Abstract

Medokan Ayu Mangrove Botanical Garden is managed by the Medokan Ayu Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis). Pokdarwis has 54 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The management of the Pokdarwis organization and the Medokan Ayu Mangrove Gardens is still in manual way. Pokdarwis management `s views they need information systems and technology to overcome them. This condition was increasingly needed when the Medokan Ayu Pokdarwis had to temporarily close the Medokan Ayu Mangrove Botanical Gardens due to restrictions on community activities to stop the spread of Covid-19. Perbanas Hayam Wuruk University (UHW) partnership team provides a solution by presenting the Pokdarwis website with an online network. The website is socialized on how to operate, equipped with features that are integrated with MSMEs. The results of the socialization based on the evaluation provided benefits for a number of participants, so the PKM team was still providing assistance for the operation of the website. Pokdarwis Medokan Ayu also hopes that the socialization will continue in the future.

Abstract

The object of this research is PT Raksaka Teknologi Indonesia, a company engaged in the IT sector, having its address at Jalan girlfriend No. 2A, Ketabang, Jl. Gayungsari Timur No.16 (MGI-2) Genteeng District, Surabaya. The purpose of this study was to determine the existing transaction recording system at PT Raksaka Teknologi Indonesia and to design the preparation of the financial statements of PT Raksaka Teknologi Indonesia using Microsoft Excel for Accounting. The research design used is a system design method with research data sources using primary data. At PT Raksaka Teknologi Indonesia, it is in recording transactions using Microsoft Excel which only has a general journal input worksheet. So that the design of the preparation of financial statements using Excel for Accounting (EFA) is the right solution in the constraints faced by the company. It is expected that PT Raksaka Teknologi Indonesia can implement accounting applications designed for business activities in businesses. Excel for accounting (EFA) which is designed as simple as possible and can be understood by employees of PT Raksaka Teknologi Indonesia.

Abstract

Organisasi mahasiswa (Ormawa) merupakan wadah pembinaan dan pengembangan minat serta bakat mahasiswa pada bidang seni, olahraga maupun bidang ilmiah. Universitas Hayam Wuruk (UHW) Perbanas sebagai salah satu institusi perguruan tinggi swasta di Surabaya memiliki 24 Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM). Keseluruhan UKM tersebut tergabung dalam wadah Ormawa. Pengelolaan Ormawa pada perkembangannya memerlukan tata kelola. Penerapannya melalui pemeriksaan (audit) secara rutin dan khusus guna memastikan pelaksanaan program kerja dan pendanaan sesuai dengan standar mutu dan prosedur. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem informasi pemeriksaan internal berbasis situs web dengan model waterfall. Bahasa pemrograman menggunakan HTML 5, PHP 7 dan terintegrasi dengan aplikasi Ormawasite. Uji coba terhadap sistem telah dilakukan dengan metode black-box dan sistem telah berhasil menyimpan, memperbarui serta menghapus periode pemeriksaan awal maupun akhir, kertas kerja pemeriksaan, serta rubrik penilaian daftar tilik terhadap hasil pemeriksaan. Sistem pemeriksaan Ormawa dengan nama SIRAM dapat diimplementasikan pada periode pemeriksaan berikutnya sebagai penerapan pengendalian internal perguruan tinggi secara efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has brought changes to all aspects of individuals and organizations, one of which is cooperatives. The Cooperative Association of Pakar Dekabe employees (Pakar Dekabe Cooperative), has trading and service business activities. Its trading business activities are related to buying, selling, and managing merchandise inventory that require recording and reporting. Recording sales as inventory expenditure is still done manually. Inventory is updated at the end of the current month period. This has an impact on inventory information that is not up-to-date and there is the potential for physical discrepancies to occur in recording. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to develop an inventory accounting information system through the Excel for Accounting (EFA) application to produce financial information accurately and qualified for stakeholders. The result of this study is the design of the EFA with the development of the number of working sheets from three become 11 sheets in order to detail the recording transactions, avoid the occurrence of physical discrepancies and recording inventory and also simplify the process of preparing financial reports as part of the internal control implementation.

Abstract

Sistem informasi Organisasi Mahasiswa (Ormawa) Universitas Hayam Wuruk (UHW) Perbanas Surabaya yang menggunakan google drive sudah tidak efektif dan tidak efisien dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan kemahasiswaan. Kondisi pandemi juga tidak memungkinkan Ormawa untuk menggunakan sistem berbasis cloud sehingga diperlukan sistem yang bersifat online dan terintegrasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi Ormawa berbasis web dengan jaringan online dengan nama Ormawasite. Fokus pengembangannya adalah pada pengelolaan sejumlah dokumen aktivitas dan keuangan ormawa. Metode pengembangan Ormawasite menggunakan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model waterfall. Tahapan-tahapan pada model waterfall meliputi analisis kebutuhan melalui kelompok diskusi fokus, rancangan sistem, coding, implementasi sekaligus uji coba sistem dengan metode black box dan evaluasi penggunaan Ormawasite menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah HTML 5, PHP 7.0.18, dan terintegrasi dengan Sistem Informasi Mahasiswa (Simas) serta bagian kemahasiswaan. Ormawasite telah membantu pelaksanaan program kerja Ormawa dan pengelolaan keuangan. Pengelolaan aktivitas dan keuangan yang sebelumnya selama tujuh hari menjadi satu hari dan aksesnya lebih fleksibel, dengan demikian penggunaan Ormawasite menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien

Abstract

This Community Service Activity (CSA) was conducted for students of SMA Negeri 17 Surabaya to enhance their understanding of early investment in the capital market through a technical analysis approach. The activity was motivated by the lack of innovative economics learning materials and media related to capital market education, which has led to limited practical understanding among high school students. To address this issue, a more practical and contextual learning method was applied using training and simulation. The training introduced basic capital market concepts, while the simulation used the ChartNexus website to practice basic technical analysis. The CSA was implemented in three stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. Planning involved coordination with the school to identify learning needs. The implementation was held for two and a half hours at Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University and attended by 10 students. Evaluation was conducted through direct observation and questionnaires. The results indicated improved participant understanding, with several students able to perform basic technical analysis. Participants also gave very positive feedback on the organization and delivery of the activity, indicating that the program was successfully implemented.

Abstract

Research aim: The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the adoption of digital banks based on the concept of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in gen-Z. Methods: The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) inferential analysis with WarpPLS 8.0. Research Finding: The results of this study revealed that perceived ease of use (PEOU) and perceived usefulness (PU) have a positive and significant on attitudes (ATT). PEOU indirectly has a positive and significant on PU. PU has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention (BI). ATT directly has a positive and significant on BI in digital bank adoption. Theoretical contribution: TAM can be applied to measure gen-Z behavior in digital bank adoptions. Practitioner/Policy implication: Digital bank management should consider usability and user-friendliness factors as stimuli for attitudes that generate behavioral intentions towards digital bank adoption, specifically among Gen-Z. This generation serves as a potential target market for digital banking services marketing. The results of this study can drive innovation in digital banking products and services, enhancing operational efficiency for banks. Research limitation: The results of this study are only specific to gen-Z and cannot be generalized

Abstract

The development of digital technology has increased people’s access to the internet while also creating challenges for parents in managing children’s use of digital devices and addressing various risks in the digital environment. The need to strengthen digital parenting has become increasingly important as internet penetration continues to grow in Indonesia. According to the 2026 Internet Profile Survey conducted by the Asosiasi Penyelenggara Jasa Internet Indonesia (APJII), national internet penetration reached 81.72%, with young people, including children, representing a significant proportion of internet users. These conditions indicate that younger generations are increasingly exposed to the digital environment, highlighting the need for adequate parental guidance and supervision. Therefore, this community service activity aimed to strengthen parents’ digital parenting skills through educational activities as a preventive measure against the negative effects of technology use. The activity employed a Community-Based Participatory Approach (CBPA) and was conducted in three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The preparation stage involved coordination and discussions with Kelompok Kerja (Pokja) II of the Tim Penggerak Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (TP PKK) of Surabaya City. The implementation stage consisted of educational sessions, discussions, and question-and-answer activities involving 10 participants. The evaluation was conducted using direct pre-tests and post-tests, as well as questionnaires. The results showed a 20-percentage-point increase in participants’ cognitive outcomes, while the overall community service activity received positive evaluations. These findings provide an initial indication of increased parental knowledge regarding digital parenting. However, continuous support is still needed to encourage parents to apply this knowledge in their daily parenting practices.
