Abstract

PT Mada Wikri Tunggal is an automotive industrial company in the field of metal and plastic components that produces goods in the form of spare parts for two-wheeled (2) and four-wheeled (4) vehicles. The purchasing department at PT Mada Wikri Tunggal is responsible for the availability of goods needed by other departments according to the time required. Before carrying out the process of purchasing raw materials and stationery, the purchasing department must have a purchase request form for raw materials or stationery originating from the department concerned. In the process of purchasing raw materials and stationery, several problems were found, such as purchasing the same goods in one purchase request, and also the loss of the purchase request form which could hamper the process of purchasing raw materials or stationery. Therefore, it is necessary to design an information system application for purchasing requests for raw materials and stationery by depicting it using UML diagrams, ERD, and interface design as well as web-based integrated development using the Laravel framework and applying the waterfall method. The existence of an information system for purchasing requests for raw materials and stationery can minimize errors in purchasing raw materials and stationery in the purchasing department at PT Mada Wikri Tunggal so that there will be no duplication of the same purchase in one purchase request and it will not take a long time to send purchase orders. to suppliers.

Abstract

Dalam era digital saat ini, desain antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) memainkan peran yang sangat penting dalam keberhasilan sebuah website. Desain yang baik tidak hanya menarik secara visual, tetapi juga meningkatkan keterlibatan dan kenyamanan pengguna. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merancang UI/UX pada Company Prosesin.id dengan menggunakan metode Design Thinking yang diperkenalkan oleh Ben Shneiderman. Metode ini menawarkan panduan praktis untuk menciptakan antarmuka yang intuitif dan efisien, dengan memperhatikan prinsip-prinsip seperti konsistensi, umpan balik, dan fleksibilitas. Melalui analisis mendalam dan penerapan prinsip-prinsip ini, diharapkan dapat dihasilkan desain UI/UX yang lebih optimal, sehingga meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dalam mengakses dan menggunakan website Prosesin.id.

Abstract

In the modern era like today, the world is experiencing developments in the field of science and technology. Metaverse technology has become a hot topic of discussion around the world, with its ability to create 3D virtual worlds using AR and VR technology where users can appear to interact in a real virtual world. PT. Semesta Realitas Indonesia (Festivo) is now developing a metaverse that can present a new experience in participating in virtual events/festivals. In making the world of metaverse, PT. Semesta Realitas Indonesia (Festivo) requires a website as a promotional media, information center, managing metaverse events and of course for online ticketing transactions. E-ticket transactions use the Midtrans payment gateway to simplify the payment process. In this study using UML for system design and ERD as part of database design. Then use the Agile Scrum method as a method in system development. This website-based application is built using the HTML, CSS, Javascript, and PHP programming languages, and is assisted by the Laravel and Bootstrap frameworks. The results of this study produce a website-based application that has been tested using Black-box testing with a success rate of 90%, which means the system is classified as good. The application can be used by companies as a media to promote metaverse events, and purchase e-tickets with midtrans to enter the world of metaverse events.

Abstract

Abstract— Seiring perkembangan era digital, perusahaan perlu meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen sumber daya manusia melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Selangit Group Indonesia, yang memiliki sejumlah cabang coffee shop, menghadapi tantangan dalam proses rekrutmen yang masih manual dan terpisah, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan keterlambatan dan kesalahan administratif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan modul Recruitment pada sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) berbasis Odoo untuk mempercepat dan menyederhanakan proses rekrutmen. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD), dengan perancangan sistem berbasis UML dan ERD. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan sistem berhasil mengotomatisasi tahapan rekrutmen, mulai dari pembuatan lowongan hingga pelaporan, dengan tingkat keberhasilan uji blackbox sebesar 90%. Sistem ini dinilai mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengurangi kesalahan dalam proses rekrutmen Selangit Group Indonesia.
