to enhancing environmental awareness and reducing household waste volume.
