Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2019 di Nagari Panampuang Kecamatan IV Angkek Kabupaten Agam Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menelusuri saluran pemasaran belut, menganalisis margin pemasaran, biaya pemasaran, keuntungan pemasaran, dan efisiensi pemasaran belut (Monopterus albus) di Nagari Panampuang Kecamatan IV Angkek Kabupaten Agam Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan margin pemasaran Belut (Monopterus albus) di Nagari Panampuang Kecamatan IV Angkek Kabupaten Agam Provinsi Sumatera Barat Margin pemasaran belut dari Aceh ke konsumen Baso sebesar Rp.30.000, konsumen Bukittinggi sebesar Rp.32.000, konsumen Payakumbuh sebesar Rp.35.000, konsumen Batusangkar sebesar Rp.40.000, konsumen Padang sebesar Rp.45.000. Biaya pemasaran belut Aceh yaitu sebesar Rp 5.818,-/kg dan kentungan pemasaran belut Aceh sebesar Rp 4.181,-/kg belut. Margin pemasaran belut dari Palembang ke konsumen Baso sebesar Rp.33.000, ke konsumen Bukittinggi sebesar Rp.35.000, konsumen Payakumbuh sebesar Rp.38.000, konsumen Batusangkar sebesar Rp. 43.000, konsumen Padang sebesar Rp 48.000. Biaya pemasaran belut palembang yaitu sebesar Rp.5.256,-/kg dan keuntungan pemasaran belut Palembang sebesar Rp.7.744,-/kg belut. Pemasaran belut dari Aceh ke daerah konsumen Baso, Bukittinggi, dan Payakumbuh dikategorikan efisien, sedangkan pemasaran ke daerah konsumen Padang Kota dan Batusangkar dikategorikan tidak efisien. Pemasaran belut dari Palembang ke daerah konsumen Baso dan Bukittinggi dikategorikan efisien, sedangkan pemasaran ke daerah konsumen Padang kota, Payakumbuh dan Batusangkar tidak efisien.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the socio-economic impact of mangrove ecotourism area in Teluk Pambang Village. This research was carried out for one month starting from mid-January – February 2023 and was located in the mangrove ecosystem area, Teluk Pamban Village, Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency, The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. This survey data collection method uses direct interviews with communities who live and work around the mangrove ecosystem area around Teluk Pambang Village. Descriptive analysis was conducted to describe the socio-economic activities of the surrounding community and to explain the condition of mangrove forests in Bengkalis, Riau Province, secondary data obtained. The recommendations raised on the basis of this research are between ecotourism managers and the community to achieve common goals, namely efforts to improve the economy, protect mangrove forests better and form tourism institutions, meaning that cooperation is needed. Another important recommendation is that the government needs to play a role in ensuring the safety and security of tourists inside and outside the region. Key words:Ecotourism, mangroves, socio-economic, Teluk Pambang

Abstract

Desa Kuok adalah desa yang berada di Kecamatan Kuok, Kabupaten Kampar, Provinsi Riau. Desa Kuok memiliki julukan sebagai "desa wisata" karena desa ini memiliki keunikan tersendiri yang dapat menarik banyak orang untuk berkunjung. Julukan desa wisata juga dikarenakan banyaknya atraksi-atraksi budaya di daerah tersebut yang masih dipertahankan oleh penduduknya hingga saat ini. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk menjadikan Desa Kuok sebagai desa yang memiliki destinasi wisata budaya yang lebih dikenal dan disukai oleh banyak orang. Kegiatan pengabdian ini didukung dengan kontribusi Pokdarwis terhadap pengembangan wisata budaya dengan memperkenalkan atraksi-atraksi budaya kepada generasi muda. Kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Pokdarwis untuk menjaga kelestarian budaya adalah melalui pertunjukan budaya atau sering disebut sebagai festival. Pokdarwis juga berperan dalam pengembangan masyarakat dan pelestarian budaya untuk menjadikan Desa Kuok destinasi yang lebih diminati oleh banyak orang. Hal ini didukung oleh kekayaan alam dan keindahan Desa Kuok, serta adanya destinasi agrowisata. Dari pengabdian ini diharapkan masyarakat dapat berkolaborasi dengan Pokdarwis untuk menjadikan Desa Kuok sebagai destinasi wisata yang lebih berkembang serta membantu meningkatkan kreatifitas dan perekonomian masyarakat.

Abstract

The success of the fishing business is determined by several factors, including the fishing ground, the fishing fleet (fishing boat), the skills of the fishermen (skill), and the fishing gear itself. In this case, fishing gear is the basic construction material that determines the purpose and efficiency of new fishing results advancing toward specifications. This study analyses the investment, production, income, and business feasibility of gill net fishing gear in Pekan Tua Village, Kempas District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province. The research method used is the survey method. The type of data collected includes primary data and secondary data. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Total investment of IDR0,931,500 with fixed capital of IDR 40,750,000 and working capital of IDR 181,5000. 2) The average catch of gill net fishermen in Pekan Tua Village in a year in the peak season is 1,413.7 kg /year, in the medium season in a year 1416.9 kg/year, and in the lean season in a year 473.80 kg year. The total catch of fishermen per year is 3,116.36 kg /year. The average net income fishermen earn based on the peak season is IDR 31,796,127, and the medium season IDR 32,650,170. The lean season IDR 5,004,336 3) Revenue Cost of Ratio (RCR) obtained a value of 2.19, Financial Rate of Return (FRR) of 169.68%, and in the Payback Period of Capital (PPC) analysis obtained a result of 0,59 or 6 months. So, based on this feasibility analysis, the gill net fishing gear business in Pekan Tua Village follows existing criteria/provisions, and it can be concluded that this business is profitable and feasible to run.

Abstract

This research was conducted from November to December 2022 to analyze how much influence production factors influence the catch of trawl fishermen and know the income of fishermen who use trawl fishing gear in the Penghuluan Sungai Bakau, Sinaboi District, Rokan Hilir Regency Riau Province. The method used in this study was a survey that determined the sample using the total sampling or census method. The number of samples taken was 32 fishermen who used trawl fishing gear. The results of this study are the size of the ship and the length of time at sea affect the production of fishing trawler catch haul. In contrast, the number of crew members and experience at sea has no significant effect on fishing production with trawl fishing gear. The total net income or profit earned by fishermen is calculated for 20 trips/month, fishermen using 2 GT vessels amounting to IDR 25.496.044 and those using 3 GT vessels amounting to IDR 22.258.057 in peak season. In the middle season, fishermen's income is calculated for 20 trips/month using 2 GT vessels of IDR15.014.933 and those using 3 GT vessels of IDR12.386.628.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Bagan Hulu Village, Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency, Riau Province on November 21 - December 09, 2022, to analyze the profit-sharing system for drift gill net fishermen and compare the profit-sharing system that applies in Bagan Hulu Village with the Law No.16 of 1964 concerning profit sharing. The method used was a survey with a total sample of 32 fisherman owners; the sampling technique was simple random sampling. The results showed that the profit-sharing system for drift gill net fishermen in Bagan Hulu Village, Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency, Riau Province, uses a local profit-sharing system by sharing profits after deducting production costs with a percentage of 60% for fisherman owners and 40% for labor fishermen provided that all operational costs are shared. From a comparison of the profit-sharing system according to UUBHP, the share of income for fishermen who own drift gill nets in Bagan Hulu Village is greater than that according to UUBHP. The difference can be seen from the joint costs incurred. In the law, the shared costs incurred are consumption, while in the Bagan Hulu Village, the shared costs incurred are all operational costs.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Pangkalan Kerinci Timur Sub-district, Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province to calculate the amount of investment, revenue, profit, and the feasibility level of Asian redtail catfish farming based on financial aspects using investment analysis, revenue, profit, revenue cost of ratio (RCR), financial rate of return (FRR), and payback period of capital (PPC). The method used in this research is the survey method while the determination of respondents is done by census. Data collection was carried out by direct observation, interview, and documentation with 10 mackerel fish farmers. The results showed that the cage size of Asian Redtail Catfish farmers consisted of size of 4×2×1.8 m³, the total investment was (IDR 22,048,997.00), the revenue received was (IDR 28,437,500.00/year), the profit received was (IDR8,442,629.00/year), RCR (1.42), FRR (38.29%), PPC (2.61). Meanwhile, for cages of size 4×4×1.8 m³, the total investment is (IDR30,027,500.00), the revenue received is (IDR 47,500,000.00/year), the profit received is (IDR19,066,669.00/year), RCR (1.67), FRR (63.49%), PPC (1.57). Based on the results of the RCR calculation of more than 1, FRR is greater than the bank interest rate of 6.4%, PPC is less than the maximum time required and the economic life of the equipment used for Asian redtail catfish farming is 3 years, then the Asian redtail catfish farming business is feasible to run but the income level of Asian redtail catfish floating net cage farmers is in the low category

Abstract

This research was conducted in two Villages, Balai Gadang Village and Lubuk Minturun Village, Koto Tangah District, Padang City, West Sumatera Province with the aim of calculating the amount of investment, revenue, profit and feasibility level of tilapia fish farming of water pouring down based on financial (financial) aspects using analysis of investment, revenue, profit, Revenue Cost of Ratio (RCR), financial rate of return (FRR), and payback period of capital (PPC). The method used in this study is a survey method. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and direct documentation with 7 tilapia cultivators. The results showed that the average investment issued by tilapia cultivators on a small scale was IDR88.432.667, medium scale was IDR147.275.000 and large scale was IDR306.318.000. The average income earned by each cultivator starting from a small scale is IDR214.751.000 with a profit of IDR42.871.133/year, a medium scale of IDR411.033.000 with a profit of IDR93.514.000/year, and a large scale of IDR798.468.000 with a profit of IDR143.500.400/year. The return cost of ratio value obtained for the small scale is 1,25; the medium scale is 1,29; and the large scale is 1,22. The Financial Rate of Return value for each scale is 47,97% small scale, medium scale 62,21%, and large scale 47,76%, and the payback period of capital value for small scale is 2,10 years, medium scale is 1,67 years and large scale 2,15 years.
