Abstract

Keadilan organisasional memiliki potensi untuk menciptakan manfaat besar bagi organisasidan karyawan, dan salah satu manfaatnya adalah menumbuhkan extra-role behavior (ERB)atau organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisiskonsekuensi keadilan organisasional (keadilan distributif, keadilan prosedural, dan keadilaninteraksional) pada organizational citizenship behavior guru SMA dan guru SMK diKota Madiun. OCB dibagi menjadi dua jenis yaitu citizenship behaviors directed towardindividuals (OCB-I) dan citizenship behaviors directed towards the organisation (OCB-O).Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitianini adalah 409 guru, yang dipilih secara non-acak. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkankuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan: keadilandistributif dan keadilan interaksional berpengaruh positif signifi kan terhadap OCB-I danOCB-O; keadilan prosedural tidak berpengaruh signifi kan terhadap OCB-I tetapi keadilanprosedural berpengaruh positif signifi kan terhadap OCB-O.

Abstract

Nurse performance shows the magnitude of the contribution made by nurses to hospital and reflects the performance of a hospital because patient will often relates and meets the nurse. One factor that affect the nurses performance is organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). OCB is extra-role behavior that nurses are willing to do tasks outside of their job discription and the big five personality is one of the factors that significantly influence the OCB. This study aims to examine the direct and indirect influence of the big five personality to the performance of nurses at Santa Clara Madiun Hospital through OCB as intervening variable. The sampel of this research were all nurses at Santa Clara Madiun Hospital. Data collection instruments using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study included descriptive statistics, test data quality, classical assumption, hierarchical regression analysis, and path analysis using SPSS 17.0. The result showed that the big five personality significant positive effect on nurses performance, the big five personality significant positive effect on OCB, and OCB significant positive effect on the nurses performance. OCB has a full mediation effect to influence of the big five personality to the nurses performance

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine whether work family conflict affects the organizational commitment mediated by job satisfaction in the lecturer profession. The populationin this studyis a lecturer instructural officerlevelcoursesat private higher institution in Madiun. The research subjects were 45 lecturerstructurallevelofficials. The data analyzed by using simple and multiple regression technique, using SPSS 17.0 for windows.The result of path analysis indicate that:1) workfamily conflict have a direct effect on job satisfaction significantly; 2) workfamily conflict have a direct effect on organizational commitment significantly; 3) job satisfaction have a direct effect on organizational commitment significantly; 4) job satisfaction mediate the effect of workfamily conflict on organizational commitment significantly.

Abstract

Organizations have long been interested in how employees think and feel his work and what causes employees are willing to dedicate themselves to the organization. The researchers found a variable motivational leadership style that leads to the formation of positive attitudes of the officials who in turn can improve employee job performance. The objective of this research are to study the effect integrative leadership on  organizational justice, employee engagement, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), with teachers at SMA/SMK/MAN/MAS di kota Madiun as respondents. This research used the quantitative approach with the survey method. The samples of this research were 409 teachers, selected non-randomly. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaires and analyzed by using the descriptive statistics and path analysis in inferential statistics. The results of the research can be concluded that: integrative leadership has a positive significant effect on organizational justice; integrative leadership significant positive effect on employee engagement; integrative leadership significant positive effect on employee engagement on OCB.

Abstract

To gain a competitive advantage, employee engagement is indispensable. Therefore, an effective talent management system is needed in order to increase employee engagement. The aim of this research at knowing talent management at the XYZ Foundation in Madiun City and analyzing the impact of talent management on employee engagement and employee retention. This study also aims to analyze the effect of employee engagement as mediating the relationship of talent management with employee retention. The number of respondents in the study were 69 employees. Data gathered were initially analysed using SPSS version 22.0. From the descriptive analysis, it was found that: 1) employee response to talent management at XYZ Foundation as a whole was high; 2) work engagement on XYZ Foundation was high; 3) employee retention on XYZ Foundation was very high. The results of the hierarchical regression and path analysis indicated that: 1)talent management had a significant positive effect on work engagement; 2) talent management had a significant positive effect on employee retention; 3)work engagement had a significant positive effect on employee retention; 4) work engagement acts as a partial mediation of the influence of talent management on employee retention.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of servant leadership to organizational learning and teacher performance, and analyze whether the effect of organizational learning mediate the relationship of servant leadership to teacher performance. The respondent in this study were high school teachers in Madiun, which amounts to 281 people. Research instrument used in testing the validity and reliability. The analysis tool used is simple regression, multiple regression, hypothesis testing device using t test and mediation. Questionnaire as a means of collecting primary data, Likert scale of measurement used by five (5) of alternative answers. Secondary data obtained from institutional documentation. Test results showed that the instrument is valid and reliable research, simple regression produced a positive un-standardized beta for all variables. Hypothesis states that the hypothesis was accepted. The results showed that: (1) servant leadership have positive and significant effect on organizational learning (2) servant leadership have positive and significant effect on teacher performance (3) organizational learning has positive and significant effect on teacher performance (4) Servant leadership had indirect impact on teacher performance with organizational learning as mediating variable. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dan kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Sogaten Kota Madiun. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat Rumah Sakit Sogaten Kota Madiun dengan jumlah sampel 103 responden. Analisis menggunakan regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa:1)kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap OCB; 2)OCB berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat; 3)Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Kata Kunci : Kepuasan kerja, organizational citizenship behavior, kinerja perawat

Abstract

Work engagement is important for teachers. Some factors that need to be considered by school management to improve work engagement are leadership practices and a climate of fairness in schools. This study aims to analyze how servant leadership and organizational justice practices affect the work engagement of permanent teachers at SMAK and SMKK in Cepu, Blora, and Rembang. Central Java. The research sample was 65 permanent teachers at SMAK and SMKK Cepu, Blora, and Rembang. The data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression and multiple linear regression, and the results showed that (1) servant leadership positively and significantly influenced organizational justice with a coefficient value of 0.655; (2) organizational justice positively and significantly affects work engagement with a coefficient value of 0.608; (3) Servant leadership does not significantly affect work engagement with a coefficient value of 0.009. The findings suggest that principals can select servant leadership practices to increase work engagement and build organizational justice, which includes distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice.

Abstract

Purpose: The study aims to analyze the direct and indirect impact of compensation on employee retention with job satisfaction as a mediation. Research methodology: The study sample was 50 permanent employees of PT Daya Surya Sejahtera Ponorogo Regency. Data analysis includes data quality testing, classical assumptions, hypotheses. Hypothesis testing uses path analysis from hierarchical regression analysis. Results: Hypothesis testing results show that: 1) compensation has a positive significant effect on job satisfaction; 2) job satisfaction has a positive significant effect on employee retention; 3) compensation has a positive significant effect on employee retention; 4) job satisfaction acts as a full mediation indirect effect of compensation on employee retention. Limitations: The study focused on the direct and indirect impact of compensation on employee retention with job satisfaction as a mediation, and only on 50 permanent employees at one of the retail companies in Ponorogo district. Contribution: This finding proves that compensation for the form of appreciation given by the company to employees for employee contributions plays an important role in improving job satisfaction and employee retention in the company. This finding can be used as a development material for further research, especially the review of employee retention in retail businesses that are currently growing rapidly in Indonesia.
