Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh insentif terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan pada cv margin orisinal bisnis. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dan kuesioner. Dengan analisa data perhitungan statistik uji koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan persamaan regresi linier sederhana. Penelitian kuantitatif ini dilakukan pada karyawan cv margin orisinal bisnis yang berjumlah 40 karyawan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji korelasi dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,617 menyatakan terdapat hubungan yang cukup atau sedang antara variabel insentif dengan variabel disiplin kerja karyawan. Hasil koefisien determinasi diperoleh kontribusi insentif terhadap disiplin kerja sebesar 54,6% sisanya 45,4% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan koefisien regresi dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh fungsi persamaan Y = 8,066 + 0,678X.

Abstract

Local governments now have the freedom to organize and manage their own government affairs and the interests of the local community in accordance with statutory regulations since the regional autonomy system came into force on January 1, 2001 as stipulated in Law Number 22 of 1999, which has been amended by Law no. 32 of 2004. The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of tourism on local revenue in Bogor Regency, tourist visits on local revenue and the impact of tourist-oriented accommodation facilities on local revenue in Bogor Regency. The time of this research was conducted in May 2021. This study used a quantitative descriptive research methodology, associative research, which is research that aims to find out the relationship between two or more variables. Types and sources of secondary data in the 2014–2021 research period. The results showed that the number of tourist visitors and regional income in Bogor Regency did not have a positive relationship as shown by Tcount(0.827) > Ttable(2.571), so it had no positive effect on Locally-generated revenue. For accommodation and local income in Bogor Regency there is no positive relationship as indicated by accommodation with the results Tcount(0.998) < Ttable(2.571), so it has no positive effect on Locally-generated revenue. while the latest research, with 2 tourist and accommodation variables, has no significant effect on local revenue, because for simultaneous calculations, t table =(2;8-2)=(2;6)=5.14, test results simultaneous Fcount(0.435) > Ttable(5.14) , then the conclusion of tourists and accommodation simultaneously has no effect onLocally-generated revenue

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of service quality and brand image to re-visit interest. Samples were patients who were ambulatory and hospitalized at the Clinic Bidan Marlina Tangerang Selatan totaling 130 respondents. Regression analysis techniques were used to analyze the influence of service quality and brand image to re-visit interest is using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). Service quality and significant positive effect on the re-visit interest in Bidan Marlina Clinic Tangerang Selatan, every 1% increase in the variable quality of service will be followed by the increase in re-visit interest of 0.265 percent. While the brand image variable positive and significant effect on the interest re-visit the clinic Bidan Marlina Tangerang Selatan, every 1% increase in variable brand image will be followed by the increase in re-visit interest of 0.740 percent. Furthermore, the results also showed that there is a positive and significant influence on the independent variables of service quality and brand image together to re-visit interest. Service quality and brand image affects 65.7% of the interest to re-visit the clinic Bidan Marlina Tangerang Selatan.

Abstract

The implementation of regional autonomy and fiscal decentralization gives regional governments the authority to increase regional revenues and realize distributive benefits so that they can determine regional development priorities. This human development concept prioritizes four elements, including productivity, equity, sustainability and empowerment. The aim of this research is to understand how capital expenditure and PAD influence increasing the human development index. DKI Jakarta Province was the location for this research. The 2015-2022 APBD Performance Report and 2015-2022 HDI statistics are secondary data sources used in this research. By using multiple regression analysis, the requirements for traditional hypothesis testing and model feasibility testing are met. Regional initial income does not have a positive impact on the human development index. Capital expenditure does not have a negative impact on the human development index. For simultaneous calculations (F statistical testing), the conclusion is that regional sources of income and capital expenditure simultaneously influence the human development index. Based on hypothesis testing, it shows that PAD and capital expenditure have a positive and significant effect on increasing the human development index. This positive and significant influence means that the more PAD and capital expenditure increase, the higher the HDI will be. This increase was due to the allocation of initial regional income and investment expenditure being used well so that planned activities could be carried out smoothly.

Abstract

 Financial distress is a condition that all company leaders and owners want to avoid, because this condition is a step towards bankruptcy. In this study, researchers used financial ratio data and S-Score values to examine the financial condition of PT Sepatu Bata Tbk from 2018 to 2023. The results show that the company's performance decreased significantly during that period, with financial problems starting in 2019 and continuing to worsen until in 2023. The increasing risk of bankruptcy is associated with a decrease in the value of financial ratios such as efficiency, leverage, liquidity and profitability, as well as a lower S-Score. Recommendations include reevaluating the financial approach, using better debt management, developing a financial recovery plan, working with financial experts, and improving financial performance oversight and oversight. By implementing these recommendations, companies are expected to improve their finances and reduce the risk of bankruptcy in the future.

Abstract

This study investigates the financial distress of PT PLN (Persero), Indonesia's state-owned electricity provider, from 2019 to 2023 using the Springate S-Score method. Despite implementing digital business transformation and human resource development initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality, PLN faces ongoing financial challenges. These challenges stem from high debt levels incurred due to the company's ambitious 35,000 MW power expansion project, as well as persistent cash flow difficulties. The study analyzes key financial indicators such as the debt-to-equity ratio, cash flow issues, and operational inefficiencies, tracking the company's fluctuating financial health. The Springate S-Score results indicate significant financial distress in 2021, reflecting the peak of PLN's financial pressures. However, improvements are observed in 2022 and 2023, signaling a gradual recovery as a result of cost-cutting measures and strategic adjustments. Based on the findings, the study recommends that PLN focus on reducing capital expenditures, renegotiating debt terms, and enhancing financial management practices. These measures are designed to stabilize the company’s financial position and improve its long-term sustainability, particularly as the energy sector continues to evolve with increasing demands for efficiency and renewable energy solutions. This study further emphasizes the impact of PLN’s operational inefficiencies, which have compounded its financial difficulties. The company's reliance on external financing has increased its vulnerability to debt servicing pressures. Additionally, the fluctuating energy prices and challenges in maintaining consistent revenue streams have added to its financial strain. By addressing these core issues, PLN can improve its resilience and adapt to the evolving energy landscape, ensuring both financial stability and operational sustainability in the long term. The recommendations provided aim to balance the need for infrastructure development with financial prudence, positioning PLN for a more secure future.Keywords: Business Transformation ,Financial Distress, Bankruptcy

Abstract

Kepuasan pelanggan memberikan banyak manfaat bagi perusahaan seperti menimbulkan kepercayaan pelanggan yang dapat mendorong terciptanya loyalitas pelanggan, memberikan citra baik bagi perusahaan dan tentunya dapat meningkatkan profit perusahaan. Kepuasan pelanggan sangat berkaitan erat dengan kualitas pelayanan, oleh karena itu perusahaan harus memperhatikan, mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan kualitas dari pelayanan tersebut guna meningkatkan kepuasan para pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Bimba AIUEO Pondok Aren. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan perhitungan data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Populasi yang diambil adalah pelanggan yaitu orang tua siswa yang anaknya mengikuti program belajar di Bimba AIUEO. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 pelanggan. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang sudah valid dan reliabel dan analisis hasil penelitian menggunakan uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji persamaan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memiliki hubungan yang kuat dan positif sebesar 0,809. Dengan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 82,5% serta hasil persamaan regresi Y = 4,738+0,862X menunjukkan dengan konstanta a sebesar 4,738 dan b sebesar 0,862 adalah positif artinya searah dan signifikan.

Abstract

This study analyzes the determinants of sustainable competitive advantage through the Resource-Based View (RBV) approach, focusing on strategic leadership, intellectual capital, and technological innovation. The qualitative method was applied through a systematic review of 27 selected literature (Scopus and nationally accredited). The results reveal: (1) strategic leadership plays a role as a guide for long-term vision, (2) intellectual capital (knowledge, skills, innovation) becomes irreplaceable assets, and (3) technological innovation increases productivity, product differentiation, and market adaptation. The interaction of the three creates a sustainable competitive ecosystem. This research contributes theoretically to the development of strategic and practical management as a business guide in the digital era. Recommendations for further research include the expansion of variables (organizational culture, business networking, dynamic capabilities) and the application of mixed methods. These findings underscore the importance of inter-factor synergy in building a competitive advantage that is resistant to disruption.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan unsur penting dalam sebuah perusahaan. Manajemen perusahaan melalui divisi SDM harus dapat mengelola dengan baik karyawan yang ada. Manajemen sumber daya manusia dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara diantaranya memberikan motivasi kepada karyawan sehingga akan berdampak terhadap peningkatan kualitas karyawan berupa prestasi kerja. Dari sekian banyak variabel, salah satu faktor yang turut mempengaruhi prestasi adalah motivasi kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pada PT Bringin Rancang Sejahtera Jakarta. Metodelogi penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengamatan langsung, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, kuisioner. Penelitian kuantitatif ini dilakukan pada seluruh karyawan PT Bringin Rancang Sejahtera Jakarta yang berjumlah 42 orang. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji korelasi dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,741 menyatakan terdapat hubungan yang erat antara motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja. Hasil koefisien determinasi diperoleh kontribusi motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja sebesar 54,9% sisanya 45,1% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Sedangkan koefisien regresi ditemukan fungsi persamaan Y = 18.456 + 0,588X.
