Abstract

Road performance is a quantitative measurement that describes certain conditions that occur on a roadsegment. Generally, in assessing road performance, it can be seen from capacity, degree of saturation (DS).Road performance is usually influenced by several things such as side Side Barrier and so on. Indonesia HighwayCapacity Manual, explains that side barriers are an impact on traffic performance and activities on the side ofthe road segment, such as pedestrians (weight = 0.5), public vehicles or other vehicles stopping (weight = 1.0),vehicles exiting or entering the side of the road (weight = 0.7), slow vehicles (weight = 0.4). The number of sidebarriers that affect the road segment results in the emergence of delays which result in decreased roadperformance. The results of the study show that the performance of the road is saturated (DS>1) due to the sideobstacle that occur on A. Yani, street the market area of Palangka Raya City

Abstract

Supporting and safeguarding government policies is one of the state ethics that must be implemented by Polri, which if not implemented is a violation of the Polri professional code of ethics. In securing government policies, Polri is often faced with the dilemma of serving the interests of the government or the public interest. For example, in securing the development of the National Strategic Project (PSN) on Rempang Island, the police were faced with a series of rejections and resistance from residents who felt marginalized, resulting in riots, damage to facilities, injuries, and allegations of human rights violations. To overcome this, it is necessary to identify the dimensions of marginalization and social exclusion that occur, the factors that cause them and the policing strategies needed to overcome them. Using a library research approach with a case study pragmatic paradigm and a literature search method, this research found that the marginalization and social exclusion that occurred were structural, multidimensional and relational, including political, legal and human rights, economic, social and cultural dimensions. The marginalization is caused by the development paradigm, the lack of recognition of the existence and rights of indigenous peoples and the police paradigm. To overcome this, it is necessary to apply problem-oriented policing so that marginalization and social exclusion do not develop to endanger the safety and security of citizens by working with stakeholders to overcome marginalization, social exclusion, discrimination and inequality that occur, overcoming the factors that cause and impact, building relationships and trusting communication, disseminating information needed by citizens, facilitating aspirations and encouraging citizen participation, recognition, respect and protection of the existence, identity and human rights and rights of indigenous peoples, seeking citizen approval or agreement on solutions that have been formulated together before starting the development stage.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan salah satu faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan suatu perusahaan, tenaga kerja atau karyawan yang berkualitas akan memungkinkan perusahaan untuk mengelola kegiatannya sehingga tujuan yang ditetapkan tercapai. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah system pendukung keputusan untuk seleksi para calon karyawan, berdasarkan hal tersebut pemecahan masalahnya adalah dengan menggunakan system seleksi metode profile mathing yang digunakan untuk mencocokan profil calon karyawan sesuai kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memudahkan perusahaan dalam mencari calon karyawan terbaik dan sesuai dengan kualifikasi ditentukan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan adalah telah berhasil membuat web sistem rekrutmen berdasarkan kualifikasi dari perusahaan, sehingga memudahkan perusahan dalam seleksi karyawan terbaik dengan cepat dan sesuai.

Abstract

Pernikahan dini masih menjadi persoalan serius di Indonesia, khususnya di wilayah pedesaan, meskipun batas usia minimal perkawinan telah ditetapkan 19 tahun. Fenomena ini menimbulkan dampak negatif pada kesehatan, psikologis, sosial, dan ekonomi remaja serta berkontribusi terhadap keberlanjutan siklus kemiskinan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan edukasi mengenai bahaya pernikahan dini sekaligus memotivasi remaja untuk melanjutkan pendidikan melalui berbagai program beasiswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah Asset Based Community Development (ABCD), dengan pelaksanaan di Balai Desa Pamongan, Kediri, melibatkan remaja berusia 13–16 tahun. Materi sosialisasi mencakup dampak pernikahan dini, peran keluarga, kegiatan positif, motivasi pendidikan, serta informasi beasiswa pendidikan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan, perubahan sikap, dan munculnya motivasi menunda pernikahan. Peserta memberikan respon positif melalui partisipasi aktif dalam diskusi, meskipun masih terdapat tantangan berupa rendahnya rasa percaya diri dan keterbatasan dukungan keluarga. Kegiatan ini direkomendasikan untuk dilakukan secara berkelanjutan guna menekan angka pernikahan dini sekaligus meningkatkan partisipasi remaja dalam pendidikan tinggi.

Abstract

Social conflict poses a threat to public security and social order. Between 2018 and 2019, 71 social conflict incidents occurred across Indonesia, including frequent clashes between martial arts group in Jombang Regency. This study aims to analyze a stakeholder participation model for managing such conflicts, focusing on the coordinating role of the Jombang Police (Polres Jombang) and the involvement of multiple stakeholders. A qualitative case study method was applied, with data collected through interviews and document analysis involving police officers, local government officials, educators, martial arts leaders, students, and individuals involved in the clashes. The findings reveal that the collaborative conflict management model in Jombang integrates key components (Forum, Involved Parties, and Activities) with Polres Jombang acting as the main coordinator. This model contributes to outcomes such as enhanced security and public order, social unity, and inter-school cooperation. The study proposes eight strategic solutions to improve the existing collaborative model: developing specific SOPs, strengthening evaluation mechanisms, increasing grassroots participation, mapping institutional capacities, implementing structured action plans, applying interdisciplinary approaches, and promoting cross-sector collaboration. This research contributes to academic and practical discourse by offering a comprehensive model for resolving martial arts-related social conflicts. It also provides a concrete operational framework to reinforce institutional capacity in conflict prevention and resolution.

Abstract

Elderly posyandu is an integrated service post for the community elderly in a certain areas that have been agreed, which is driven by the community where they can get health care. The design of this study using a descriptive cross-sectional correlative approach, with variable levels of service satisfaction posyandu elderly and elderly. The population in this study is the elderly who live in the Village I Village Sukorambi Krajan RW Sukorambi Jember District. Lansianya amount is 127 people. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling techniques (simple random sampling). The samples used were as many as 96 elderly people by using simple random sampling technique sampling. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire enclosed with the form of answers to a graduated scale, which is measured at the time of completion of the activity in the elderly posyandu elderly. Based on the analysis of the data processed using spearman rho showed a direct relationship between service satisfaction levels posyandu elderly by the elderly in Hamlet Krajan Work Area Health Center Sukorambi Jember with p-value 0.000. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship posyandu elderly with satisfaction levels in elderly Hamlet Village Krajan RW I Sukorambi Work Area Health Center Sukorambi Sukorambi Jember District. Recommendations of this study is posyandu seniors who routinely carried out 1 time a month, can be applied in elderly health care in posyandu elderly.
