Abstract

Salah satu tujuan praktek kerja industri (prakrind) adalah implementasi dan sinkronisasi antara pendidikan di sekolah dengan keahlian di dunia industri.  Dalam pelaksanaannya monitoring adalah salah satu hal penting pada saat praktek kerja industri (prakrind) yang menjadi panduan penilaian hasil kerja siswa. Selama ini monitoring masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga sering terjadi masalah seperti manipulasi data atau data hilang. Permasalahan berikut nya adalah kurangnya pengawasan dari guru dan praktisi industri sehingga kegiatan praktek kerja industri (prakrind) tidak berjalan optimal. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka dikembangkan sistem informasi monitoring praktek kerja industri (prakrind) siswa sehingga komunikasi terus terjalin antar siswa, guru dan praktisi industri sebagai pembimbing lapangan. Pengembangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) dengan pendekatan model RAD (Rapid Application Development) yang dapat mempercepat dan membantu dalam pengembangan produk sistem informasi monitoring praktek kerja industri (prakrind) siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK).. Dengan demikian hasil pengembangan sistem informasi monitoring kegiatan praktek kerja industri (prakrind) siswa ini diharapkan dapat adi lebih baik, real time, akurat dan terintegrasi.Kata kunci: Produk, Monitoring, Prakrind, RAD

Abstract

Batam Pertiwi Vocational School is the first vocational school in Nongsa sub-district, this school has majoring in TKJ (Computer Network Engineering), Accounting and Nursing, the problems that exist in Batam Pertiwi Batam are implementation that is still manual and value processing takes a long time and costs Great for printing questions and answer sheets. Making an android-based online exam system in the form of an application to facilitate teachers and students in the implementation of the exam. The application is designed using the Mysql database, the interface design uses Android Studio and this application is installed using an android smartphone. After the online exam application, students and teachers are easier to carry out online examinations so it does not take a long time and incur huge costs and realizes SMK Pertiwi Batam as a modern and digital-based vocational school of industrial era 4.0.

Abstract

The development of information technology and the increasingly widespread use of the internet has changed the learning process in higher education, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, many higher education are conducting distance learning processes by implementing cloud computing-based e-learning. This is also in line with the government's recommendation that we apply health protocols to break the chain of the Covid-19 virus, such as studying and working from home. Batam University, in this case, the engineering faculty, includes those implementing cloud computing-based e-learning for distance learning The purpose of this research is to see how far the implementation of e-learning based on cloud computing according to users, in this case, are lecturers and students of the engineering faculty of Batam University, knowing the readiness of lecturers and students towards the process and products of e-learning itself and satisfaction from the lecturers and students. at the University of Batam at the engineering faculty during the e-learning implementation process. This research method uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods by distributing questionnaires to lecturers and students in the university environment at the engineering faculty which consists of 4 (four) study programs namely mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, and information systems After processing the data using the validity test, reliability test and qualitative analysis, it was obtained that the lecturer respondents agreed with the implementation of cloud computing-based e-learning by 41%, with an average Respondent Achievement Level (TCR) of lecturers of 81.82% in good category. Student respondents' answers strongly agree with the implementation of e-learning based on cloud computing of 44 with an average Student Achievement Level of Respondents (TCR) of 80.47% in good category.

Abstract

Penanaman nilai-nilai nasionalisme sangat penting untuk anak remaja usia SMP dan SMA. Begitu juga mengetahui persepsi merdeka dari sisi pandang mereka. Dalam Pengabdian masyarakat terkait Penanaman Nilai-nilai Nasionalisme dan persepsi Merdeka dari Sisi Pandang Anaka remaja di SMP dan SMA Islam Nabilah yang dilaksanakan tanggal 16 Agustus 2022, diharapkan akan membangun sikap cinta tanah air, dan menumbuhkan nilai-nilai nasionalisme dalam mengisi kemerdekaan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini juga diharapkan akan didapatkan gambaran tentang persepsi merdeka dari sisi pandang anak remaja. Apabila remaja kita mempunyai nilai-nilai nasionalisme dan persepsi merdeka yang baik maka hal ini dapat memitigasi hal-hal buruk dalam pergaulannya. Karena masa remaja harus diisi dengan sesuatu yang positif dan prestasi.

Abstract

E-commerce is one of the application platforms that support digital-based marketing. The development of e-commerce from year to year is increasing, which is influenced by the development of information technology and the internet. The development of the internet has caused a shift in human activities from offline to online. During the Covid 19 pandemic, the growth of e-commerce has also increased sharply. The Covid 19 pandemic has caused a shift in human habits in purchasing goods from offline to online. This research develops a prototype e-commerce application to support digital-based marketing and conducts usability testing of the developed application using the SUS (System Usability Scale) scale. Based on the analysis and calculation of the SUS scale score, a score of 77.03 is obtained, meaning that the application is functionally good and acceptable to users and shows that using e-commerce applications supports digital-based marketing and affects the increase in marketing and sales

Abstract

UMKM adalah kegiatan ekonomi atau usaha yang dilakukan rakyat kebanyakan dengan swadaya mengelola sumberdaya ekonomi yang diusahakan dan dikuasainya. UMKM Smart Baby Bubur Bayi dalam perkembangannya memiliki keterbatasan untuk menjangkau pasar dan melakukan promosi. Sistem pemasaran dan promosi usaha ini masih konvensional yaitu, menjual produk langsung ke konsumen berdasarkan orderan masuk, menitipkan produk ke penjual dengan sistem persenan 20% untuk produk terjual dan menjadi tidak efektif karena bubur yang tidak terjual terbuang dan profit menjadi berkurang serta promosi hanya dengan membagikan kartu nama UMKM kepada orang-orang yang memiliki bayi. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melakukan sosialisasi dan penyuluhan mengenai strategi pemasaran dan promosi secara digital kepada UMKM Smart Baby Bubur Bayi berbasis E-Commerce dengan 5 tahapan kegiatan yaitu tahap 1 survei, untuk mengetahui permasalahan mitra, tahap 2 persiapan dan penyusunan tujuan penyelesaian masalah, tahap 3 pelaksanaan kegiatan, sosialisasi dan penyuluhan strategi pemasaran digital web E-Commerce, tahap 4 evaluasi kegiatan, membandingkan kondisi sebelum dan sesudah program dilaksanakan, tahap 5 laporan kegiatan dan dokumentasi, kegiatan dengan media kamera dan rekaman.. Indikator keberhasilan program dari kegiatan ini terlihat dari bertambahnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman mitra mengenai pentingnya web E-Commerce sebagai strategi pemasaran dan promosi digital UMKM untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan promosi.

Abstract

Teknologi sistem informasi mengalami perkembangan yang sangat cepat, termasuk perkembangan teknologi smartphone berbasis Android. Penggunaan smartphone android sudah dapat melakukan transaksi bisnis yang dapat dilakukan antara penyedia jasa dan pengguna jasa untuk saling terhubung dalam proses pengerjaan dan registrasi kegiatan yang lebih akuntabel dan termonitor. Saat ini untuk mendapatkan jasa tukang yang nyaman bagi pengguna menghadapi kendala seperti biaya yang tidak sesuai dengan anggaran pengguna dan pengguna jasa tidak puas dengan hasil yang dikerjakan tukang, mencari tukang masih banyak dilakukan secara manual seperti lewat mulut ke mulut. Penelitian ini membuat aplikasi aplikasi jasa tukang untuk membantu para pencari jasa dan penyedia jasa untuk lebih mudah untuk bertemu yaitu melalui aplikasi ini. Aplikasi ini juga dapat diakses secara online sehingga dapat diakses dimana saja tanpa terbatas ruang dan waktu. Aplikasi ini mendukung masyarakat dalam menemukan layakan tukang, menarik tukang yang andal dan berkualitas sesuai keahliannya dan dapat menjadi media promosi bagi tukang sehingga lebih dapat meningkatkan penghasilan. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan tahapan pengumpulan data dan siklus pengembangan sistem informasi seperti perencanaan, analisa, perancangan dan pengembangan aplikasi. Aplikasi sistem informasi jasa tukang berbasis smartphone android bertujuan untuk memudahkan masyarakat baik pencari maupun penyedia jasa untuk memberikan kemudahan dan informasi terkait data diri dan kinerja tukang, notifikasi pesananan, jarak dan lokasi tempat tinggal tukang serta chating. Fitur-fitur berbasis teknologi yang dimiliki oleh sistem aplikasi informasi jasa tukang berbasis smartphone android seperti push notification. geo location untuk menentukan lokasi tukang dan pengguna jasa tukang (masyarakat) dan chatting untuk berkomunikasi dan bernegosiasi sangat membantu kedua belah pihak baik tukang dan pengguna jasa tukang (masyarakat) dimana semua aktivitas yang terjadi di smartphone android ini tersimpan dengan baik

Abstract

After the Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia, the government through the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf) formulated several new policies to restore the tourism economy in Indonesia. The government also believes that this policy can attract foreign tourists to visit Indonesia, especially Bali, Batam and Bintan. Tourists can enjoy various tourist destinations in Batam. Glory Melur Beach is also one of the tourist attractions visited by many local and foreign tourists. Glory Melur Beach has various facilities that can be rented, but information regarding the rental of facilities is still limited. Purpose: For this reason, this study aims to create a web-based information system that can manage and disseminate information on Glory Melur beach tourism. Methodology: The system development method used is waterfall modeling. With this system, it is hoped that visitors can easily find out information about entrance ticket prices, rental rates for facilities and can find out information on the availability of halls at Glory Melur Beach because it can be accessed anywhere and anytime in any place that is connected to the internet. For this reason, in the future, Glory Melur beach management must always update the existing database with the latest tourism development information and complete this system according to technological developments by adding more complete features according to the needs of visitors. Results: The results of this study are to attract foreign and local tourists, the authors will create an information system on Glory Melur Beach. With this information system, it can make it easier for visitors to find information about the facilities and rental prices available at Glory Melur Beach. With this online Hall ordering system, it can make it easier for visitors and officers of Glory Melur Beach to easily order and manage the Hall, because it can be accessed anywhere and anytime in an internet-connected place.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to measure the capability level of IT Governance at PT Sarana Citranusa Kabil (SCN) - Batam, and then provide recommendations related to IT processes that have not reached the target capability level. This research is expected to assist companies in realizing the level of IT Governance capability in accordance with the targets set by the company. Method: The data obtained directly from the respondents were obtained from the results of questionnaires, interviews and observations. The COBIT 2019 framework was developed to measure the level of process capability using the Process Assessment Model (PAM). Result: This research found that the Capability level of 40 IT processes for all domains in IT Governance at PT. SCN is currently at level 3.5 or the specified level. This means that IT Governance based on COBIT 2019 at PT. SCN has been standardized, documented, communicated and implemented. Conclusion: The results found that the level of IT Governance measurement capability of 40 IT processes for all domains in the SCN is currently at level 3.5 or the specified level. This means that IT Governance based on COBIT 2019 at SCN has been standardized, documented, communicated and implemented. Contribution: This research is expected to assist companies in realizing the level of IT governance capability in accordance with the targets set by the company.

Abstract

Purpose: Puskesmas is the technical implementation unit of the district/city health service responsible for administering health services in its working area. One of the services at Puskesmas is the polyclinic for outpatient visits, where patients come and register at the designated polyclinic and obtain a visit queue number. Currently, registration of outpatient visits at the Puskesmas is still mostly done conventionally by coming to the Puskesmas to take a queue number so that the patient's time is wasted waiting to be called, which is burdensome for the patient's condition when the patient is sick. To overcome this, it is necessary to create an online queuing system for outpatient visits to make the queuing process less time-consuming and help patients save time, especially when they are sick. Methodology: This study focuses on developing a modeling method for designing information systems using unified Modelling Language (UML) diagrams. Results: The results of this study used case diagrams and class diagrams for modeling online queuing systems for patient visits in Puskesmas. It can be used during the application program development and implementation stage of an online queuing system for outpatient visits in Puskesmas. Limitations: This research is only for designing and developing guidelines for patient online queuing system applications. Contribution: This research contributes to the program to develop an online patient queuing system application for an android smartphone-based health centre.
