Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of price on jewelry purchasing decisions at the Amir Syah gold shop, using price as an independent variable and purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. The population used in the research were consumers who made purchases at the Amir Syah gold shop in 2023 and the sample was 84 respondents. The type of research used is quantitative, data collection techniques are observation, documentation and questionnaires. The analysis method for this research uses validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, simple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests. All of these tests were carried out using the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of the t test, tcount = 6.579 ttable > 1.664 and the sig value = 0.000 at a significance level of 0.05. So it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, which means that there is a positive and significant influence of price on purchasing decisions because the results of the t test fulfill all of the first conditions, namely tcount > ttable (6.579 > 1.664) and the sig number <005 (0.000<0.05). Based on the coefficient of determination (R2) value of 0.345 or 34.5%. This means that the ups and downs in decisions to purchase jewelry at the Amir Syah gold shop in Panyabungan District due to the influence of prices can be anticipated. Through this regression equation, the remaining 65.5% is influenced by other factors or variables outside this research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of promotions on the income of clothing businesses in Pasar Baru Panyabungan, Mandailing Natal Regency, North Sumatra. Data collection was carried out through a survey of 56 respondents consisting of market traders, where 35.71% of the respondents were men and 64.29% were women. The majority of respondents were aged between 26-40 years (35.71) and had a high school education or equivalent (62.50%). The results of simple linear regression analysis show that promotion has a significant influence on income, with a regression coefficient of 0.484. This means that every one unit increase in the promotion variable has the potential to increase revenue by 0.484 units. The regression model obtained is Y= 82.586 + 0.484 The validity test shows that all statement items are valid with a calculated r value greater than r table (0.2221), while the reliability test with Cronbach alpha shows a value of 0.685 for promotion and 0.839 for income, which means the instrument used is reliable. In addition, the classical assumption test ensures that the data is normally distributed and there is no heteroscedasticity. The research also identifies challenges such as intense competition and environmental issues in the market. These findings emphasize the importance of effective promotional strategies, supported by government policies that encourage sustainable economic growth in traditional markets.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of promotion on increasing income for wedding organizers in Siabu District, Mandailing Natal Regency. The type of research used is field research with quantitative descriptive methods. The population and sample in this research were 65 wedding organizer consumers in Siabu District, Mandailing Natal Regency. Data was collected through observation, questionnaires distributed to respondents on a Likert scale and interviews with wedding organizer owners in Siabu District, Mandailing Natal Litian Regency, as well as documentation. The data analysis technique uses a multiple linear regression model with the help of the SPSS version 21 program. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that promotion has a significant effect on increasing income for wedding organizers in Siabu District, Mandailing Natal Regency with a calculated t value of 3,770 which is greater than t table 1,670 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. These results show that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that the promotion variable (X) has a positive and significant influence on income (Y), which can be seen t count > t table (3,770 > 1,670). This means that the promotion variable has a simultaneous effect on increasing income for wedding organizers in Siabu District, Mandailing Natal Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) berbasis teknologi dalam meningkatkan daya saing organisasi. Teknologi, sebagai kekuatan pendorong dalam dunia bisnis modern, telah mengubah cara organisasi mengelola karyawan dan proses internalnya. Dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan kualitatif digunakan untuk menggali perspektif praktisi dan manajer SDM mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi dalam manajemen kinerja, rekrutmen, dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia di beberapa perusahaan besar di Indonesia. Melalui analisis data kualitatif, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa integrasi teknologi seperti sistem manajemen kinerja berbasis cloud, penggunaan platform e-learning untuk pelatihan, dan penggunaan big data dalam rekrutmen, tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi operasional tetapi juga mempengaruhi kepuasan dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting mengenai tantangan yang dihadapi organisasi dalam menerapkan teknologi serta faktor keberhasilan yang dapat meningkatkan daya saing jangka panjang.

Abstract

Quality human resource management has a positive impactt on changes and developments in education at State Islamic Religious Colleges (PTKIN). Therefore, human resource management planning in managing and developing state Islamic religious colleges is very necessary. This study aims to determine the application of the planning function of human resource management at the STAIN Mandailing Natal in an effort to improve reliable and competitive human resources. The results showed that the implementation of the planning function of human resource management at the STAIN Mandailing Natal was carried out based on the principles and functions of human resource management. The development and training of educators and education staff is carried out as a provision for quality academic development which is carried out consistently in the form of educational activities, training and scientific development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja aparatur sipil Negara pada Unit pelaksana teknis dinas pekerjaan umum penataan ruang kecamatan Kotanopan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 18 ASN di Kantor Unit pelaksana teknis dinas pekerjaan umum penataan ruang kecamatan Kotanopan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Analisis data menggunakan uji t diperoleh hasil thitung sebesar 2,282 lebih besar dari ttabel 1,746 dengan nilai sig < alpha yaitu 0,003 < 0,05. Dan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,725 atau 72,5% artinya naik turunnya peningkatan kinerja ASN di kantor Unit pelaksana teknis dinas pekerjaan umum penataan ruang kecamatan Kotanopan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal karena motivasi kerja dapat diantisipasi melalui persamaan regresi tersebut, sedangkan sisanya 27,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor atau variabel lain diluar penelitan ini. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) pada Unit pelaksana teknis dinas pekerjaan umum penataan ruang kecamatan Kotanopan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh promosi terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Cahaya resto dan Cafe di kecamatan Panyabyngan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Sampel penelitian ini adalah konsumen Cahaya Resto dan Cafe di Kecamatan Panyabungan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal yang berjumlah 100 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi dan kuesioner. Sedangkan teknik analisisnya menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) 21. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkkan bahwasanya kualitas promosi (X) berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen (Y) didapat nilai thitung 6,725 > 2,026 (thitung > ttabel) serta signifikansinya 0,002 < 0,05 hingga Ha diterima. Selanjutnya hasil uji koefisien determinasi nilai R Square 0,734 dimana mengindikasikan bahwasanya kesanggupan promosi (X) dalam mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen sebesar 73,4% sementara 26,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

The rapid development of communication technology has driven high demand for smartphones, including among students. Based on this, this study was formulated to answer the question: "Does brand image influence OPPO smartphone purchasing decisions among students in the Sharia Business Management Study Program at STAIN Mandailing Natal?". This study aims to analyze and measure the extent of brand image's influence on purchasing decisions. This study used a quantitative approach with a questionnaire method of 75 student respondents from the 2021-2024 intake. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, documentation, and a Likert-type questionnaire. The primary theories used were brand image theory and purchasing decision theory. Data analysis techniques used included validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity, simple linear regression analysis, partial t-test, coefficient of determination (R²), and correlation tests, all using SPSS version 25.The results showed that brand image had a positive and significant effect on OPPO smartphone purchasing decisions among college students, with a calculated t value > t table (17.504 > 1.666). This means that the more favorable students' perceptions of OPPO's brand image, the higher their likelihood of purchasing the product.
