Abstract

The problems that often arise in the neighborhood of Neighborhood Unit (RT) and Rukun Warga (RW) are the distribution of information on citizen activities, administration, transparent financial management, and management of citizen databases as an effort to improve services and information facilities for residents. The purpose of this study is to support the government in implementing e-Government-based government systems, by developing Good Local Governance. The specific target of innovation to be achieved is the development of innovation in the form of a web-based Citizen Information System (SiWarga) application at the RT / RW level. The method used in this study uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC Waterfall) method, starting from the first is analyzing the needs by conducting a survey and the feasibility of developing the system, second is to make a detailed list according to system requirements specifications, third is to design the system by creating workflow designs and programming design, the fourth is the development of information systems with coding, the fifth is system testing, the sixth is the implementation and maintenance of the system

Abstract

The current technological developments so rapidly with speed and supported the ease of internet services. The Internet has also become one of the main needs of everyday human life activities. Internet advertising media innovation is one of the key media promotion in following the development of technology. Web-based portal advertising hotspot media for internet connection services is the most widely used today, as almost all agencies, offices, hotels, restaurants, schools / internet service providers (ISPs) use this technology. Hotspot network management techniques on mikrotik router captive portal can be used as a web-based promotion media and can be used as a centralized and dynamic media settings. Advertising media can be determined by location by combining 2 methods ie eoip and bridge for lan network while eoip, vpn and bridge on wan network. The results of this research has been working optimally and implemented in the network lan STIE Perbanas Surabaya while for wan network has been tested using the internet network in several locations civitas house.

Abstract

The object of this research is MSME SOMANO which is one of the MSMEs located in Medokan Ayu, Rungkut District. SOMANO SMEs are engaged in food and beverages made from Pedada fruit (Sonneratia Caseolaris). This study aims to find out how the recording system is carried out by SOMANO SMEs and prepare financial reports using the Microsoft Excel for Accounting (EFA) application. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach using primary and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the understanding of SOMANO SMEs regarding SAK-EMKM is still low, and in recording it is assisted by the Trade Office. The design and construction of the preparation of financial statements using Microsoft Excel for Accounting (EFA) was made according to the needs of SOMANO SMEs, this can help and provide positive results for their business, with the preparation of financial statements based on SAK EMKM can be used as a guide in preparing financial statements with using Microsoft Excel for Accounting (EFA).

Abstract

Perumahan Gunung Anyar Emas adalah sebuah wilayah di Kelurahan Gunung Anyar Tambak kecamatan Gunung Anyar yang berdekatan dengan jalan tembusan Merr IIC. Karena pesatnya kebutuhan warga akan layanan kesehatan, Posyandu Sakinah yang dikelola oleh 10 kader Posyandu diririkan kurang lebih 14 tahun yang lalu, telah melaksanakan berbagai kegiatan, mulai dari penimbangan, mencatatan KMS, Penyuluhan sampai dengan pemberian makanan tambahan (PMT) yang dilaksanakan setiap hari rabu minggu ke 2 dan rabu minggu ke 4. Jumlah kader yang hadir rata-rata setiap bulannya sebanyak 8 (delapan) orang dan dibantu petugas kesehatan dari puskesmas sebanyak 2 (dua) orang. Pada 2018, atas semangat dan arahan dari program pengabdian masyarakat dari STIE Perbanas Surabaya juga, Posyandu Sakinah  menjadi Juara 1, lomba  SMART AND HEARTY 2018. Meskipun  telah memperoleh peringkat 1, Posyandu Sakinah mengevaluasi diri. Dari hasil lomba itu, dinyatakan n bahwa mereka  masih ingin memperbaiki kekurangan dan meningkatkan layanannya serta keterbukaan keuangan di dalam Posyandu Sakinah. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu permasalahan tersebut dengan jalan (1) Pengelolahan manajemen dan Pencatatan data secara manual telah dilaksanakan dengan baik, dalam menyajikan laporan dan informasi database yang cepat dan akurat, kader posyandu masih merasa kurang dapat memenuhiya. (2) Pencatatan keuangan juga telah dilaksanakan, namun baru secara manual juga, sehingga kesulitan yang ada adalah apabila bendahara berhalangan hadir, maka kader yang lain tidak dapat segera menggantikanya. (3) Pengembangan Sistem informasi untuk peningkatan mutu layanan posyandu Sakinah.

Abstract

Dewasa ini penggunaan akses internet semakin tinggi baik itu sebagai kebutuhan pokok dalam menjalani dan mendukung pekerjaan setiap orang. Dengan dukungan teknologi terkini berkembang pula aplikasi, media dan cara mudah dalam mengakses jaringan internet baik itu melalui teknologi kabel maupun wireless. Salah satunya yang diminati saat ini adalah akses internet menggunakan jaringan hotspot, selain mudah dalam penggunaannya jaringan hotspot juga tidak membutuhkan banyak biaya dalam media atau perangkatnya. Sehingga pada saat ini sistem hotspot banyak digunakan oleh semua kalangan seperti ISP, perkatoran, sekolah, perguruan tinggi, hotel dan cafe. Media Hotspot memberikan metode keamanan melalui authentifikasi user melalui Captive Portal. Dalam Impementasi hotspot pada kampus STIE Perbanas Surabaya menggunakan Mikrotik Router sebagai captive portal dan user manajemen, sedangkan untuk wireless access point media yang digunakan untuk memancarkan wireless menggunakan controller accees point unifi. Hasil penelitian dapat bekerja dengan optimal pada manajemen tatakelola captive portal hotspot mikrotik yang mampu meningkatkan keamanan akses jaringan pada STIE Perbanas Surabaya. Sehingga mempermudah admin jaringan dalam memantau aktivitas user wifi yang sedang menggunakan jaringan hotspot. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem captive portal mikrotik hotspot dan unifi controller ini dapat diterapkan pada sistem hotspot STIE Perbanas Surabaya. Abstract

Sistem informasi Organisasi Mahasiswa (Ormawa) Universitas Hayam Wuruk (UHW) Perbanas Surabaya yang menggunakan google drive sudah tidak efektif dan tidak efisien dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan kemahasiswaan. Kondisi pandemi juga tidak memungkinkan Ormawa untuk menggunakan sistem berbasis cloud sehingga diperlukan sistem yang bersifat online dan terintegrasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi Ormawa berbasis web dengan jaringan online dengan nama Ormawasite. Fokus pengembangannya adalah pada pengelolaan sejumlah dokumen aktivitas dan keuangan ormawa. Metode pengembangan Ormawasite menggunakan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model waterfall. Tahapan-tahapan pada model waterfall meliputi analisis kebutuhan melalui kelompok diskusi fokus, rancangan sistem, coding, implementasi sekaligus uji coba sistem dengan metode black box dan evaluasi penggunaan Ormawasite menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah HTML 5, PHP 7.0.18, dan terintegrasi dengan Sistem Informasi Mahasiswa (Simas) serta bagian kemahasiswaan. Ormawasite telah membantu pelaksanaan program kerja Ormawa dan pengelolaan keuangan. Pengelolaan aktivitas dan keuangan yang sebelumnya selama tujuh hari menjadi satu hari dan aksesnya lebih fleksibel, dengan demikian penggunaan Ormawasite menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien

Abstract

Griya Pesona Asri (GPA) is a residence which located in the northern part of Surabaya City. The specific location is in Medokan Ayu, Rungkut District. Since 2019, this residence has been used SiWarga electronic application to improve citizen administration. In the beginning 2020, the leader of RT 04 RW 10, designed an electronic citizen financial system as the development of SiWarga GPA that has been successfully used for data collection of local residents. Some of partner problems are financial management transparently; non-cash payment system to facilitate citizen’s fee transactions; reduce citizens risk overdue arrears. In relation with these partner problems, some activities that have been carried out begins with discussion housing residents and management, followed by the management and development of non-cash payment system features until socialization the operating system. A number of RT managers have mastered to use several, they have been quite proficient and enthusiastic. The residents have been able to monitor a number of arrears in payment. Administrators of RT no longer need to collect money. The administrators have also been able to know the total expenditure and income so that it can be used for the cash budgeting.DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/abdimas.v5i2.4347

Abstract

Medokan Ayu Mangrove Botanical Garden is managed by the Medokan Ayu Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis). Pokdarwis has 54 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The management of the Pokdarwis organization and the Medokan Ayu Mangrove Gardens is still in manual way. Pokdarwis management `s views they need information systems and technology to overcome them. This condition was increasingly needed when the Medokan Ayu Pokdarwis had to temporarily close the Medokan Ayu Mangrove Botanical Gardens due to restrictions on community activities to stop the spread of Covid-19. Perbanas Hayam Wuruk University (UHW) partnership team provides a solution by presenting the Pokdarwis website with an online network. The website is socialized on how to operate, equipped with features that are integrated with MSMEs. The results of the socialization based on the evaluation provided benefits for a number of participants, so the PKM team was still providing assistance for the operation of the website. Pokdarwis Medokan Ayu also hopes that the socialization will continue in the future.

Abstract

The object of this research is PT Raksaka Teknologi Indonesia, a company engaged in the IT sector, having its address at Jalan girlfriend No. 2A, Ketabang, Jl. Gayungsari Timur No.16 (MGI-2) Genteeng District, Surabaya. The purpose of this study was to determine the existing transaction recording system at PT Raksaka Teknologi Indonesia and to design the preparation of the financial statements of PT Raksaka Teknologi Indonesia using Microsoft Excel for Accounting. The research design used is a system design method with research data sources using primary data. At PT Raksaka Teknologi Indonesia, it is in recording transactions using Microsoft Excel which only has a general journal input worksheet. So that the design of the preparation of financial statements using Excel for Accounting (EFA) is the right solution in the constraints faced by the company. It is expected that PT Raksaka Teknologi Indonesia can implement accounting applications designed for business activities in businesses. Excel for accounting (EFA) which is designed as simple as possible and can be understood by employees of PT Raksaka Teknologi Indonesia.
