Abstract

Implementation of the Maternity Assurance Policy (Jampersal) should be supported by the readiness of the Health Office; in Deli Serdang District it was found that there was also one Puskesmas that had computers connected to the internet, health equipment that had not been optimal in supporting midwifery services and inadequate laboratory equipment. This study aims to analyze the readiness of the Deli Serdang District Health Office in the Implementation of Jampersal Policy. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with 5 informants. Data collection is done by observation and in-depth interviews. From the results of the study concluded that the socialization of Jampersal program policies is still lacking. The readiness of the health office in organizing Jampersal from both the number and competence of staff and equipment / consumables is still inadequate, which causes many cases to be referred to hospitals which the health center should still be able to handle. Coordination built by the Health Office, BPJS and puskesmas is also lacking, as can be seen from the misunderstanding of Jampersal participants about participation and the existence of reference cases that cannot be claimed. Deli Serdang district government commitment supports the implementation of a strong Jampersal program, but coordination between local governments and DPRD is still very minimal. It is expected that Deli Serdang District Health Office will improve Jampersal socialization in collaboration with cross-programs / sectors, involve community leaders and accompanied by distributing leaflets, brochures / leaflets, providing training and redistribution to be evenly distributed, immediately fixing equipment, conducting strict supervision of puskesmas regarding the system referral is accompanied by sanctions for those who violate, coordinate with BPJS and puskesmas to improve BPJS membership, improve coordination with the DPR The success of universal coverage in 2019 can be achieved

Abstract

Excellent service at public health Dolok Masihul is not as expected due to the partent family’s dissatisfaction about the doctor’s attitude in responding to the patient’s complaint, the attention of the doctor and the nurse when the patient complains about the illness staffered is still lacking, the action is less rapid in doing the treatment to the patient, The accountability for completing tasks is not timely and no good communication exists between doctor, nurse and patient. Excellent service in review of six dimensions that are Attitude, appearance, attention, action, accountability, and abilitity. This study aimedto determine the relationship between excellent service with outpatient satisfaction in publich health center dolok masihul. The research type was quantitative, with cross sectional method, 96 samples were taken with purposive sampling technique, The statistical test used clu-squera (a=0,05) with the following test result : attitude (P=0,003) < a ( 0.05), appearance (P=0.000< a (0.05), attention (P=0.012) < a (0.05), action (P=0.026) < a (0.05), accountability (P=0.009) < a (0.05), ability (P=0.0037) < a ( 0.05), on outpatient unit of public health Dolok masihul. The conclusion of this research is the satisfaction of outpatient patient at Dolok masihul Puskesmas will increase if attitude, appearance, attention, actin, responsibility and ability are improved. Efforts should be made to improve the attitude of friendliness, mastery of therapeutic communication, customer service, improve the discipline of all employees including doctors.

Abstract

Diarrheal disease frequency of bowel movements more than 4 times with consistent dilute, can green or can be mixed with mucus and blood or mucus only. This study aims to determine The relationship between behavior of clean and healthy life and incidence of diarrhea at subvillage sidorame paya rumput subdistrict medan deli. The study design used is cross sectional by using total sampling method, a sample size of 50 people. Data were analyzed using chi square test, with α of 0.05. Research results obtained from 50 people who did not do a clean and healthy living behaviors there are 37 people (74%) had diarrhea, which perform a clean and healthy life behavior, there were 13 people (26%) did not have diarrhea. From the research there was no significant association of clean and healthy behaviors with the incidence of diarrhea who do not have the meaning of living a clean and healthy behaviors have a great chance of diarrhea than those who do a clean and healthy living behaviors. Suggested to the health authority health centers medan deli to take preventive action against the possible occurrence of diarrhea to reduce mortality and morbidity in diarrhea.

Abstract

The problems that is examined in this study are factors related to household waste management. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with household waste management. The type of research was analytical research with cross sectional design. The independent variable were income, knowledge, availability of facilities and infrastructure, and socialization. The total population in this study was 4.216 inhabitants. Samples taken as many as 98 people. The sampling technique used stratified random sampling. Data analysis used Chi-square test with a = 0.05. From the results of the study, it is found that the respondents income about household waste management earning <DMW (Rp3,003,922) was 56.1%, bad knowledge was 60.2%, availability of facilities and infrastructure was not available by 56.1%, good socialization by 51 0%. Statistical test results showed that income and household waste management p = 0.009, the level of knowledge and household waste management p = 0.034, the availability of facilities and infrastructure and household waste management p = 0.034, socialization and management household waste obtained p = 0.556. The conclusion of this study that there was relationship between income, knowledge, availability of facilities and infrastructure with household waste management, while socialization has no relationship with household waste management. Suggestions are recommended for people who live in the village to increase knowledge about good household waste management.

Abstract

The physical and motor development of a child is influenced by many factors, one of which is the labor process. The labor process can be divided into two parts: natural delivery and caesarean section. During spontaneous labor, babies actively experience the labor reflex, but babies born by cesarean section do not experience the labor reflex. Early development of the adult infant brain is influenced by reflex mechanisms, including primitive intrauterine reflexes, birth reflexes, primitive postnatal reflexes, and natural reflexes. Indigenous reflexes, on average, were masked by functional exercise at 6 months of age. Persistent primitive reflexes indicate a developmental disorder. Motor development controls the development of body movements by coordinating the activities of the central nervous system, peripheral nerves, and muscles. This control of movement is due to the development of reflexes that begin in the womb. The development of athletic achievement can be divided into two types. In other words, thorough motor skills and fine motor skills. Overall movement is an aspect of motor (movement) and postural (positional) development, and fine motor skills include mature motor function, good neuromuscular coordination, accurate visual function, and non-verbal intellectual skills.

Abstract

Excellent service is a new strategy in an effort to increase patient satisfaction in puskesmas services. Along with the demands of the community for the quality of services at the Puskesmas, it is necessary to have good knowledge and understanding of everyone who works at the Puskesmas so that the implementation of excellent service policies in increasing outpatient satisfaction is carried out through socialization efforts. It is hoped that with the socialization there will be cohesiveness of all officers in outpatient services in implementing the policy.

Abstract

Nutritional problems in children under five are a fairly large problem and must receive priority treatment. Nutritional problems that often occur are undernutrition and malnutrition. With this problem, it will hamper the increase in human resources where this situation results in growth and development failure and increases mortality and morbidity rates. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of giving tempeh biscuits to increase in body weight and height in toddlers at UPT Puskesmas Deli Tua. The research design used was a quasi-experimental approach with a one group pre-post test approach. The population in this study were all children under five who were in the working area of the UPT Puskesmas Deli Tua with a total sample of 96 people. Data were analyzed using Paired t-test. The results showed that the average height before the intervention was 104.31cm and after the intervention was 105.05 cm for the average height before the intervention was 17.25kg and after the intervention was 17.64 kg. Based on the results of bivariate analysis, it was found that there was an effect of giving biscuits to changes in height with a p-value of 0.01 and weight in toddlers with a p-value of 0.0001. It is hoped that health workers will provide counseling to increase the growth of toddlers to prevent undernutrition status.

Abstract

Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) diselenggarakan untuk mewujudkan produktivitas kerja secara optimal yang meliputi pelayanan kesehatan dan pencegahan penyakit akibat kerja. Pada dasarnya keselamatan menunjukkan suatu bentuk praktik yang mengacu pada kemampuan kita untuk menghilangkan atau mengurangi kemungkinan terjadinya peristiwa berbahaya, yang dapat mengganggu fungsi fisik, mental dan organisasi kita. Berbagai kebijakan yang dikeluarkan seperti memberlakukan Protokol Kesehatan. Beberapa kajian terhadap budaya keselamatan yang melakukan penelitian mengenai penilaian budaya keselamatan dengan metode SCART (Safety culture Assesment Review Team), dengan Menggunakan metode SCART (Safety culture I-8 Assesment Review Team) untuk mengetahui tingkat budaya keselamatan dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan budaya keselamatan secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui Evaluasi Budaya Penerapan K3 dengan Kesiapan Pencegahan Covid-19. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik dengan pendekatan crossectional. Penelitian dilaksanakan Puskesmas Deli Tua. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien yang berkunjung ke puskesmas Delitua, sampel yang digunakan dengan sampel minimal sebanyak 96 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam waktu 1 tahun terhadap 96 orang responden. Analisis dapat dilakukan  secara univariat, bivariat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan nilai keselamatan, kepemimpinan dalam keselamatan, akuntabilitas keselamatan, keselamatan terintegrasi dan keselamatan sebagai penggerak dengan kepuasan pasien. Diharapkan kepada tenaga kesehatan untuk tetap melaksanakan budaya keselamatan kerja dalam meningkatkan status kesehatan pasien

Abstract

Menurut World Health Organization (WHO) remaja adalah orang yang berusia 10-19 tahun. rata-rata 16,8%-81% wanita di seluruh dunia menderita nyeri haid. Sebanyak 15% remaja putri di Amerika Serikat mengalami nyeri haid yang parah (Sulistyorinin, 2017). Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Pelvic Rocking Terhadap Penurunan Nyeri Haid Pada Remaja Putri Di SMPN 1 Namorambe Tahun 2023”. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperimen dengan metode one group pretest-posttest design, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelvic rocking terhadap penurunan nyeri haid pada remaja putri di SMPN 1 Namorambe. Desain ini tidak menggunakan kelompok pembanding. Penelitian ini dilakukan hanya pada satu kelompok eksperimen, dimana nyeri haid diukur sebelum dan sesudah goyang panggul. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil pengukuran nyeri haid pertama (pretest) dengan perubahan yang terjadi setelah (posttest) percobaan (Setiadi, 2007). Berdasarkan penelitian didapatkan hasil uji pengaruh signifikan pelvic rocking terhadap penurunan nyeri haid pada remaja putri SMPN 1 Namorambe tahun 2023. Berdasarkan sebaran data skala nyeri sebelum dilakukan pelvic rocking, mayoritas merasakan nyeri 4-6 25 responden dan sebagian kecil merasakan nyeri 7 -10 11 responden. Sedangkan sebaran data skala nyeri setelah dilakukan goyang panggul mayoritas merasakan nyeri 1-3 sebanyak 19 responden dan minoritas merasakan nyeri 4-6 sebanyak 17 responden. Ada pengaruh pelvic rocking terhadap penurunan nyeri haid pada remaja putri SMPN 1 Namorambe tahun 2023 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 menggunakan uji parametrik yaitu uji wilcoxon.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana realisasi hak dan kewajiban rumah sakit serta pasien dalam pelayanan kesehatan, berdasarkan UU Nomor 44 Tahun 2009, serta bagaimana efektifitas dan perlindungan hukum dalam pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit umum terhadap peserta BPJS kesehatan studi rumah sakit umum sembiring deli tua. Hasil penelitian yaitu Hak dan kewajiban rumah sakit serta pasien, termasuk peserta BPJS Kesehatan, telah diatur secara jelas dalam berbagai peraturan dan Undang-Undang di Indonesia. Pasien umum dan peserta BPJS memiliki hak yang sama dalam mendapatkan akses dan pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu dan aman. Namun, peserta BPJS memiliki kewajiban membayar iuran dan harus mengikuti sistem rujukan yang ditetapkan. Rumah Sakit Umum Sembiring Deli Tua beroperasi sesuai dengan berbagai peraturan dan Undang-Undang, termasuk sistem rujukan pelayanan kesehatan. Selama periode Juli, RSU Sembiring berhasil melayani 8318 pasien BPJS. Meskipun demikian, tantangan dan hambatan di lapangan tetap ada dan memerlukan perhatian dari pembuat kebijakan. RSU Sembiring secara umum berhasil dalam melayani peserta BPJS Kesehatan dengan efektif dan mematuhi hukum. RSU Sembiring merupakan contoh bagaimana fasilitas kesehatan harus terus beradaptasi dan bekerja sama dengan BPJS dan pemerintah untuk mencari solusi terhadap tantangan yang ada, demi memastikan pelayanan kesehatan yang efektif dan perlindungan hukum bagi peserta BPJS.
