Data collection was carried out by way of a survey using a questionnaire. The research results showed that SL has a significant positive relationship with OC and OCB, but SL does not have a direct relationship with KSB; OC has a significant positive relationship with OCB and KSB; OCB is not directly related to KSB; OC plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between SL and OCB; OC as a full mediation of the relationship between SL and KSB. Realizing KSB can be improved through the internalization of organizational culture, which can increase OCB and encourage organizational members to share knowledge.

Abstract

Agile leadership is becoming more relevant in today’s fast-changing world. Leaders who embrace this approach foster teamwork, adapt quickly to change, and create an environment where employees can thrive. This study explores how agile leadership directly enhances career success and how it does so indirectly through the “AKHLAK” culture. The research was conducted with 50 permanent employees from PT INKA (Persero) in the General Department and HR Division. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The findings show that agile leadership significantly strengthens the “AKHLAK” culture and improves career success. Additionally, the “AKHLAK” culture itself plays a crucial role in boosting career growth and acts as a bridge between agile leadership and success. By encouraging collaboration, innovation, and adaptability, agile leadership helps embed “AKHLAK” values within employees, ultimately leading to greater achievements. In an era of rapid change, businesses must stay flexible and responsive. To remain competitive and relevant, organizations need leaders who embrace agility and inspire their teams to grow.

Abstract

This study focuses on the study of the relationship between three dimensions of workplace spirituality, namely meaningful work, a sense of community, and alignment with organizational values with organizational commitment, using 60 employees of CV Cahaya Surya as a research sample. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. The research sample consisted of 60 employees. Hypothesis testing used path analysis with the Smart PLS version 3 program. From the results of the path analysis, it was reported that the dimensions of meaningful work and a sense of community had a positive and significant relationship. In contrast, the relationship between alignment with organizational values and organizational commitment was moderated by a sense of community. This study provides an important understanding that workplace spirituality can encourage the growth of organizational commitment as seen from three dimensions: affective, normative, and continuance.
