The aim of the present study is investigating (1) the current teaching techniques of teaching English vocabulary for children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity, and (2) the difficulties faced by the teachers in teaching English vocabulary for children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity. This survey research employed oral interviews, questionnaire and observation schemes as instruments for data collection. The result of this study indicates that the current techniques employed flashcards, pictures, songs, storytelling. the use of electronic media were the most preferably common techniques in teaching young learners vocabulary. The techniques were sometimes adapted and combined. The difficulties encountered by the teachers were the students’ extensive native language, being uncooperative, inability to stay focused. This study provides some suggestions for they need to be equipped with the methodology of teaching vocabulary for student with such a learning disability. This disability can lead to difficulties in understanding and using language for communication and interaction. Having adequate knowledge of such methodology brings about the equal chances for such students to earn learning success. The article ends up with implications for practice and future research directions. Keywords: teaching; vocabulary; students with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Berbasis Android pada Mata Kuliah Media ABK. Pengembangan produk ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Uji kelayakan dapat dilihat perolehan hasil angket pengujian yang diberikan kepada 3 ahli validasi media didapatkan nilai sebesar 61,3 kategori layak, untuk perolehan hasil angket pengujian program diberikan kepada 1 ahli validasi materi didapatkan nilai sebesar 60 kategori sangat layak. Untuk perolehan hasil angket pengujian program yang diberikan kepada 30 siswa didapatkan nilai prosentase sebesar 91 kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan penilaian tersebut maka media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis android ini “Sangat Layak†untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada Mata Kuliah media ABK

The tendency of children's learning patterns that prefer to play affects children's learning motivation, so that theoretical learning alone is not optimal for early childhood learning. Interactive media that can be developed for children's socio-emotional learning such as interactive games, IT-based games developed to get to know the environment, animals, plants, and so on. This community service aims to provide knowledge and skills in using technology by creating interactive media. The problem is the ability of teachers to use simple multimedia applications is still lacking, so the media developed for learning activities is conventional media manually. Teachers need training for interactive media creation. The program offered is training in making simple interactive media based on a power point application. Generally, the results obtained from this service were that participants were able to apply the principles of media for learning that were suitable for early childhood, such as choosing objects that matched the theme, illustrating objects according to their character, such as animals with their characteristics and sounds, their movements, and so on. Participants are also able to create navigation and hyperlinks according to the placement and location of the desired source.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan digital story telling berbasis budaya lokal yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat media pendidikan yang mengarah pada budaya lokal. Proyek Pembelajaran ini dilaksanakan dan diberikan kepada guru-guru PAUD yang ada dilingkungan Surabaya dengan pengembangan konten digital. Metode yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, wokshop dan kolaborasi kreatif untuk memastikan bahwa setiap guru PAUD harus siap belajar teknologi untuk pengembangan dirinya supaya lebih mudah membuat media pembelajaran bagi siswa siswi dengan menggunakan program digital story telling untuk mengenalkan berbagai macam budaya lokal yang kita miliki, seperti tradisi budaya antar daerah dan nilai-nilai budaya setempat. Hasil dari pengabdian ini guru bisa membuat media pembelajaran dengan mengenalkan berbagai budaya lokal sebagai bahan edukatif bagi anak-anak, tetapi juga dapat diakses secara luas melalui platform digital. Dengan demikian diharapkan pelatihan ini dapat menjadi sumber belajar yang efektif sekaligus media untuk melestarikan dan memperkenalkan budaya lokal kepada generasi muda. This research is an experimental study to analyze the improvement of fine motor skills in early childhood. The subjects of this study were children aged 5-6 years, the question used was observation. The data collection methods include: the steps to implement educational games from used materials, tests before the treatment of educational games made from used materials, and after the treatment of making educational games. The data analysis technique used was to determine the differences in the value of each aspect of the pre-test and post-test on the dependent variable (fine motor skills) using the T test. From the results of the t test to determine the effect of educational tools made from used materials on the fine motor development of children aged 5-6 years at TK Permata Ibu Surabaya, there is a difference between the pre and post-test scores. So, there is the influence of the use of educational games from used materials on fine motor skills development in children aged 5-6. The test results show that t count of 20,123 is greater than t-table 2,064 with a significance level of 95%.

The pandemic situation that has gradually improved has an impact on the learning process that is carried out offline (outside the network) while still paying attention to the conditions for the implementation of safe learning. As parents and educators, we must begin to prepare psychologically for children. The current situation has gradually returned to normal, so that the teaching and learning process can be carried out optimally, especially for early childhood whose learning must be carried out in a fun way, namely playing while learning, between children and teachers must meet each other directly so that children can experience fun learning. School institutions and teachers are obliged to prepare both infrastructure and mental facilities and no less important is the flow of how to organize learning in accordance with technical guidelines from the government so that learning can take place safely and smoothly. Therefore, high synergy is needed between school institutions, parents and the government. With this service program, it is hoped that the PGPAUD Study Program at PGRI Adi Buana University Surabaya will be able to take part in helping teachers in preparing matters related to face-to-face learning.

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) di Indonesia menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam implementasi program Satu Desa Satu PAUD, terutama di daerah pedesaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sintesis narratif berbasis bukti untuk mengevaluasi kesenjangan implementasi program ini berdasarkan studi literatur terkini. Temuan menunjukkan adanya variasi signifikan dalam kualitas dan akses PAUD antara daerah perkotaan dan pedesaan, dipengaruhi oleh faktor seperti kualifikasi tenaga pendidik, infrastruktur, pendanaan, dan faktor sosial-budaya. Studi ini mengidentifikasi tantangan utama termasuk keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, infrastruktur yang kurang memadai, masalah pendanaan, dan aksesibilitas geografis. Strategi yang disarankan meliputi pengembangan model pendanaan inovatif, adaptasi kurikulum berbasis konteks lokal, dan penguatan partisipasi masyarakat melalui pendekatan yang sensitif terhadap nilai-nilai lokal. Penelitian ini juga menekankan perlunya evaluasi kebijakan dan sinkronisasi antara kebijakan pusat dan implementasi lokal. Diharapkan, sintesis ini memberikan panduan bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan praktik PAUD yang lebih efektif, berkelanjutan, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan daerah pedesaan di Indonesia.
