Abstract

Latar Belakang : Pendidikan anak usia dini terdiri dari gizi, kesehatan, dan pendidikan. Kecerdasan kognitif adalah komponen penting dalam perkembangan anak karena mencerminkan kematangan berpikir. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi masukan bagi pihak-pihak terkait untuk menekankan kemajuan perkembangan anak usia dini juga dengan fokus pada mengoptimalkan aspek gizi dalam hal makanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran status gizi pada fungsi kognitif pada periode keemasan denganmenganalisis hubungan antara status gizi dan fungsi kognitif .Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 37 anak. Variabel bebas adalah status gizi dengan z - skor dikelompokkan menjadi 3 sangat pendek ( < -3 ) , pendek ( d -3,0 s / d Z -score < -2,0 ) , dan normal ( e -2 , 0 ). Sedangkan variabel dependen dihitung berdasarkan fungsi kognitif kuesioner yang dibuat oleh departemen pendidikan nasional, dan dikategorikan menjadi 3 dengan kurang ( < 60 % ) , sedang ( 60-80 % ) , dan baik ( > 80 % ) Analisis data disajikan dalam statistik deskriptif dan bivariat. Analisis status gizi hubungan dengan fungsi kognitif dilakukan dengan menggunakan chi -squarekarena data tidak terdistribusi secara normal .Hasil: Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 37 anak yang terdiri dari 51,4 % laki-laki dan 48,6 % perempuan. Sebagian besar responden memiliki status gizi yang baik menurut indeks W / A ( 70,3 % ). Sebagian besar responden memiliki kategori kecerdasan kognitif kurang ( 83,8 % ) seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh rata-rata z -score 45,01 ± 13,2 . Fisher test digunakan untuk sel tabulasi silang yang nilainya < 20 % dengan p = 0,022 .Kata Kunci : status gizi, kecerdasan kognitif

Abstract

Kelelahan kerja yang dialami tiap orang berbeda tapi semuanya akan dapat menurunankapasitas kerja. Resiko dari kelelahan kerja tersebut diantaranya adalah terjadi stress akibatkerja, penyakit akibat kerja dan terjadi kecelakaan akibat kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmenganalisis hubungan antara asupan gizi dan status gizi dengan kelelahan kerja padakaryawan perusahaan Tahu Baxo Bu Pudji di Ungaran tahun 2014. Dari wawancara yangdilakukan di bagian pengisian tahu baxo dari 10 orang yang telah diwawancarai ada beberaparesponden mengeluh tentang kelelahan kerja sebanyak 5 orang.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak24karyawan di bagian pengisian Tahu Baxo Bu Pudji di Kota Ungaran. Metode pengumpulandata dilakukandengan wawancara dan observasi langsung menggunakan instrumen berupakuesioner dan lembar observasi, lembar recall, lembar aktifitas harian 24 jam, pengukurankalori dan kelelahan. Hasil penelitian sebagian besar responden memiliki tingkat kelelahan kerja berat. Dari hasiluji spearman menunjukkan faktor – faktor yang berhubungan kelelahan kerja antara lain masakerja dan status gizi. Sedangkan umur, pendidikan asupan energi, asupan protein, asupanlemak, dan asupan karbohidrat tidak ada hubungan dengan kelelahan kerja di bagian pengisiantahu baxo. Status gizi karyawan dibagian pengisian tahu baxo bu Pudji antara lain normal62,5%, obesitas 16,7%, gemuk 12,5% dan underweight 4,2%. Gambaran kelelahan yangdialami tenaga kerja pengisihan tahu baxo yang paling banyak adalah kelelahan kerja berat.Saran penambahan tenaga kerja dan menambah asupan makanan serta mengkonsumsimakanan yang bergizi.Kata kunci: Kelelahan, Asupan Gizi, Status Gizi

Abstract

Dysmenorrheal or menstrual disorders are problems experienced by women and may interfere their activities. The study that was done on students of Faculty of Nursery Science of Padjajaran University class of 2011 shows that 94 of 104 students encounter primary dysmenorrheal which the age range of the student about 19-21 years old which are continuing study in university. Dian Nuswantoro University has female population more than male, so dysmenorrheal can be happened on them. The purpose of this study was to analyze factors associated with the incidence of primary dysmenorrheal on students of Dian Nuswantoro University.This was observational analytic study with a quantitative method and cross sectional approach. The chi square test and prevalence ratio was used for data analysisThe results showed that there was no relationship between smoking behavior with the incidence of primary dysmenorrheal (p-value = 0.798). There was no relationship between the behavior of consuming alcohol with the incidence of primary dysmenorrheal (p-value = 0.448). There was no relationship between consumption of junk food with the incidence of primary dysmenorrheal (p-value = 0.334).Students could minimaze primary dysmenorrheal when they have menstruation by decreasing the habitual activity that is causing primary dysmenorrhea such as smoking behavior, onsuming alcohol, and junk food.Keyword: primary dysmenorrheal, smoking habit, alcohol consumption, junk food

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat apakah ada korelasi antara Indek Massa Tubuh (IMT) dan Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) mahasiswa, mempertimbangkan kebiasaan makan mahasiswa. Peserta adalah 54 mahasiswa Fakultas Kesehatan Udinus dengan metode pendekatan Cross Sectional.Mereka terdiri dari 24% laki-laki, 76% perempuan, 56% tinggal di fasilitas asrama, 44% tinggal di rumah, 85% kondisi kesehatan yang baik, 15% kondisi kesehatan buruk. BMI menunjukkan tingkat rata-rata normal, 14,8% malnutrisi, 59,3% berat badan normal, 9,3% kelebihan berat badan, 16,7% obesitas. Data menunjukkan 1,9% IPK (< 2), 18,5% baik (2-2,75), 68,5% memuaskan (2,76-3,5), 11,1% sangat baik (> 3,5). Hasil analisis statistik antara IMT dan IPK ada korelasi. Kebiasaan makan dari mahasiswa menunjukkan makanan utama nasi dengan lauk, 57% sayuran, 37% buah-buahan, susu 31,5%. Tidak ada perbedaan yang jelas antara mereka yang kos dan yang tinggal di rumah.Kata kunci : Indek Massa Tubuh (IMT), indeks prestasi, pola makan

Abstract

Stunting is still a health problem that must be considered, one of which is in Indonesia. Suradadi Public Health Center is a health center located in the area of Tegal Regency. A total of 346 toddlers were stunted. One of the programs to deal with stunting is a specific intervention program. The purpose of this study was to evaluate a stunting-specific intervention program for infants aged 24 -59 months at the Suradadi Public Health Center.This study is a descriptive-analytic study with a cross-sectional approach on 96 toddlers from a population of 2,200 children aged 24-59 months in the Suradadi Health Center, Tegal Regency, from October 2020 to July 2021. The research variables studied were for specific interventions in prevention. Stunting includes vitamin A supplementation, zinc supplementation, integrated management of sick toddlers, immunization, and nutritional status based on the TB/U Z-score. Data collection with interview techniques and KIA book observation. Descriptive data analysis using SPSS software.The program's implementation that is explored is the practice carried out by both officers and mothers of children under five. The details of the programs that have been implemented include vitamin A supplementation (54%), zinc supplementation (82.3%), integrated management of sick toddlers (77.1%), and mandatory primary immunization (80.2%). Most of the toddlers were male (57.1%), aged 36-47 months (39.6%), Z-score TB/U was normal (90.6%), and all received exclusive breastfeeding as many as 96 toddlers ( 100%). The results of the specific intervention program at the Suradadi Health Center in vitamin A have reached the expected target. In providing zinc supplements, the coverage is still 60% due to the lack of availability of funds from the center. In the service of sick toddlers who use the IMCI guidelines, it still reaches 99% due to the pandemic, and in the provision of immunizations, it has reached the expected target.Based on the results of this study, it is recommended for the public health center to carry out routine monitoring in specific intervention programs for stunting prevention to achieve the targets that have been set. Specific intervention programs must also comply with the guidelines for implementing integrated stunting reduction interventions in districts or cities.

Abstract

Puskesmas Pegirian, Surabaya, in several aspects was still in the less than good category in 2022. This research aims to determine the performance of Puskesmas Pegirian based on four balanced scorecard perspectives. This type of research was quantitative descriptive with a sampling technique using a quota sampling technique, namely with predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire distributed to officer respondents and patient respondents. The results of the study show that the performance of the Puskesmas Pegirian when viewed from four balanced scorecard perspectives was in the fairly good category, namely 50%. The results of this study were influenced by the financial perspective and customer perspective as internal aspects and the internal business process perspective and the growth and income perspective as external aspects. In this study, there was an imbalance where the health center tended to focus more on the internal aspects, namely with a total score of 3 while the external aspects had a total score of 2. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate and improve the four perspectives that have not yet reached the target. So that in further research there can be improvements in each aspect.
