Abstract

Peningkatan berat badan atau Body Mass Index (BMI) bisa meningkatkan risiko kanker payudara. Wanita gemuk dengan kanker payudara berisiko 30% lebih tinggi mengalami rekurensi dan 50% lebih tinggi berisiko mengalami kematian akibat kanker payudara dibandingkan wanita dengan berat badan normal. Obesitas pada pasien kanker payudara dengan reseptor hormonal negatif dan HER-2 memiliki prognosis yang lebih buruk. Kami ingin mengetahui hubungan obesitas dengan reseptor hormonal dan ekspresi HER-2/Neu pada pasien kanker payudara di RS X Surakarta. Subjek penelitian adalah wanita pra dan pasca menopause yang diperiksa di Klinik Bedah Onkologi RS X Surakarta, dengan total sampel sebanyak 105 orang. Sampling kebetulan digunakan sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analisis korelasi dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Sumber data primer dikumpulkan dengan pengukuran langsung tinggi badan, berat badan, dan pemeriksaan reseptor hormonal dan HER-2/Neu dengan Immunohistokimia (IHC) dari biopsi langsung Jaringan payudara responden. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik non parametrik karena data ordinal dan menggunakan analisis korelasi untuk mendapatkan hubungan antara 2 jenis variabel. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara obesitas dengan reseptor estrogen positif (RE) dan ekspresi reseptor HER-2/Neu. Namun, ada hubungan yang signifikan antara ekspresi obesitas dan ekspresi progesteron positif (RP). Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara obesitas dengan reseptor hormon ER (p= 0,991 dan OR1,005) dan ekspresi hormon HER-2/Neu (p= 0,853 dan OR 1,007). Namun, ada hubungan yang signifikan antara obesitas dengan reseptor hormonal PR (p= 0,026 dan OR 2,46). Kata kunci: kanker payudara, obesitas, reseptor hormonal, ekspresi HER-2/Neu

Abstract

The technical feasibility of seaweed waste utilization as a resource of renewable energy was investigated in this paper. The production of fermentable sugars from seaweed waste was studied by dilute sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide pretreatment and further enzymatic hydrolysis. Pretreatment was conducted by using 1.0 and 2.0% dilute sulfuric acid w/v and 4 and 5% sodium hydroxide w/v for 30 min at 121 oC. Pretreated seaweed wastes were analyzed by X­Ray Diffraction (XRD) to examine the crystallinity index of the cellulose and observed using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) to examine the changes in structure of cellulose fiber. Saccharification of pretreated seaweed waste was carried out using crude cellulase enzyme provided by Pulp and Paper Research Center in Bandung. Saccharification was done in shake flask with 20% of substrate in citrate phosphate buffer at 30 oC and 50 oC, agitation of 150 rpm in shaking incubator for 48 h. Samples were collected at 2, 6, 12, 24 and 48 h for further analysis. Enzyme concentrations were varied between 10­50 U/g dry samples. The results showed that dilute acid and base pretreatment of seaweed solid waste can be used to improve the digestibility of seaweed waste. It successfully acted by reducing the lignin content and degrading the structure of cellulose from crystalline into amorphous form which is more susceptible to the enzyme action.The optimum pretreatment condition was shown by 4% NaOH at 121 oC for 30 min, producing the most fermentable sugar concentration. Sugar concentration produced by saccharification was optimum at 50 oC, enzyme concentration of 50 U/g sample for 24 h base pretreatment. The results of the experiment were expected to contribute in the process development of bioconversion of lignocellulosic materials into renewable energy sources.

Abstract

Perkembangan paradigma masyarakat modern untuk mewujudkan sistem pemerintahan yang baik (goodgovernance) diseluruh dunia menuntut pembaharuan terhadap sistem pemerintahan yang diharapkan bisa dijalankanberlandaskan prinsip akuntabilitas, profesional, transparan, partisipatif, efektif dan efisien, serta memenuhi rasakeadilan masyarakat. Gerakan tersebut juga berlangsung di Indonesia terutama sejak era reformasi dan prinsipprinsipserta tujuan good governance sejalan dengan prinsip dan cita-cita bangsa Indonesia yang termuat dalamUUD 1945. Aktualisasi gerakan good governance di Indonesia bisa terlihat dengan banyak dibuatnya regulasi(aturan hukum) dan dibentuknya institusi-institusi baru pasca reformasi sebagai upaya mewujudkan goodgovernance. Dalam perkembangannya, upaya tersebut belum dapat menghasilkan perubahan yang nyata, dimanakualitas pelayanan publik pemerintah masih sangat rendah, tingkat korupsi masih tinggi serta tingkat daya saingIndonesia yang masih tertinggal dari negara-negara lain. Kondisi ini membuat pemerintah perlu untuk menerapkanstrategi kebijakan dalam melakukan reformasi institusional yang berbasis kondisi faktual (pendekatan kontekstual)yang ada di Indonesia, sehingga kebijakan yang dibuat lebih sesuai dengan permasalahan yang ada dan lebihrealistis untuk dapat dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah.Kata kunci : tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik, reformasi institutional, pendekatan konstektual.

Abstract

Perlindungan konsumen merupakan aspek krusial dalam hukum Indonesia yang berkembang pesat, terutama dalam konteks bisnis yang sehat. Kompleksitas yang meningkat, seperti perkembangan teknologi dan globalisasi, memperumit perlindungan konsumen. Penyelesaian sengketa konsumen melalui jalur litigasi menjadi semakin penting, dengan pelatihan konsumen sebagai fokus utama. Penelitian ini mengkaji pentingnya pelatihan konsumen dalam penyelesaian sengketa konsumen melalui jalur litigasi. Tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi kompleksitas prosedur hukum, biaya tinggi, dan kurangnya pemahaman hukum di kalangan konsumen. Namun, manfaatnya sangat besar, memungkinkan konsumen untuk lebih siap dan percaya diri dalam menuntut hak-hak mereka. Dengan dukungan pemerintah dan organisasi konsumen, program pelatihan yang efektif dapat membantu membangun sistem peradilan yang lebih adil dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan konsumen, serta meningkatkan kesadaran hukum di kalangan masyarakat.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of promotion on increasing income for wedding organizers in Siabu District, Mandailing Natal Regency. The type of research used is field research with quantitative descriptive methods. The population and sample in this research were 65 wedding organizer consumers in Siabu District, Mandailing Natal Regency. Data was collected through observation, questionnaires distributed to respondents on a Likert scale and interviews with wedding organizer owners in Siabu District, Mandailing Natal Litian Regency, as well as documentation. The data analysis technique uses a multiple linear regression model with the help of the SPSS version 21 program. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that promotion has a significant effect on increasing income for wedding organizers in Siabu District, Mandailing Natal Regency with a calculated t value of 3,770 which is greater than t table 1,670 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. These results show that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that the promotion variable (X) has a positive and significant influence on income (Y), which can be seen t count > t table (3,770 > 1,670). This means that the promotion variable has a simultaneous effect on increasing income for wedding organizers in Siabu District, Mandailing Natal Regency.

Abstract

There is a background in the Plumbing-Fitting industry from PT. Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk which was taken over a period of 3 years, namely 2017 - 2019. From the data collected, it turns out that every year there are problems that always recur, seen with the flow of processes and supply chain effectiveness from the functions of the PPIC, Incoming QC, Customer (Vendor) Departments. and Warehouse Incoming where the problem always existed in those years. Researchers try to approach the problem with an approach that uses tools or tools sequentially, including: Business Process Improvement, Nominal Group Technique, Pareto Diagram, Fishbone Diagram, Process Hierarchy Analysis, Long Term Relationship, which in turn is the solution of the management tool. will be applicable to the SAP system. The success of the process flow approach and supply chain management carried out here will affect the effectiveness of the procurement function with improvements to the 4 right concept, namely on time, right quantity, right price, right quality thus, 4 problems that always recur in the 2017-2019 period it will become decreased and potentially lost. The process flow improvement can be done by adding a Field to the SAP system and this is very beneficial for the PPIC and Marketing Department, while for the improvement of 3 claims from the Incoming QC Department, QC Customer (Vendor) and Incoming Warehouse by making a T-Code Detail Claim Information which later on the claim requestion will appear as a Summary Compalin Report on the SAP system so that it replaces the work process with manual software. Furthermore, the relationship between the Procurement function and the 4 problems mentioned above is that the relationship can be improved by fixing the problem of canceling the goods finish schedule and reducing the other 3 claims.

Abstract

The rising implementation of Environmental, Social, & Governance (ESG) practices by companies indicates a growing commitment to responsible operations. The surge in assets allocated to ESG-focused ETFs is evident, as global investments have grown to $391 billion by 2021, a substantial increase from a mere $5 billion in 2006. Furthermore, Indonesia has witnessed a substantial surge in the number of investors who are actively engaged with companies that comply with ESG criteria. The efficacy of implementing ESG practices is intricately linked to the proficiency and expertise of managers, particularly in their decision-making and disclosure strategies. This study employed panel data regression methods to examine data from 825 non-financial companies that were publicly traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2021. The insights were acquired utilizing the Fixed Effect Model methodology. The results indicate that the proficiency of managers does not exert a noteworthy influence on the ESG performance of companies that prioritize short-term financial benefits and exhibit limited understanding of ESG concerns, especially in sectors other than energy. Hence, it is imperative to foster effective leadership to steer companies towards holistic and sustainable strategies that transcend immediate gains, while prioritizing enduring impact and societal responsibility.

Abstract

Popularitas smartphone yang semakin hari semakin meningkat dan menjadi sebuah kebutuhan bagi sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia. Hal ini dikarenakan smartphone bukan hanya alat komunikasi, tetapi juga menjadi suatu alat yang dapat memberikan informasi baik untuk kegiatan umum sehari-hari maupun kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan pekerjaan atau bisnis. Selain itu, smartphone merupakan salah satu bentuk produk yang inovasinya selalu berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan jaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Kontribusi Brand Image, Brand Trust dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Minat Beli Smartphone Xiaomi pada Karyawan Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 80 responden pengguna smartphone Xiaomi di Kantor Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal dari populasi 650 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara parsial bahwa brand image (X1) dan kualitas produk (X3) berkontribusi terhadap minat beli (Y) sedangkan brand trust (X2) tidak berkontribusi terhadap minat beli (Y). Sedangkan secara simultan brand image (X1), brand trust (X2) dan kualitas produk (X3) berkontribusi terhadap minat beli (Y).Kata kunci: brand image, brand trust, kualitas produk, minat beli
