Abstract

Pendidikan Islam secara historis dimulai pada zaman Rasulullah SAW. dalam bentuk membimbing dan mendidik para sahabatnya dengan ajaran Islam yang merupakan penjelasan dari ayat-ayat al-Qur’an yang beliau terima dari Allah melalui Jibril. Pada masa itu, pendidikan Islam berkisar aktivitas baca tulis al-Qur’an beserta makna yang dikandungnya. Pasca wafatnya, pendidikan dilanjutkan oleh para sahabat, tabi’în, dengan pengembangan yang cukup signifikan, dengan ditambahnya materi pendidikan Islam—sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan perkembangan masyarakat muslim saat itu. Pada masa kekhalifahan Umayyah dan Abbasiyah, pendidikan Islam berkembang pesat baik materi, metode, dan tempat-tempat pendidikan sebagai imbas semakin berkembangnya komunitas muslim menjadi komunitas kosmopolit yang ditandai dengan maju pesatnya berbagai cabang ilmu pengetahuan.

Abstract

Islamic education ia a mean of value transmission and islamic doctrines to the students in order to understand, internalize, and practice the islamic doctrines precisely. Meanwhile, the core of islamic doctrines is to implant good morals. And this the prophetic mission of Muhammad SAW, prefecting morals of humans. Inserting good morals as the soul of developing the planning, actuating, and evaluating islamic education. These efforts are very crucial to avoid misleading orientation of islamic education as mastering knowledge only (Islamology) without understanding, penetrating, and actuating in daily life. The efforts to reconstruct islamic educaton as exsplain above can be carried out by formulating instructional goals, designing curriculum, and implementing Islam by referring to pervading good morals (akhlak) through tazkiyah al-nafs.

Abstract

Dalam perspektif Islam, pendidikan dipahami sebagai upaya pendidik untuk menjadikan peserta didik memilki kepribadian yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan Islam di atas, peserta didik dituntut memiliki etika, sebagai wahana dalam memperoleh pengetahuan, yang bermanfaat dalam menjalani kehidupannya. Berkaitan dengan etika peserta didik dalam memperoleh pengetahuan dan kemampuan, KH. Muhammad Hasyim Asy’ari memberikan berbagai anjuran dan nasihat sebagai bekal bagai peserta didik dalam melakukan aktivitas belajar. Dalam tulisan ini, etika diposisikan sebagai akhlak dalam Islam.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bermaksud untuk mendeskripsikan tentangmutu kelas unggulan di Madrasah Aliyah Darul Ulum Banyuanyar.Madrasah ini merupakan satu satu madrasah di pesantren yangmelakukan pelbagai langkah inovatif dalam penyelenggaraan kelasunggulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Penyelenggaraankelas unggulan dilatarbelakangi oleh pertimbangan ideologis-religius. 2) Mutu lulusan kelas unggulan dapat dilihat dari prestasi kejuaraan,kemampuan siswa dalam berbahasa asing, prestasi dalam Ujian Akhirdan diterimanya siswa pada beberapa perguruan tinggi ternama. 3)Faktor pendukung kelas unggulan adalah kemampuan guru dalampembelajaran dan semangat pengasuh untuk menghasilkan lulusanyang bermutu.

Abstract

In today’s dynamic era, Islamic education (PAI) in Indonesia faces serious challenges such as increasing corruption, violence, and deviant behavior among students. Society needs educational solutions that not only educate academically but also form strong religious and moral characters so that relationships between people can be more harmonious. In this context, the concept of education that is integrative and responsive to Islamic values ​​is very important to build a young generation with noble character. This study aims to explore and analyze the concept of the PAI curriculum based on Muhaimin’s perspective and its relevance in contemporary education. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study analyzes various literature sources to gain in-depth insights. The results of the study indicate that PAI education must adapt to modern learning methods such as problem-based learning and contextual teaching and learning to encourage the development of students’ soft skills. This study makes a significant contribution to the development of a relevant PAI curriculum and answers the challenges of Islamic education in Indonesia.

Abstract

The quality of education involves two very important aspects, namely the process and results. The view of education as a mandate must be owned by every quality manager, so as not to lose the vision and spirit of transcendent talit as, namely the view and belief that in managing the quality of education is a task that must be maintained and carried out as a form of devotion to God. SMP Negeri 8 Pamekasan is one of the junior secondary education institutions that incorporates Islamic values in its education quality management. This study applied descriptive qualitative method with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The results show that quality management by integrating Islamic values includes quality planning with the school's vision-mission and curriculum that integrates Islamic values, moral formation and the establishment of short-term and long-term goals. Furthermore, quality supervision and evaluation are carried out with a fair and transparent assessment system and the enactment of a feedback mechanism for improvement. Therefore, to realize quality management based on Islamic values, the development of educators professionalism needs to be carried out with training and competency development as well as a culture of continuous learning among educators.

Abstract

This article explores the epistemological values embedded in the management of Islamic education at MA As-Salafiyah Sumber Duko Pakong Pamekasan. Using a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method, the research aims to describe and analyze how values rooted in Islamic epistemology such as tawhid (oneness of God), amanah (trustworthiness), shura (consultation), and ihsan (excellence) are implemented in the managerial practices of the institution. Data were obtained through direct observation, in-depth interviews with key informants, and documentation analysis. The data were then analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that these values are integrated holistically into the planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling processes. Tawhid fosters a sense of spiritual responsibility in leadership, amanah ensures integrity in financial and administrative management, shura strengthens participatory decision-making, while ihsan enhances the commitment to educational quality and service.
