Abstract

Along with the times, technological developments that continue to develop make the rapid dissemination of information entire of society through various media. One of the results is from the field of information technology that has developed through the use of internet technology. The application of internet technology has entered several aspects of life, such as information services, government, education, to trade or business. Before the invention of the internet, humans tended to do various traditional businesses, where buyers and sellers met each other to negotiate and make transactions. The purpose of this research is to see the determination of the company’s image on consumer trust and its impact on online purchasing decisions on marketplace Shopee in Bireuen Regency. Population of this research is all people in Bireuen Regency who shop online on marketplace Shopee. Sample in this research amounted to 130 people. The sampling method using accidental sampling.Data analysis using SEM AMOS program.After regression using Structural Equation Model (SEM).The results showed that the company's image had a significant and positive effect on trust and online purchasing decisions at the marketplace Shopee in Bireuen Regency. Furthermore, trust partially mediates the relationship between company image and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh self efficacy, iklim organisasi dan kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan PT. BNI Tbk penelitian ini bertempat di kantor PT. BNI Tbk Kantor Cabang Bireuen dan Lhokseumawe. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di PT. BNI Tbk Kantor Cabang Bireuen dan Lhokseumawe yang berjumlah 127 orang. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan program SEM AMOS. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel efikasi diri dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. BNI Tbk. Kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. BNI Tbk Self efficacy dan kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja PT. BNI Tbk. Iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja PT. BNI Tbk. Kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi hubungan antara efikasi diri dan kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. BNI Tbk. Kepuasan kerja memediasi hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan kinerja karyawan pada PT. BNI Tbk.

Abstract

Development of Curcuma Caesia (Black Turmeric) Cultivation as a Local Superior Traditional Medicinal Plant which was carried out in Kekuyang Village, Ketol District, Central Aceh Regency. Our motivation for carrying out this activity, based on the search results, found a lack of understanding of community literacy regarding traditional medicinal plants that can be used as income, namely black turmeric, the minimum amount of fertilizer available, the number of farmers, the number of pesticides and the number of seeds also affect the productivity of black turmeric, in addition to land use which can be used as a location for the biodiversity of medicinal plants has not yet been found. It is hoped that the purpose of this service can provide community understanding regarding the mapping of the biodiversity of local superior traditional medicinal plants, provide public understanding of the benefits and efficacy of black turmeric as a traditional medicinal plant, then form conservation groups, carry out conservation by cultivating rare medicinal plants throughout the region so that the area has a branding as a center for the conservation of medicinal plant biodiversity and makes the conservation center a center for medicinal plant education with a conservation group as the main tutor as well as a center for the medicinal plant business. The implementation method is by way of roadmap mapping, carrying out the stages of activities starting from identifying needs, briefly describing the target audience, planning forms of intervention, establishing partnerships with parties outside the village, mapping success, and measuring and implementing the program. The results of the activity show that the great potential that Kekuyang Village has to expand black turmeric production is supported by the condition of the fertile area, the participation of farmers, and also the support of residents and village apparatus in this program which is very responsive and supported by Reje (village head) to advance the area by introducing all over the world and also accepting all forms of investment in potential agriculture.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of electronic of mouth on the re-use of GoFood; a food delivery services with satisfaction variable as an intervening variable. The object of this research is GoFood user in Medan city. The sampling technique was carried out using an accidental sampling for 140 respondents, who use GoFood as their food delivery service. The method used is SEM PLS with WarpPLS 7.0 application. The result shows that the electronic word of mouth variable has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction, and the consumers want to re-use. This study also proves that the consumer satisfaction variable is a mediator in an electronic word of mouth and re-use in Gofood in Medan city.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Bireuen dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif Penelitian ini diuji menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi (X1) mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, komitmen organisasi (X2) mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dan secara simultan budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai
