Abstract

Undang Undang Desa memberikan pandangan baru terhadap pembangunan desa. Pemerintah mengeluarkan Indeks Desa Membangun yang menilai tingkat kemandirian desa berdasarkan aspek sosial, ekonomi dan lingkungan sebagai peta pembangunan desa. Desa Penatahan telah melaksanakan tahapan pembangunan desa. Akan tetapi terjadi penurunan status kemandirian desa berdasarkan pemutakhiran Indeks Desa Membangun tahun 2016-2019. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tahapaan pembangunan yang telah dilakukan Desa Penatahan, untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan pembangunan di Desa Penatahan dan dampak pelaksanaan pembangunan desa terhadap tercapainya tujuan Desa Penatahan serta mengevaluasinya. Penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data dari dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini adalah : (1) tahapan pelaksanaan pembangunan di Desa Penatahan tidak sesuai peraturan perundangan; (2) pembangunan yang dilaksanakan mempengaruhi ketercapaian tujuan pemangunan Desa Penatahan; (3) Tata kelola pemerintahan desa mempengaruhi keberhasilan pembangunan; dan (4) tidak adanya Pendapatan Asli Desa menyebabkan adanya ketergantungan anggaran pembangunan.   Kata kunci: evaluasi, indeks desa membangun, pembangunan desa

Abstract

One of the interesting advances in technological innovation is the emergence of internet technology. Where the development of Instagram is so fast in 2019 that there are many Instagram users for personal gain and for business. This progress has led to distruption so that many personal Instagram accounts and business accounts have emerged for promotional purposes. In carrying out marketing communications, companies must have a strategy so that all predetermined plans can be achieved. A good strategy will provide benefits for the company as the realization of the goals of the company. This study discusses the strategy of using Instagram as a digital marketing communication medium carried out by Mellinial Generation. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. In addition, this study also uses in-depth interview techniques with 4 resource persons, namely millennial owners from online marketplaces, literature studies and documentation. Based on the results of research and discussion, it is known that planning the use of Instagram is by analyzing problems, analyzing audiences, determining goals, selecting media and communication channels, and developing plans or activities for achieving goals. The use of Instagram as a media for digital promotion is mostly carried out by the millennial generation by utilizing photo and video features, comments, captions, locations, hashtags, tagging and Instagram ads for social media maintenance, as well as followers and likes for social media endorsements. Evaluation of the use of Instagram is the result of increased sales and the success of opening new stores and outlets.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine consumer perceptions of purchasing furniture through an e-commerce platform. The technology acceptance modification was further developed to be proposed in investigating website quality, service perception, and product perception on consumer purchase intention of online furniture items. Trust here acts as a mediator to study its effect on consumer intentions. Meanwhile, the influence of website quality, service perception, and product perception were analyzed for the modified constructs of the technology acceptance model, namely perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness. 130 respondents were surveyed and analyzed using the Smart PLS technique. The results show that product perception has a positive effect on perceived usefulness and trust. Then the perception of service only has a positive effect on perceptions of usability and perceived ease of use. Website quality also affects trustworthiness and perceived ease of use. Perceived ease of use also impacts perceived usefulness. Meanwhile, Attitude to use has a direct positive effect on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and trust. And lastly, the intention to use is directly influenced by the attitude to use.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention: creativity and innovative mindsets mediate the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention. This study used quantitative methods. Data collection techniques using offline questionnaires. Prior to this study, there were 96 students at the Monarch Vocational Training Institute in Bali, Indonesia. Path analysis is used to test hypotheses. The results of this study show that the effect of entrepreneurship education is not significant, and the effect of creativity on entrepreneurial intention is not significant. Entrepreneurship education, if done through innovative thinking, will have a positive and significant impact; if done through creativity, it will have a negative impact on entrepreneurial intentions. This means that innovative thinking is very important to increase entrepreneurial intentions. The practical implications of this research will benefit educational training institutions and governments as it clearly maps the factors that drive students' entrepreneurial intentions, enabling educational institutions to develop instructional programs that are responsive to environmental changes and adaptable to technological developments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan agar mengetahui bagaimana omnichannel, product assortment dan online customer reviewmampu berdampak secara parsial dan simultan kepada minat beli konsumen Sociolla di Badung. Metode yang digunakan yakni pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat bantu angket yang disebarkan dengan teknik incidental samplingkepada 160 responden dari masyarakat Badung. Data dianalisis melalui bantuan aplikasi SPSS. Diperoleh hasil penelitian seluruh variabel penelitian mempunyai nilai sig < 0,05, berarti seluruh hipotesis di penelitian mampu diterima. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu omni channel marketing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada minat beli konsumen Sociolla di Badung; product assortment memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen Sociolla di Badung; online customer review mempunyai dampak positif dan signifikan pada minat beli pembeli Sociolla di Badung; omnichannel marketing, product assortment dan online customer review secara bersama-sama mempunyai dampak positif dan signifikan pada minat beli konsumen Sociolla di Badung. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan melakukan studi yang lebih mendalam mengenai variabel-variabel yang bukan menjadi bagian dari studi ini serta melakukan riset di lokasi lainnya ataupun dengan lingkup yang lebih lebar. Hasil dari penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi perusahaan terkait dalam meningkatkan niat beli konsumen. Strategi yang diterapkan Sociolla bermanfaat bagi seseorang dalam memenuhi kebutuhan mereka, baik dalam mencari informasi dan menemukan produk yang dicarinya melalui berbagai saluran.

Abstract

The goal of this qualitative study is to find out how the effectiveness of using flyer in an effort to in crease BPJS Ketenagakerjaan employment membership. This investigation was done at the Office of the Employment BPJS Bali Denpasar, and at the Regional Office of the Employement BPJS Bali Nusa Tenggara Papua. Observation and interviews were employed for the collection of data. Using probability sampling, Denpasar-based traders with the status of prospective employees and social security participants were interviewed. Reduction, presentation, and conclusion are the data analysis methods utilized. This research employs a triangulation of methods and data sources to verify the reliability of the data. According to the findings of this study, the Employment BPJS has a flyer which contains call to action content to attract the attention and interest of potential participants such as taglines, low nominal contributions, lots of benefits provided and inclusions of various kinds of working professions in the informal sector. Therefore, traders have stated that the BPJS Employment Social Security Protection Program is the program they require to protect themselves from the risks of work or death, and they expect to enroll in the program as soon as possible

Abstract

The Denpasar Religious Court is the only Class I Religious Court in the province of Bali. As a Class I Religious Court, it handles a lot of cases per year, with an insufficient number of employees leading to an increased workload for the staff. Alongside the implementation of the "one day minute and one day publish" program, the Denpasar Religious Court also acts as a coordinator for budget absorption related to DIPA 04, overseeing eight Class II Courts. Furthermore, the less strategic location of the Denpasar Religious Court, due to its off-road placement, makes it challenging for parts of the community to locate the court. The main issue addressed in this study is how the organizational climate and employee job satisfaction at the Denpasar Religious Court are. The objectives of this research are: 1) to examine the organizational climate at the Denpasar Religious Court, and 2) to determine the influence of the organizational climate at the Denpasar Religious Court on employee job satisfaction. The research method utilized in this study is a qualitative approach with thematic analysis. The research findings indicate that: 1) the organizational climate at the Denpasar Religious Court, characterized by supportive leadership, has the strongest influence, along with teamwork and communication; and 2) the organizational climate significantly affects job satisfaction, where motivation, employee commitment, and efficiency are the variables that impact job satisfaction

Abstract

Permasalahan utama yang dialami masyarakat Desa Gunaksa adalah persoalan mengatasi Jentik nyamuk yang berpotensi menyebabkan penyakit DBD. Survei yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa jentik nyamuk bersumber pada lingkungantempat tinggal yang kurang bersih, adanya genangan air di selokan, bak mandi yang jarang dibersihkan dan beberapa sumur bekas yang tidak terpakai yang berlokasi di salah satu rumah warga. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat, pentingnya memahami penyebab dan penanggulangan berkembang biaknya jentik nyamuk tersebut, serta pencegahannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah melalui penyuluhan dan pendampingan secara terintegrasi, dengan keterlibatan masyarakat, aparat desa, pemerintah daerah melalui dinas terkait dan keterlibatan civitas akademika. Hasil kegiatan yang dilakukan secara terjadual, tahapan secara detail dan berkelanjutan. Program kerjaberupa penyuluhan dan pendampingan kepada masyarakat untuk mengatasi jentik nyamuk talah berhasil dilaksanakan.Edukasi pencegahan dan penanggulangan jentik nyamuk, telah berjalan sebagaimana tahapan kegiatan, kemudian menggunakan bubuk abate yang telah dipersiapkan dan ditaburkan di tempat jentik nyamuk itu bersarang.
