Abstract

Abstract

The approach used in this study was quantitative, employing a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents selected through simple random sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to test the partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the study indicate that, partially, financial attitude has a significant effect on personal financial management behavior, while financial literacy and income do not have a significant partial effect. However, simultaneously, the three variables have a significant effect on the personal financial management behavior of the millennial generation in Lhokseumawe City. The purpose of this study can be a basis for organizations in designing AI implementation strategies that are more responsible and acceptable to users. By conducting a study of the relationship between trust and algorithmic accountability on the adoption of Generative AI in the accounting context, the results of partial hypothesis testing show the influence of trust t count of 6.004 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 and a t table value of 2.024, meaning that trust provides evidence of influencing the perception of generative AI adoption. The algorithmic accountability hypothesis has not provided a significant influence on the perception of generative AI adoption with a t count of 0.489 with a significance level of 0.627 (>0.05). The hypothesis simultaneously provides a large influential contribution to the two independent variables with a calculated F value of 25.955 with a significance of 0.000 which can be compared with the F table of 3.25. Meanwhile, the contribution of the two variables trust and algorithmic accountability has a moderate relationship in influencing the dependent variable with a coefficient value of 0.764 and gives a sign that 58.4% of the independent variables can influence the dependent variable while the remaining 41.6% is influenced by other variables outside this model.

Abstract

This study primarily aims to examine the extent to which organizational culture, working environment conditions, and motivation drive the loyalty commitment of educators at SMA Negeri 1 Samalanga. Employing an empirical quantitative approach, the study analyzes responses from 61 subjects, which were then quantified using multiple linear regression modeling via SPSS. Individual hypothesis testing reveals that organizational culture significantly and positively influences teacher loyalty (t-calculated = 6.345 > t-table = 1.672; p = 0.000 < 0.05). A conducive working environment also demonstrates a substantial positive impact on teacher commitment (t-calculated = 3.093 > t-table = 1.672; p = 0.003 < 0.05), followed by the motivation variable, which is proven to significantly accelerate loyalty (t-calculated = 5.221 > t-table = 1.672; p = 0.000 < 0.05). Comprehensively and simultaneously, the combined effect of these three predictors is verified to significantly determine teacher loyalty, as evidenced by an F-calculated value of 28.841 (exceeding the F-table value of 2.77) at a probability level of 0.000 < 0.05. The strength of the association between these constructs is classified as very high, as reflected by the correlation coefficient (R = 0.776). Furthermore, the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R² = 0.603) confirms that 60.3% of the variation in teacher loyalty is driven by the synergy of organizational culture, the work environment, and motivation, while the remaining 39.7% stems from external variables not included in this analytical framework.

However, this convenience needs to be accompanied by the ability to manage finances wisely in order to avoid consumptive behavior and unplanned expenditures. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The data were collected through questionnaires distributed to university students who met the research criteria. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS, including validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results show that digital financial application usage and digital financial literacy simultaneously have a significant effect on students' personal financial management behavior, with an F-value of 6.636 and a significance level of 0.002. Partially, digital financial application usage does not have a significant effect on students' personal financial management behavior, with a t-value of 1.850 and a significance level of 0.067.
