Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial interest in Sharia Business Management STAIN Mandailing Natal students. This type of research is a quantitative research. The population of this study were students of Islamic Business Management STAIN Mandailing Natal class of 2019 and class of 2020. The sample in this study amounted to 50 students. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed by simple linear regression with the help of Statistical Program Social Science (SPSS) version 20 for windows. The results showed that entrepreneurship education had a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of Islamic Business Management students at STAIN Mandailing Natal. The magnitude of the influence of entrepreneurship education on students' interest in entrepreneurship is 78.6% while the remaining 21.4% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of promotions on CV drinking water purchasing decisions. Zam Zami Alget. Promotions have a significant impact on CV drinking water purchasing decisions. Zam-Zami- Alget, through effective promotional strategies, such as advertising, discounts, or loyalty programs, consumers become more aware of products and tend to choose them because of the perceived added value offered. This research was carried out at CV. Zam Zami Alget, East Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency. This research method used is quantitative by describing the data using numbers. The sample of this research was 30 people using a quantitative approach. The results of simple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 produced the equation Y=17.394+ 0.524. Data analysis using the t test obtained a calculated t result of 3,790 and a t table at the 5% significance level of 1.701, so t calculated > t table and the significance value was 0.001 < 0.05. This shows that there is a promotional influence on the decision to purchase CV drinking water. Zam Zami Alget Alget, East Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency.

Abstract

Education regarding the prevention of online gambling and drugs is a crucial step in building public awareness of the dangers posed by these two phenomena. Jorong Bayang Tengah, an area with a population consisting mostly of young families and teenagers, is the focus of this prevention effort. This program aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the risks of online gambling and drug abuse, as well as strengthening community social resilience through various educational approaches. The methods used include direct outreach, dissemination of information through print and digital media, as well as interactive discussions involving all elements of society, including traditional leaders, youth and security forces. Through this activity, it is hoped that collective awareness will be created to prevent and fight the practice of online gambling and drug abuse. Initial results from this program show an increase in public understanding of the negative impacts of online gambling and drugs, as well as the emergence of community initiatives to maintain a healthy and safe social environment. It is hoped that this effort can continue on an ongoing basis, so that Jorong Bayang Tengah can become a model for other regions in implementing similar prevention programs.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Cahaya Resto & Café in Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency. In the culinary business, food quality in terms of taste and presentation is a very important factor. Food quality such as taste and appearance aspects reflect the company's success in the eyes of consumers. The quality of the product being marketed is the core of consumer assessment of the product purchased in order to obtain maximum benefit value. For manufacturers, good product quality means that the product is in demand by consumers so that it produces profits both in terms of sales and company image. Purchasing decisions by a consumer involve considerations to determine whether or not it is appropriate to purchase a product by going through various alternative product choices that best suit the desired needs. This research aims to determine the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions at Cahaya Resto & Café. This research uses quantitative research methods with a sample size of 100 Cahaya Resto & Cafe consumers with a sampling technique using random sampling technique using the Lemeshow formula. The data collection technique uses a Likert scale questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression using the SPSS Version 22 program consisting of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality tests), hypothesis tests (partial tests and coefficient of determination tests). The research results show that product quality (X) influences purchasing decisions (Y) with a calculated t value of 8.726 > 1.66055 (thitung > ttable) with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05 so that Ha is accepted. Then the results of the coefficient of determination test obtained an R Square value of 0.437 which shows that the ability of product quality (X) in explaining purchasing decisions is 43.7% while 56.3% is explained by other factors that are outside the model and cannot be detected in the research.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of advertising on consumer purchasing intentions in the Kitchen Equipment business and to determine the extent of the influence of advertising on consumer products. The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive data using stratified sampling. The sample for this research consisted of 100 people and the measurement method used SPSS version 21 software. Data analysis used the t test, obtained tcount of 20.805 and ttable of 1.664 at a significance level of 5%, so that tcount > ttable was obtained. This shows that advertising influences consumers' purchasing intentions in Dapur Ata, Panybungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency.

Abstract

Quality human resource management has a positive impactt on changes and developments in education at State Islamic Religious Colleges (PTKIN). Therefore, human resource management planning in managing and developing state Islamic religious colleges is very necessary. This study aims to determine the application of the planning function of human resource management at the STAIN Mandailing Natal in an effort to improve reliable and competitive human resources. The results showed that the implementation of the planning function of human resource management at the STAIN Mandailing Natal was carried out based on the principles and functions of human resource management. The development and training of educators and education staff is carried out as a provision for quality academic development which is carried out consistently in the form of educational activities, training and scientific development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja aparatur sipil Negara pada Unit pelaksana teknis dinas pekerjaan umum penataan ruang kecamatan Kotanopan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 18 ASN di Kantor Unit pelaksana teknis dinas pekerjaan umum penataan ruang kecamatan Kotanopan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Analisis data menggunakan uji t diperoleh hasil thitung sebesar 2,282 lebih besar dari ttabel 1,746 dengan nilai sig < alpha yaitu 0,003 < 0,05. Dan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,725 atau 72,5% artinya naik turunnya peningkatan kinerja ASN di kantor Unit pelaksana teknis dinas pekerjaan umum penataan ruang kecamatan Kotanopan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal karena motivasi kerja dapat diantisipasi melalui persamaan regresi tersebut, sedangkan sisanya 27,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor atau variabel lain diluar penelitan ini. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) pada Unit pelaksana teknis dinas pekerjaan umum penataan ruang kecamatan Kotanopan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh promosi terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Cahaya resto dan Cafe di kecamatan Panyabyngan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Sampel penelitian ini adalah konsumen Cahaya Resto dan Cafe di Kecamatan Panyabungan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal yang berjumlah 100 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi dan kuesioner. Sedangkan teknik analisisnya menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) 21. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkkan bahwasanya kualitas promosi (X) berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen (Y) didapat nilai thitung 6,725 > 2,026 (thitung > ttabel) serta signifikansinya 0,002 < 0,05 hingga Ha diterima. Selanjutnya hasil uji koefisien determinasi nilai R Square 0,734 dimana mengindikasikan bahwasanya kesanggupan promosi (X) dalam mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen sebesar 73,4% sementara 26,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

The Influence of Product Quality on Consumer Satisfaction at UD. Source of Fortune, Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency. This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality on consumer satisfaction at UD. Source of Fortune. The method used is quantitative research with a sample of 99 respondents, taken using the Slovin formula. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression. The research results show that product quality has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction, with a t-count value of 21.726, much higher than the t-table of 1.661. The R Square value of 0.830 shows that 83% of consumer satisfaction is influenced by product quality. This research concludes that improving product quality can increase consumer satisfaction, so it is important for UD. Sumber Rezeki continues to improve the quality of its products in order to maintain and increase customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence Shopee promotions have on consumer behavior among STAIN Mandailing Natal Sharia Business Management students. The sample used came from 75 MBS students using a purposive sampling method. The approach used is quantitative and in collecting primary data observation and questionnaire methods are used. Meanwhile, the data analysis that researchers used in this research was analysis using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests, namely the t test and R Square test (with the help of the SPSS Version 24 program). The results of the research show that there is an influence of shopee promotional variables on consumer behavior among Mandailing Natal Sharia Business Management Students. Shown by the significance value of t 0.000 which is smaller than sig = 0.05 (0.000>0.05) the value of R = 0.629 and R Square = 3.96 means that Shopee promotion is able to explain the dependent variable or consumer behavior of 0.396 x 100 = 39.6 message while the other 60.4 percent is explained by other variables. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that Shopee promotions have a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior with a value of tcount < ttable or tcount > ttable (6.916 < 1.666 or 6.916 > 1.666). There is a positive and significant relationship between Shopee promotions and consumer behavior among students.
