Abstract

In 2020, around February, the spread of the corona virus disease occurred throughout the world, causing changes in the economic, educational and health sectors. Likewise, in our country, Indonesia, learning has been disrupted by the presence of the corona virus disease, where previously learning was carried out in classrooms, but to prevent the spread of this virus from becoming widespread, learning was not carried out in schools but in individual homes. In order for learning to take place effectively even if you do not meet face to face, learning is carried out online. The results of this research show that using ICT learning is useful in supporting the learning process. By using ICT, teachers can do homework, mid-semester exams, final semester exams and can give grades to students without disturbing them and not being late in the class promotion process. As a result of using ICT, the learning process runs smoothly and effectively, providing motivation and making the learning process easier in getting broader information about learning at UKI. The purpose of this study is to facilitate learning during the COVID-19 period. We know that during the COVID-19 period all learning was carried out at home using daring learning. The study was conducted at the Christian University of Indonesia with a sample of 58 students who were randomly selected. And using the experimental method with a 2 x 2 factorial design.The findings of this study are to make students more active in learning. The results showed that learning through E-Learning can improve learning and competency-based curriculum especially UKI during the COVID-19 period

Abstract

To improve achievement in the academic world, it must be centered on training programs. All lecturers must take part in training from the inclusive education service or certified institutions for students who are classified as having special needs. The curriculum is adjusted according to their specificities or the symptoms of students with special needs. learning facilities and infr astructure must also be provided that support the absorption of the learning. Purpose of this research. Researchers hope that everyone can be inspired or take the initiative to help children with special needs so that this program can be implemented. Abstract

UKI carries out community service as an implementation of knowledge to help society. The horror of Sihotang which experienced a disaster. Community service activities in the form of counseling motivate students to have goals and study seriously to achieve their goals. Apart from that, Community service is carried out in the form of training for teachers which aims to improve pedagogical competence, personal competence, social competence and professional competence in order to produce graduates who will become the next generation with their character. There were 204 students who took part in counseling and 65 teachers who took part in training. Community service activities were carried out in collaboration with UKI and the Samosir Regency Education, Youth and Sports Department. The results of community service provide enthusiasm, happiness and increase teacher competence.

Abstract

The spread of hoakses in Indonesia continues to rise, as recorded by the Ministry of Communication and Informatics (Kominfo), with more than 770 hoakses identified between August 2018 and February 2019. This phenomenon indicates that hoakses pose a serious threat, requiring continuous education and intervention efforts. Therefore, this Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance students' digital literacy in recognizing, identifying, and countering fake news on social media.  The workshop was conducted at SMKN 1 Klaten, involving 120 twelfth-grade students from the multimedia department. The method used in this program was an interactive workshop that included education on hoakses, practical exercises in identifying false information, and discussions on the social impact of hoaks dissemination.  Through this activity, students were equipped with the skills to become critical and responsible consumers of information in the digital era. The training, which lasted for five class hours, successfully engaged students, as evidenced by the numerous questions that arose throughout the session. It is hoped that this initiative will contribute to creating a safer digital environment and support government efforts to improve digital literacy among the younger generation.

Abstract

The Indonesian government continues to update the Merdeka Curriculum to create an education system that is responsive and relevant to the demands of the times, including by adopting a deep learning approach supported by artificial intelligence (AI). However, this implementation faces challenges such as limited infrastructure, teacher competency, and unequal access to technology in remote areas. This study aims to explore how artificial intelligence and online learning can improve the quality of education in the digital age. It employs a literature review approach to gather information from various relevant, comprehensive, and up-to-date sources, and analyzes the data using descriptive methods. The findings of this study reveal that artificial intelligence can personalize learning experiences based on each student's needs, such as adapting content and teaching techniques, identifying difficult areas, and providing relevant supplementary materials. The study also highlights various challenges and obstacles in implementing AI, including technological infrastructure readiness, teachers' understanding, as well as cultural, religious, ethical, and data privacy concerns, along with its impact on teachers and the curriculum. In conclusion, artificial intelligence (AI) and deep learning can enhance the effectiveness of learning in the digital era through adaptive personalization and interactivity. However, their success depends on proper curriculum integration, teacher training, data protection, and equitable infrastructure development to address technological, ethical, and access-related challenges comprehensively. With proper integration, AI has the potential to create a more efficient, effective, and individualized learning environment.

Abstract

Reflecting on the implementation of physical distancing in Greater Jakarta since March 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Indonesia's economy grew 2.97% lower than the target of 4.4%. On the same occasion, he said that state budget revenue for the first quarter of 2020 still recorded growth of 7.7 percent or 16.8 percent. Meanwhile, absorption of state spending grew slightly by 0.1 percent to 17.8 percent in the first quarter of 2020. (Hanoatubun, 2020) During the COVID-19 pandemic, more than 1.5 million workers were laid off and laid off. This study aims to measure the resilience of women who have been laid off by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in carrying out their roles in the family. The method in this study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach with purposive sampling. The results of this study found that the research subjects were able to overcome the pressure that occurred by being patient, enthusiastic, optimistic about the efforts made, and able to be grateful for the existing conditions. They can recover well and remain productive in carrying out their daily activities. Positive support from the closest people also plays a role in building the resilience of each subject.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak telah menciptakan kemajuan signifikan dalam berbagai sektor kehidupan manusia, dengan kecerdasan buatan (AI) dan Blockchain menjadi dua bidang yang sangat menonjol. Perangkat keras, dari prosesor mikro hingga komputasi kuantum, telah mengalami inovasi yang memungkinkan pemrosesan data yang lebih cepat dan efisien, mendukung perkembangan AI dan Blockchain. Di sisi lain, perangkat lunak telah berkembang pesat dengan munculnya framework canggih seperti TensorFlow dan PyTorch, yang mempercepat aplikasi AI dalam berbagai bidang. Teknologi Blockchain juga semakin berkembang dengan aplikasi desentralisasi yang menawarkan solusi untuk transaksi yang lebih aman dan transparan. Namun, seiring dengan kemajuan ini, muncul sejumlah tantangan. Keamanan, baik dalam perangkat keras maupun perangkat lunak, menjadi perhatian utama, terutama dengan ancaman dari serangan siber dan potensi kerentanannya terhadap komputasi kuantum. Masalah standar dan interoperabilitas antar sistem juga menjadi hambatan besar bagi penerapan teknologi yang lebih luas, sementara isu etika, seperti bias dalam algoritma AI dan perlindungan data pribadi, memerlukan perhatian serius. Selain itu, dampak sosial dan ekonomi dari otomatisasi yang didorong oleh AI, serta tantangan dalam regulasi Blockchain, menjadi masalah yang perlu diselesaikan. Meskipun demikian, masa depan teknologi ini menjanjikan inovasi lebih lanjut dengan penerapan AI dan Blockchain yang lebih luas di berbagai sektor, termasuk kesehatan, pendidikan, dan keuangan. Quantum Computing berpotensi meningkatkan kemampuan AI dan Blockchain lebih jauh lagi, meskipun masalah terkait dengan privasi, keamanan, dan regulasi harus ditangani dengan bijaksana. Untuk itu, kolaborasi antara pemerintah, sektor industri, dan masyarakat sangat diperlukan guna mengoptimalkan manfaat teknologi sambil mengurangi dampaknya terhadap ketimpangan sosial dan lingkungan.

Abstract

AbstrakStrategi pemasaran amat penting guna meningkatkan minat calon peserta didik untuk mendapatkan jumlah siswa yang sesuai arget yang ingin dicapai. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan a) Untuk mencari tahu beberapa strategi yang tepat untuk digunakan dalam pemasaran sehingga dapat mempromosikan sekolah dan meningkatkan minat siswa. b) Untuk mengetahui Strategi Pemasaran yang diterapkan pada saat Penerimaan siswa baru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Di dalam Penelitian deskriptif tidak memanipulasi atau mengubah variable penelitian, tetapi menggambarkan suatu situasi dan kondisi apa adanya. Yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan observasi, Wawancara, dan dokumentasi.. Hasil penelitian ini adalah a) Proses perencanaan yang dilakukan oleh SD Santo Bellarminus Bekasi mulai dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu mengadakan rapat bersama ketua Yayasan, kepala humas, kepala sekolah serta guru di SD Santo Bellarminus Bekasi untuk membentuk panitia pelaksana promosi. Kemudian, panitia yang dibentuk ini merencanakan beberapa hal yaitu menentukan waktu Pelaksanaan, target pasar, pembuatan spanduk dan brosur serta website yang digunakan sebagai sarana promosi serta panitia yang mempunyai tugas mempromosikan sekolah kepada masyarakat luas b) Pelaksanaan promosi yang dijalankan oleh SD Santo Bellarminus Bekasi setelah panitia dibentuk, semua yang bertugas harus segera bergeraktermasuk di dalamnya ketua Yayasan, kepala sekolah, maupun semua guru berserta siswa untuk ikut serta mempromosikan sekolah. Sepanjang ini berdasarkan hasil dari data yang dikumpulkan, target yang dicapai oelh SD Santo bellarminus masih belum maksimal dan belum mencapai target karena jika dilihat dari jumlah pendaftar di SD Santo Bellarminus belum meningkat secara signifikan.

Abstract

Effective teacher-student interactions are pivotal in fostering an engaging and motivating learning environment. Despite recognizing their importance, educators often seek evidence-based strategies to enhance student participation and motivation consistently. This study identifies and evaluates various teacher-student interaction models to determine their effectiveness in increasing student participation and motivation within diverse educational settings. Employing a quantitative methods approach, the research involved 150 teachers and 1,200 students across multiple secondary schools in East Jakarta Indonesia. Quantitative data were collected through structured surveys measuring student engagement and motivation levels, while qualitative insights were garnered from semi-structured interviews and classroom observations. Statistical analyses, including ANOVA and regression models, were utilized to assess the impact of different interaction strategies. Thematic analysis was conducted on qualitative data to identify recurring patterns and contextual factors influencing outcomes. The findings indicate that interaction models emphasizing collaborative learning and personalized feedback significantly enhance student participation and motivation. Specifically, strategies such as the Socratic Method and Flipped Classroom demonstrated a 25% and 30% increase in student engagement metrics, respectively. Additionally, the integration of technology-mediated interactions was found to foster higher levels of student motivation compared to traditional instructional methods. Qualitative data revealed that teachers' interactive and student-centered approaches made students feel more valued and empowered.

Abstract

Teknologi radio merupakan salah satu tonggak utama dalam evolusi komunikasi nirkabel. Sejak penemuan gelombang elektromagnetik hingga penerapan radio sebagai media massa, teknologi ini mengalami serangkaian perkembangan yang berdampak luas — tidak hanya dalam konteks penyiaran dan komunikasi publik, tetapi juga dalam efisiensi kerja organisasi, termasuk kantor. Jurnal ini menelusuri perkembangan teknologi radio dari masa ke masa, kemudian mengeksplorasi bagaimana adopsinya (secara historis dan konseptual) dapat mempengaruhi efisiensi kerja di lingkungan kantor. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun radio bukan teknologi kantor yang dominan saat ini, prinsip-prinsip seperti komunikasi cepat, mobilitas, dan penyampaian informasi tanpa kabel yang diperkenalkan oleh teknologi radio menyediakan dasar bagi efektivitas kerja modern — tetapi adaptasi dan integrasi teknologi komunikasi‐informasi yang lebih mutakhir diperlukan untuk hasil yang optimal.
