Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the proxied factors to describe the condition of women's financial literacy in terms of understanding financial management. The number of respondents was 56 people. This study uses canonical correlation analysis techniques. The results of the study reveal that from the three testing models, the third model shows a positive relationship between the independent variables, namely Financial Budget, Family Financial Reporting and Tabungan Behavior with the dependent variable, namely Financial Skills and Financial Behavior.

Abstract

The service was carried out in Dusun 20, Klambir Lima Kebun Village, as the object of implementation, namely housewives. This service carries the processed banana heart (banana flower) into shredded with various flavors. Banana plants are very easy to find around us, even the results of this plant in the form of bananas are one of the foods that are in demand. In addition to bananas, banana plants also produce banana leaves and flowers as agricultural commodities that are worth selling. However, discarding bananas or banana hearts can be processed into very delicious, nutritious and even selling food, one of which is shredded banana heart. This preparation is the main topic of community service activities in 20 hamlets of Klambir Lima Kebun village. The service method used is socialization, training and mentoring. The results of this activity can add insight to housewives about the existence of alternatives to processed banana flowers/hearts that are worth selling.

Abstract

Family financial management is the basis of family financial health, starting with planning to consistent implementation as well as evaluation and feedback. This service activity is a series of service and research activities carried out by the implementing team in hamlet 20. Previously the team had conducted research related to community financial literacy, especially women or housewives in hamlet 20, Klambir Lima Kebun village. Then it was continued by carrying out community service activities in the form of a training workshop on making shredded vegetables made from vegetables, namely shredded banana and papaya fruit. From the series of three activities, it is hoped that women or housewives will have a direction towards financial independence. The team then carried out further service activities, namely socializing the use of the budget and managing family finances. This activity is in accordance with the objectives conveyed by the OJK for a prosperous family, the financial planning book reference from the OJK is used in this activity. The result of this activity is that housewives still find it difficult to start implementing the science that the team conveys, because it is a smelly thing and really needs desire and consistency. However, the housewives in Dusun 20 welcomed our presentation when we explained the advantages of having a good financial plan to achieve a more prosperous family. The problem of family welfare lies not only in the amount of sufficient income but also in healthy financial management

Abstract

Peineilitian ini beirtuijuian uintuik manganalisis peingaruih reituirn on asseit, reituirn on eiquiity dan neit inteireist margin teirhadap harga saham Bank Uimuim yang teirdaftar di BEiI. Sampeil yang diguinakan dalam peineilitian ini seibanyak 21 peiruisahaan. Peiriodei peingamatan yang diguinakan dalam peineilitian ini adalah 4 tahuin seihingga juimlah obseirvasi dalam peineilitian ini adalah 84 uinit sampeil obseirvasi. Data yang dipeiroleih dianalisis deingan meingguinakan formuila statistik, yakni deingan meingguinakan analisis data paneil yang peingeilolahannya dilakuikan deingan program eivieiws. Hasil analisa parsial meinuinjuikkan bahwa reituirn on asseit beirpeingaruih positif dan signifikan teirhadap harga saham peiruisahaan. Reituirn on eiquiity tidak beirpeingaruih signifikan teirhadap harga saham peiruisahaan. Neit inteirseit margin beirpeingaruih positif dan signifikan teirhadap harga saham peiruisahaan. Reituirn on asseit, reituirn on eiquiity dan neit inteireist margin beirpeingaruih seicara simuiltan teirhadap harga saham.
