Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of sexual behavior in junior high school students Banyumas. This research uses an explanatory survey research, with a cross sectional study including three school study. Lokasi namely SMPN 2 Karanglewas, SMPN 3 Purwokerto and SMP Gunung Jati. Data collection method to use: the questionnaire, which is to expose junior high students and Sexual Behavior Interview with the technique of open questions to find out the factors that encourage sexual behavior. Data analysis was performed by quantitative descriptive analysis with the percentages and cross tabulation. From the above results it can be concluded that sexual behavior before marriage in junior high school students covering all the indicators on the questionnaire that has been dating research. Responden as much as 50 percent with sexual behaviors that occur include the most widely seen movie porn as much as 53 percent, 60 percent of the source acquire porn magazines and porn films derived from friends. Other sexual behaviors include masturbation / masturbation as much as 52 percent, 50 percent of kissing lips, kissing her neck chest 23 percent to sexual relations. The influence of peers is very large for adolescents, it is based on data that 70 percent of teens get pornographic magazines from friends, 61 percent saw a porn film obtained from peers as well. The period of 0-6 months is the shortest time for teens to 70 percent of kissing lips, neck chest as much as 88 percent. It means that teenagers do not take a long time to kiss up to the sexual area around the neck and chest. Sexual intercourse has been the respondent as much as 3 people. Abstract

Monitoring student health efficiently requires collaboration between schools and government health services. Traditional methods often need more agility and user-friendliness, leading to delays and inaccuracies. This research aims to verify a fast and agile student medical report that we have previously developed using the Modified Agile User Experience (UX) method, with a focus on simplicity, usability, and accessibility. The system’s evaluation employs non-functional testing methods to identify factors influencing user satisfaction within the scope of the user experience. We measure task-level and overall user satisfaction using the Single Ease Questions (SEQ) questionnaire as the response variable. This study also investigates test-level satisfaction as predictor variables using Usability Metric for User Experience (UMUX) and UMUX-Lite questionnaire as predictor variables, as well as each student’s Interest in learning and learning motivation concerning test-level satisfaction. Binary Logistic Regression (BLR) analysis determined the relationship between test-level and task-level satisfaction, revealing significant correlations between these variables. Based on the results, the Interest to Learn variable is the most important factor that influences task-level satisfaction, but with a small probability value (42.9%). To ensure these accurate results, we changed the scale on SEQ from Easy and Hard to seven scales with normalized values. We compared the results using 4 algorithms: Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Gradient Boosting as the most effective model. For a test size of 0.2 and a random state of 40, Logistic Regression achieved an accuracy of 0.80 and a Receiver Operating Characteristics (ROC) and Area Under Curve (AUC) score of 0.83. Random Forest also had an accuracy of 0.80 but a slightly lower ROC AUC score of 0.77. SVM also performed well, with accuracies of 0.83 and ROC AUC scores of 0.77. Gradient Boosting showed the lowest performance with an accuracy of 0.77 and a ROC AUC score of 0.73. These results indicate that Logistic Regression is the most robust model for predicting user satisfaction. Significant data correlations between SEQ, UMUX, and UMUX-Lite guide the development of user-centered applications, enhancing the effectiveness of educational tools by ensuring higher user satisfaction. Future research should consider more extensive, more diverse samples and additional factors influencing user experience to refine these models and their applications.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dialami oleh siswa SMA Negeri 1 Sampang Cilacap berkaitan dengan kualitas tidur dan kecerdasan emosional saat melaksanakan tugas sekolah akademik maupun non-akademik dan karakter siswa yang masih rendah. Penjelasan tersebut dapat ditarik kesimpulan perilaku yang dimaksud yaitu seperti mudah marah, tidak nyaman secara psikologi atau dapat dikatakan siswa memiliki stress emosional. Kualitas tidur yang buruk akan mempengaruhi proses pembelajaran dan emosional siswa ketika di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara kualitas tidur dengan kecerdasan emosional pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Sampang Kabupaten Cilacap. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel simple random sampling pada 181 siswa kelas XI. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu skala kecerdasan emosional dan skala kualitas tidur. Pada skala kualitas tidur diperoleh reliabilitas 0,700 dan pada skala kecerdasan emosional diperoleh reliabilitas 0,784. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas tidur dengan kecerdasan emosional pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Sampang dengan nilai signifikasi 0,001 < 0,05. Maka dapat dikatakan bahwa ada korelasi antara kualitas tidur dengan kecerdasan emosional pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Sampang. The students at SMA Negeri 1 Sampang, Cilacap, face issues related to sleep quality and emotional intelligence, which affect their performance in academic and non-academic tasks as well as their overall character development. These issues manifest in behaviors such as irritability, psychological discomfort, and emotional stress. Poor sleep quality negatively impacts the learning process and students' emotional well-being at school. This study aims to examine the relationship between sleep quality and emotional intelligence among 11th-grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Sampang, Cilacap Regency. The study employed a simple random sampling technique, involving 181 11th-grade students. The instruments used were the Emotional Intelligence Scale and the Sleep Quality Scale, with reliability coefficients of 0.700 and 0.784, respectively. The results showed a significant relationship between sleep quality and emotional intelligence among 11th-grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Sampang, with a significance value of 0.001 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a correlation between sleep quality and emotional intelligence among 11th-grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Sampang.

Abstract

College students are at a developmental stage that is vulnerable to social pressure, including the demand to follow trends and activities displayed on social media such as Instagram. In this situation, self control and self esteem skills are needed so that students do not easily experience Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), which is a feeling of anxiety when feeling left behind from the experiences of others. This study aims to determine the effect of self control and self esteem on Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) in student Instagram users at Jenderal Soedirman University. The method used is a quantitative approach involving 377 respondents selected through accidental sampling technique. Data were collected using a self control scale, a self-esteem scale, and a Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) scale. The results of the analysis showed a t value = -2.011 for the effect of self control on Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) and t = -2.720 for the effect of self esteem on Fear of Missing Out (FoMO). The F value = 3.760 indicates a significant influence between self-control and self esteem on Fear of Missing Out (FoMO). With an R Square of 0.020, this study shows that self control and self esteem contribute 2% to Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), while 98% is influenced by other factors not examined. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening self control and self esteem to reduce anxiety caused by social media.

Abstract

Marital satisfaction refers to the extent to which an individual feels emotionally comfortable, harmonious, and happy in their marital relationship. This satisfaction is influenced by how couples communicate and the degree to which social support is present in their lives. This study aims to examine the influence of interpersonal communication and social support on marital satisfaction among members of the Pekalongan Police Resort. The research uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling techniques. A total of 201 members of the Pekalongan Police Resort participated in the study. The instruments used include the Interpersonal Communication Scale (MCI), the Social Support Scale (SSQ), and the Marital Satisfaction Scale (EMS). Data were collected using the interpersonal communication scale, social support scale, and marital satisfaction scale. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 27.00. The analysis results showed a t-value of 6.076 for the influence of interpersonal communication on marital satisfaction, and a t-value of 4.980 for the influence of social support on marital satisfaction. The F-value of 22.675 indicates a significant influence of interpersonal communication and social support on marital satisfaction. With an R Square of 18.6%, this study suggests that interpersonal communication and social support contribute effectively to 18.6% of marital satisfaction, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors not examined in this research. These findings highlight the importance of interpersonal communication in creating a satisfying marriage, as well as the role of social support in helping couples cope with life’s pressures.

Abstract

Students from outside the island of Java tend to choose universities located on Java Island. Various factors underlie this choice, such as the quality of education, accreditation, and the desire to explore new experiences in unfamiliar places. This study aimed to examine the effect of loneliness and academic stress on the psychological well-being of students from outside Java studying in Purwokerto. The study utilized a quantitative method with a multiple linear regression approach. The sample consisted of 334 students from outside Java who were currently pursuing higher education in Purwokerto. The analysis results discovered that H1 was accepted, with an F-value of 159.365 and a significance level of 0.000, which was less than 0.05, indicating that loneliness contributed a significant effect on psychological well-being. H2 was accepted, with an F-value of 304.177 and a significance level of 0.000, indicating that academic stress also significantly affected psychological well-being. H3 was accepted, with an F-value of 536.495 and a significance level of 0.000, showing that loneliness and academic stress simultaneously contributed a significant impact on psychological well-being. These findings highlight the importance of addressing both emotional and academic aspects in supporting the mental health of migrant students.

Abstract

Orang dengan gangguan jiwa (ODGJ) merupakan individu yang mengalami gangguan dalam pikiran, perilaku, dan perasaan yang termanifestasi dalam bentuk sekumpulan gejala dan perubahan perilaku. Sedangkan penyintas gangguan jiwa adalah orang yang berusaha bertahan hidup dengan kondisinya sebagai ODGJ atau berusaha bangkit setelah mengalami gangguan jiwa. Penyintas gangguan jiwa umumnya tidak memiliki makna hidup karena kondisi pernah mengalami gangguan jiwa. Kebermaknaan hidup menurut Frankl merupakan sebuah orientasi dan tujuan dari seorang manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kebermaknaan hidup pada penyintas gangguan jiwa di Dinsospermasdes Kabupaten X, karena pertisipan nampak unik, dan produktif yang dibuktikan dengan aktivitas kesehariannya sebagai fasilitator ODGJ. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan wawancara dan observasi partisipatif dengan teknik triangulasi data dan triangulasi metode sebagai langkah untuk menguji kredibilitas dari informasi dalam penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan satu partisipan berjenis kelamin laki-lai, berusia 50 tahun dan tiga informan berjenis kelamin laki-laki yang merupakan petugas dari Dinsospermasdes. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu studi kasus dengan langkah pertama membuat repositori data, menetapkan kode, analisis kode, dan proposisi akhir. Hasil penelitian ini berupa, adanya temuan kebermaknaan hidup pada partisipan yang ditunjukkan oleh terpenuhinya keseluruhan aspek kebermaknaan hidup (creative value, experience value, attitudinal value). Partisipan sendiri memiliki makna hidup berupa aktivtas merawat ODGJ agar dapat membantu ODGJ kembali hidup normal. Temuan penelitian ini, bisa turut menyumbang bahan kajian tentang kebermaknaan hidup terutama pada penyintas gangguan jiwa.

Abstract

Industri hospitality merupakan sektor jasa yang memiliki karakteristik kerja dengan tuntutan emosional, kognitif, dan fisik yang tinggi. Intensitas interaksi dengan pelanggan, jam kerja tidak menentu, beban kerja berlebih, serta ketidakamanan kerja menjadikan pekerja hospitality kelompok yang rentan terhadap gangguan kesehatan mental. Kondisi ini berimplikasi langsung terhadap employee well-being. Meskipun demikian, perhatian organisasi masih cenderung berfokus pada kinerja dan efisiensi, sementara kesehatan mental pekerja kerap diposisikan sebagai alat produktivitas semata, bukan sebagai nilai intrinsik dan hak pekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara komprehensif kondisi kesehatan mental pekerja hospitality serta implikasinya terhadap employee well-being, dengan menempatkan kesehatan mental sebagai hak fundamental dan bagian dari martabat manusia dalam dunia kerja. Dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kerja yang berkontribusi terhadap gangguan kesehatan mental. Literature Review dengan menelaah artikel ilmiah nasional dan internasional bereputasi yang membahas kesehatan mental, employee well-being, dan konteks industri hospitality. Literatur dikumpulkan dari sumber akademik kredibel dan dianalisis secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola, konsep utama, dan temuan kunci. Pekerja hospitality menghadapi risiko tinggi terhadap stres kerja, burnout, job insecurity, dan emotional labor yang berlebihan. Kondisi tersebut berdampak negatif pada berbagai dimensi employee well-being, termasuk kesejahteraan psikologis, work–life balance, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi. Temuan juga menegaskan pentingnya peran kebijakan HR, dukungan psikologis, budaya kerja beretika, dan kepemimpinan yang berempati dalam menjaga kesehatan mental karyawan. Peningkatan employee well-being di industri hospitality memerlukan perubahan struktural di tingkat organisasi yang berpihak pada hak, martabat, dan kesejahteraan mental pekerja, guna menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat, berkelanjutan, dan manusiawi.

Abstract

This study aims to describe post-traumatic growth in university students who experienced physical and emotional abuse by their parents during childhood. The research employed a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. Four early adult participants were selected through purposive and snowball sampling techniques. Data were collected using in-depth interviews and documentation, then analyzed using content analysis. The four participants demonstrated that the concrete psychological impacts they experienced included fear, low self-esteem, social withdrawal, and difficulty trusting others. However, through a process of self-reflection and social support, the survivors were able to transform their past wounds into newfound strength. The findings revealed that all participants experienced positive changes, including increased appreciation of life, closer interpersonal relationships, enhanced personal strength, openness to new opportunities, and spiritual development. These changes were influenced by self-reflection, the meaning constructed from past experiences, and social support. The findings indicate that despite the deep psychological impact of childhood abuse, individuals still possess the capacity to grow into more resilient psychological beings. This study contributes to the understanding of post-traumatic growth dynamics and provides a foundation for psychological interventions for survivors of childhood abuse. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan post-traumatic growth pada mahasiswa penyintas kekerasan fisik dan emosional dari orang tua di masa kecil. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Partisipan terdiri dari empat individu dewasa awal yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis isi. Keempat partisipan memperlihatkan bahwa dampak psikologis konkrit yang dialami para partisipan meliputi rasa takut, rendah diri, penarikan diri sosial, dan kesulitan mempercayai orang lain. Namun, seiring proses refleksi dan dukungan sosial, para penyintas mampu mengubah luka masa lalu menjadi kekuatan baru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh partisipan mengalami perubahan positif berupa peningkatan penghargaan terhadap hidup, relasi interpersonal yang lebih erat, penguatan kekuatan dalam diri, keterbukaan terhadap peluang baru, serta perkembangan spiritualitas. Proses pertumbuhan ini dipengaruhi oleh refleksi diri, makna yang dibentuk dari pengalaman masa lalu, serta dukungan sosial. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun pengalaman kekerasan pada masa kecil memberikan dampak psikologis yang mendalam, individu tetap memiliki kapasitas untuk tumbuh menjadi pribadi yang lebih tangguh secara psikologis. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman mengenai dinamika pertumbuhan pascatrauma dan dapat menjadi dasar intervensi psikologis bagi penyintas kekerasan masa kecil.
