Abstract

The purpose of this service is as an effort to improve the performance of the Bina Qurani Al-Qurani Education Center in the management of academic administration related to the management of TPA learning in terms of learning administration management in the form of a Learning Implementation Plan, in addition to providing insight into making administration in TPA learning. The method used in this Service is by training with lectures, questions and answers and mentoring. Data collection techniques were obtained by direct observation, interviews and documentation at the Bina Qurani landfill organization which is located in the hamlet of Jetis Sinduadi Mlati Sleman Yogyakarta. The results of this service resulted in an increase in the performance of the Bina Qurani Landfill by producing a Learning Implementation Plan which was used as a guide in providing Iqra and Quran learning by ustazah or Bina Qurani landfill teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the efforts made to optimize loading and unloading equipment to facilitate loading and unloading in MV. Isa Golden. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. The results of the study include efforts made to optimize the maintenance of loading and unloading equipment by planning loading and unloading maintenance on a scheduled basis by following the maintenance checklist that has been determined by the ship management, evaluating at safety meetings or deck meetings to provide solutions to problems if found and provide answers or solutions to each problem,  Make coordination in parts of the organization in dividing 2 (two) groups in loading and unloading equipment maintenance activities or other maintenance so that it can run well following the job description. Abstract

The "link and match" program intensified by the Ministry of Education and Culture does not only benefit the world of education which makes it easier to adjust to the industry. The purpose of this community service is to provide socialization about Link and Match Maritime Vocational College Graduates in the Field of Shipping with the Business World and the Industrial World and know about the absorption of graduates produced by universities with the Business World and the Industrial World. The method used in this community service activity is socialization about Link and Match Maritime Vocational College Graduates in the Field of Shipping with the Business World and the Industrial World. The results of dedication in the form of socialization about Link and Match Maritime Vocational College Graduates in the Field of Shipping with the Business World and the Industrial World ran smoothly. In addition, the average percentage of absorption of vocational school graduates at Yogyakarta Maritime College was obtained through the Link and Match Program which was created to synergize vocational education with the industrial world to increase the absorption of vocational school graduates so that they can become reliable workers while saving expenses to become new human resources following industry needs of 92.11%. The absorption of graduates for graduates of the D3 Marine Transportation Management study program is 84.00%, the absorption of graduates for the D3 Ship Machinery study program is 100% and the absorption of graduates for the D3 Nautical Studies study program is 100% of the total 70.37% of tracked graduates.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPedoman pembagian kerja (division of work) di dalam suatu organisasi akan dapat membantu ketepatan tugas dan tanggungjawab yang diberikan kepada masing-masing anggota dalam suatu organisasi. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM)  ini adalah untuk melakukan pelatihan terhadap pengurus Masjid Nurul Islam terkait pemahaman division of work masing-masing bagian selain itu melakukan pendampingan dalam pembuatan plan program kerja seksi dakwah takmir dalam rencana pelaksanaan Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran (TPA) untuk dewasa. PKM ini dilaksanakan pada Tanggal  07 Agustus 2023-07 Maret 2024 yang bertempat di Masjid Nurul Islam Dusun Jetis Sinduadi Mlati Sleman Yogyakarta. Sasaran PKM adalah anggota yang tergabung dalam Organisasi Takmir Masjid Nurul Islam dengan jumlah peserta 14 orang. Alur PKM yaitu melakukan pengamatan/observasi lingkungan terkait kebutuhan, penyampaian materi, dan pendampingan pembuatan Konsep Implementasi Pelaksanaan TPA Dewasa dan pembuatan kinerja Seksi dakwah Organisasi Takmir Masjid. Hasil dari PKM ini adalah terlaksananya penyampain materi terkait pemahaman division of work masing-masing bagian Organisasi takmir Masjid Nurul Islam diantaranya penasehat, ketua, sekretaris, bendahara, sarana dan prasarana, dakwah / phbi, humas, keamanan. Terlaksananya pendampingan dalam pembuatan plan program kerja seksi dakwah takmir dalam rencana pelaksanaan Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran (TPA) untuk dewasa mulai dari metode mengajar, pembuatan formulir pendaftaran, persiapan sebelum pembelajaran diantaranya terkait sistem pendanaan, sistem pembayaran, administrasi peserta termasuk pembuatan blanko penggolongan kelas, blanko presensi pembelajaran, blanko daftar kemajuan pembelajaran.. Kata kunci: division of work; plan program kerja; taman pendidikan al-quran. ABSTRACTGuidelines for the division of work in an organization will be able to help the accuracy of tasks and responsibilities given to each member of an organization. The purpose of this community service is to conduct training for the management of the Nurul Islam Mosque related to understanding the division of work of each section in addition to assisting in making a work program plan for the Dakwah Takmir section in the implementation plan of the Al-Quran Education Park for adults. The community service will be held on August 7, 2023-March 7, 2024. The target of the community service is members who are members of the Nurul Islam Mosque Takmir Organization with a total of 14 participants. The flow of community service is to make environmental observations related to needs, deliver material, and assist in making the Concept of Implementation of Adult Landfill Implementation and making the performance of the Da'wah Section of the Takmir Masjid Organization. The result of this community service is the implementation of the material presentation related to the understanding of the division of work of each part of the Nurul Islam Mosque Takmir organization including advisors, chairman, secretary, treasurer, facilities and infrastructure, da'wah / phbi, public relations, security. The implementation of assistance in making a work program plan for the dakwah takmir section in the implementation plan of the Al-Quran Education Park for adults starting from teaching methods, making registration forms, preparation before learning including related to the funding system, payment system, participant administration including making class classification blanks, learning attendance blanks, learning progress list blanks. Keywords: division of work; work program plan; al-quran education park

Abstract

The development of the fishery business in Sleman Regency is able to contribute to the production of fish consumption and fry in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The level of fish consumption needs of the Sleman people has increased from year to year, thus providing opportunities for the people of Sleman to cultivate fish, especially freshwater fish. This opportunity was achieved by the Mina Kepis Fisheries group which gradually developed freshwater fish farming, both for nursery and community consumption. Without the encouragement and support of all parties, small businesses tend to be increasingly helpless, so they must be patient and diligent in coaching and mentoring. Developing a Small and Medium Business Cluster (SME) is indeed not an easy thing, because it is a human development that is loaded with different characters and full of personal interests. . The purpose of this community service is to provide assistance regarding community empowerment programs with the main goal of increasing community income and welfare through strengthening Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), developing entrepreneurial culture, mobilizing community participation and other productive economic business activities based on local and sustainable resources. The service method used is through the mentoring method with an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The results of the service show that KPI Mina Kepis has received the support of the community and the government, as evidenced by receiving donations of funds and assistance from Bank Indonesia and assistance and training in fish farming, in collaboration with UGM so that KPI Mina Kepis gradually moves towards independence. The results achieved by KPI Mina Kepis to date have received encouraging achievements and the results of fish sales, both fish consumption and fish seeds, have increased, These results can help members' income and improve their well-being.

Abstract

Abstrak Peran ikut serta dan keaktifan pengurus takmir di setiap seksi yang terdapat dalam struktur ketakmiran menjadi indikasi dari efektivitas penerapan fungsi-fungsi manajemen yang ada. Namun, saat ini di lokasi kegiatan, ditemukan beberapa tantangan yang menghambat optimalisasi fungsi kepemimpinan. Beberapa pengurus belum sepenuhnya menjalankan peran mereka secara konsisten, sehingga masih terdapat tugas-tugas yang belum terkoordinasi dengan baik. Kurangnya komunikasi dan pembagian peran yang jelas menyebabkan beberapa bagian mengalami stagnasi dalam pelaksanaan program kerja. Oleh karena itu, penguatan penerapan fungsi pengurus takmir dalam kepemimpinan sangat diperlukan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan fungsi organik manajemen dalam kepemimpinan takmir masjid, khususnya dalam pengelolaan program pembangunan. Fungsi-fungsi manajemen seperti perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan, penganggaran, koordinasi, dan pengendalian digunakan untuk memperkuat peran dan keaktifan pengurus takmir di setiap seksi struktural, termasuk seksi pembangunan. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan mencakup pelatihan manajemen, pendampingan pelaksanaan fungsi-fungsi manajemen, dan evaluasi kinerja pengurus. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan dalam koordinasi antar seksi, perencanaan yang lebih sistematis, serta motivasi pengurus yang lebih tinggi. Penerapan fungsi organik manajemen terbukti mampu meningkatkan efektivitas kepemimpinan takmir dalam mengelola kegiatan pembangunan masjid. Kata kunci: fungsi organik manajemen; takmir masjid; kepemimpinan; pengelolaan pembangunan. Abstract The participation and activeness of takmir administrators in each section contained in the takmiran structure is an indication of the effectiveness of the implementation of existing management functions. However, currently at the location of the activity, several challenges are found that hinder the optimization of leadership functions. Some administrators have not fully carried out their roles consistently, so there are still tasks that have not been well coordinated. The lack of communication and clear division of roles causes some parts to stagnate in the implementation of the work program. Therefore, strengthening the implementation of the function of takmir administrators in leadership is very necessary. This community service aims to analyze the application of organic management functions in the leadership of mosque takmir, especially in the management of development programs. Management functions such as planning, organizing, mobilizing, budgeting, coordinating, and controlling are used to strengthen the role and activeness of takmir administrators in each structural section, including the development section. The service method used includes management training, assistance in the implementation of management functions, and evaluation of management performance. The results show an increase in coordination between sections, more systematic planning, budget efficiency, and higher management motivation. The application of the organic function of management has been proven to be able to increase the effectiveness of takmir leadership in managing mosque construction activities. Keywords: organic function of management; takmir mosque; leadership; development management

Abstract

Konektivitas transportasi laut merupakan aspek vital dalam industri maritim yang berperan penting dalam membangun karier profesional di sektor ini. Edu expo dan Pengenalan Kampus Maritim bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan berbagai aspek dunia maritim kepada calon mahasiswa dan masyarakat luas. Dalam kegiatan ini, metode pelaksanaan melibatkan berbagai sesi, seperti pengenalan kampus, diskusi interaktif, fashion show seragam kampus, serta pertunjukan seni. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan di Jogja City Mall pada 6 Desember 2024, sebagai bagian dari acara Indonesia Tourism & Trade Investment 2025. Peserta yang hadir berasal dari berbagai UMKM seluruh Indonesia serta pengunjung Jogja City Mall. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai prospek pendidikan dan karier maritim. Pembahasan dari temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya edukasi maritim dalam mendukung konektivitas transportasi laut dan peluang karier di sektor ini. Abstract

Given the magnitude of responsibility in carrying out the task of maintaining the health of the longmarch participants who traveled a distance of approximately 35 km, a clear division of work is needed, the work of First Aid in accidents team personnel. The purpose of this community service is to conduct continuous education training First Aid in management planning and division of work in the long march activity at the Yogyakarta Maritime College. The service method used is to carry out continuing education and First Aid in accident training for cadets. The result of this community service is the implementation of continuing education training First Aid for several years from 2017 until now as well as the readiness of management planning and division of work for First Aid team officers in logmarch activities at the Yogyakarta Maritime College. Overall, the results of this service not only improve the quality and competence of individual cadets, but also have a positive impact on their community and surrounding environment. Trained and knowledgeable cadets are expected to become future leaders who contribute to the development of a healthier and safer society.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan fungsi alat keselamatan di Kapal MT. Patra Tanker 2 agar dapat berfungsi dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sementara itu teknik pengumpulan data didapatkan melalui penelitian lapangan field research dengan penggabungan metode observasi, dokumentasi, dan interview mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan fungsi alat keselamatan sangat penting dalam mendukung suatu kapal dalam berlayar terutama jika kapal tersebut dalam keadaan bahaya baik itu kebakaran, orang jatuh kelaut, kepal tenggelam dan lain-lainnya. Alat keselamatan agar dapat berfungsi dengan baik dengan cara, selalu diadakan perawatan rutin. Agar pada saat terjadi keadaan darurat, alat-alat keselamat dapat berfungsi dan dapat digunakan dengan baik. Pada Kapal MT. Patra Tanker2 alat-alat keselamatan sudah baik dan lengkap serta sudah mematuhi peraturan yang ditetapkan oleh IMO.

Abstract

In determining the seaworthiness of the ship, ship inspection is very important to do. KSOP has a very important role in determining the seaworthiness of ships. This study aims to determine the role of marine inspectors in ship inspection at KSOP Class IV Probolinggo. The research used qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection was carried out by surveys and interviews. The results of this study show that the marine inspector has the role and task of preparing to discuss the formulation and implementation of policies, standards, norms, guidelines, criteria, and procedures as well as technical guidance, evaluation, certification, and reporting in the fields of ship design, measurement, construction and stability of ships, nautical, technical, and radio as well as equipment and equipment for ship safety and equipment as well as prevention of pollution from ships and management of ship safety and operation for ships indonesian flags that sail in Indonesian and international waters for all types of ships and all sizes. In the duties of inspection and measurement of ships carried out in the Legal Status and Certification of Ships section, carry out inspection tasks at the Port of Probolinggo. The results of the survey of the marine administration examination and physical examination were obtained that it took an average of 32.57 minutes.
