Abstract

Employee attendance is primary factor at an institution or company in achieving target. This condition relates to disciplines. And affect to pros and cons company management or human resource quality it self, impact that happened can be in the form of lack of output from production result. Much company managements take decision by conduct salary amputation of each absence employee in the operation. In consequence, must existence of special record to note existence and employees absence in order to employees existence in conducting job activity are noted properly. A lot of way of used for processing employees attendance, one of that is with use barcode machine. In STEKOM, absence system which used is fingerprint scanner machine, but the system mentioned is requiring expensive cost enough, it needs troubleshooting and also repairing. So that company have to releasing a lot of cost for handle employees attendance process. Beside that, damage fingerprint condition, wet and dirty can be became of employees. So its disturb process of absence transaction. Minutiae method is a method which is used by the writer in this research. This method is assumed as an effective method to describe the intrinsic elements in designing and identifying finger print. It is because in processing a program, it should be described in order to be understandable.

Abstract

At SMK Bhinneka Patebon in the process of recording cash income and disbursements data and reports are still done manually using notes and books, there is often a buildup of transactions that have not been recorded. This resulted in the problem of making reports less fast and accurate for making reports because it took a longer time. The Cash Revenue and Expenditure Accounting Information System at the Bhinneka Patebon Vocational School uses the Cash Basis Method to facilitate the Bhinneka Patebon Vocational School in the process of managing cash income and disbursement data in making reports that are faster, more precise and accurate. By using the Cash Income and Expenditure Accounting Information System at the Bhinneka Patebon Vocational School using the Cash Basis Method, it also has the following benefits: (1) It can be seen what cash income and expenditure transactions are needed quickly and accurately. (2) Produce precise and accurate financial reports. (3) The system is used by the school principal as a means of accountability to the Foundation for later use as a consideration for decision making by the Foundation

Abstract

Abstract

Information technology is a technology used to process data, including processing, obtaining, compiling, storing, manipulating data in various ways to produce relevant, accurate and timely information, which is used for personal, business and government purposes and is strategic information for decision making, in recording fixed assets for example, must be managed properly because the need for the data is frequent intensity, the number of items is not small so it is impossible to memorize, the calculation of depreciation of fixed assets of a company needs to be done at the end of every year because it will affect the book value and depreciation expense on the balance sheet and depreciation expense on fixed assets on the income statement. This depreciation calculation can also be used as a reference in the allocation to purchase new assets if the existing fixed assets can no longer be used. Obstacles in preparing depreciation reports if not resolved immediately will have a bad impact on schools, for example being late in submitting annual tax reports due to the long preparation of depreciation reports will result in schools being fined for being late in reporting the annual corporate tax return. With the accounting information system for depreciation of fixed assets, it is expected that it will facilitate officers in managing fixed asset data and depreciation reports. The new system that will be designed is web-based, so that it can be accessed at any time by interested parties and makes coordination time more effective.

Abstract

In the era of information and technological developments that are very rapid as it is today, in the context of managing human resources in a company or what is known as a personnel management information system.The problems faced by PT. Manage the work facilities, namely until now, the personnel data management is still using a manual system that has not been properly computerized, does not have a database as a data storage medium, does not share data over the network and still uses hardcopy printouts.Seeing the problems that occur in the personnel administration subdivision of PT. Serang the means of work, the author intends to develop a web-based personnel information system (SIMPEG) to handle staffing master data, employee data, promotion data, and periodic salary increase data. using PHP and MySQL. Abstract

This study aims to design an information system that can handle the problems that exist in HSC Computer Kaliwungu, in terms of using Information Systems, HSC Computer Kaliwungu still uses manual or conventional systems, namely service data is still stored in books so that the administration has difficulty in making reports, because every month the administration has to recap the service data, to find out the status of service handling the administration has to look in the service book and visit the technician directly, so the information given to customers is not fast. To support the research conducted, the researchers used a Research and Development (R&D) development method approach through the stages of developing a multiuser-based service and spare part data management information system design that was tested by experts and declared valid and the final product was made using the integrated Visual Basic 6 developer software. with MySQL database, and product testing in the field by 3 prospective users has been declared effective.The system developed can overcome problems in the old system at HSC Computer Kaliwungu, resulting in a system that can simplify the work process and the process of making reports in the administration section, which in turn can provide improved services in service handling and customer convenience

Solusi yang diusulkan adalah pengembangan pemutakhiran tradisional seperti kondensor sinkron, kapasitor shunt, dan reduksi ke generator fotovoltaik canggih dan generator fotovoltaik hibrid sehingga dapat memberikan dukungan tegangan untuk memastikan operasi berkelanjutan selama gangguan saluran transmisi yang tidak seimbang dan tidak seimbang, dan solusi lainnya adalah fotovoltaik- pembangkitan energi. Abstract

Abstract

Currently SMK N 1 Kendal is still recording school income and expenditure budgets manually, but the more stringent accountability reporting on the use of the budget, it is necessary to have an information technology system that is efficient, useful and makes it easier for the treasurer to process and report the revenue and budget budgets. school shopping. This study aims to implement a school income and expenditure budget information system application with a web-based bottom-up method so that the process of recording school income and expenditure data is more effective. The application that will be used is developed using Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 as a coding tool and MySQL as the database. With the implementation of this school income and expenditure budget information system, errors and loss of income and expenditure data will be minimized at SMK N 1 Kendal, besides the time required to obtain the required data will be much faster and more accurate. The process of reporting receipts and expenses automatically aims to make it easier for users. In addition, the time required to complete the school income and expenditure budget report will be much shorter.

Abstract

Usaha Maju is a private company engaged in trading. This company has been around for a long time in Gempolsewu Dk Tegal Kapang District, Rowosari District, Kendal Regency, which is adjacent to TPI Tawang. Usaha Maju does not yet have an information system to assist companies in recording financial statements and merchandise inventory. In managing the old report data, it is still done manually, namely using a notebook in recording the data. data processing is carried out twice, namely when purchasing goods and at the time of sale, resulting in less effectiveness in bookkeeping and financial reporting in the company. Recording of inventory financial reports is still often the difference between the financial statements of purchases and sales. With the problems and background above, the authors finish by implementing the "Inventory Information System Using the Web-Based Fifo Method at PT. Forward Enterprises” in order to facilitate the company in recording the Financial Statements of inventory and also improve companies in the field of Technology. This application uses sublime text 3 software as a text editor and MySQL database.
