Abstract

This type of research is associative research which aims to determine the effect of discipline and the physical work environment on the work productivity of employees at the Office of Cooperatives, Industry and Trade in Bima City. The population in this study were all employees at the Office of Cooperatives, Industry and Trade in the City of Bima, consisting of 60 employees. The sample was determined by purposive sampling technique with 40 ASN respondents. Data collection methods used are observation, questionnaires (questionnaire), library research, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study were instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, T tests, and f tests, using the SPSS v26 program. This analysis includes: validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), analysis of the correlation coefficient (R), and hypothesis testing through t test and f test. The results of the analysis using the t test can be seen that one independent variable, namely work discipline (X1) and physical work environment (X2) has a positive and partially significant effect on the dependent variable, namely employee work productivity (Y). Then the results of the analysis using the F test can be seen that the three independent variables, namely work discipline (X1), and the physical work environment (X2) together have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely employee productivity (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of work competency on employee performance at the Bima Regency Informatics and Communication Service. This research is a type of associative research. The population used in the research was all employees at the Bima Regency Informatics and Communication Service, totaling 65 employees. The sample technique used was purposive sampling, so the sample in this study was 40 employees with ASN status. The instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire which would be given a score based on a Likert scale. This research uses a simple linear regression analysis method which involves one dependent variable and one independent variable. The results of this research show that work competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Bima Regency Informatics and Communication Service.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether there is a significant influence between workload and emotional intelligence on employee performance at the Bima Regency Agriculture and Plantation Service. This type of research includes associative research, which is a method used to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The population in this study were 19 ASNs in the Secretariat Sector, 11 ASNs in the Extension Sector, 10 ASNs in the PPHP sector, 10 ASNs in the Food Crops Sector, 8 ASNs in the Horticulture Sector, 8 ASNs in the RPLPT Sector, 3 ASNs in the BPSB Sector, 25 ASNs in the in the Plantation sector and 6 ASN in Functional Positions, with a total of 100 ASN. So with this the researcher determined a sample of 80 respondents. data collection techniques using questionnaires, referring to the Likert scale, data analysis techniques using Validity and Reliability Tests, Classical Assumption Tests, Multiple Linear Regression, the results of the research are that there is a partially significant influence between Workload on Employee Performance at the District Agriculture and Plantation Service Bima, there is no partial significant influence between Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance at the Bima Regency Agriculture and Plantation Service, and there is a simultaneous significant influence between Workload and Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance at the Bima Regency Agriculture and Plantation Service.

Abstract

Human resources are important in the organization. The importance of human resources in an organization demands that the organization gets quality and productive employees in the organization, Annisa.N.(2015) In addition, the organization or company must also provide a special section related to employees, this section is called resource management human (MSDM). Human resource management is what makes an organization able to carry out daily activities. Many employees in organizations have different personalities, values, needs, expectations, thoughts and behaviors. The differences that arise from each of these individuals require that each leader or manager be able to integrate, communicate, direct, and align any differences that exist so that they can become a source of strength in achieving organizational goals. Besides that, to support the performance of an employee requires motivation in working either from the work environment or from the level of morale possessed by human resources.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of compensation and non-physical work environment on employee performance at CV. 88 Bima City so that it can provide thought input to employees. This research is quantitative. This type of research is associative with the population used in this research, namely all employees at CV. 88 Bima City, totaling 47 people. The sample used in this research was all 47 employees. The sampling technique in this research is a saturated sample. Based on the criteria, the research instrument used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analytical tool used in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Version 26.0. The results of this research are: 1) There is a partially significant influence between compensation on CV performance. 88 Bima City. 2) There is no partial significant influence between the non-physical work environment on CV performance. 88 Bima City. 3) There is a significant simultaneous influence between compensation and the non-physical work environment on CV performance. 88 Bima City.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of workload and compensation on employee performance at Shopee Express Munda, Bima City. The research instrument used in this research was a Liker scale questionnaire. The population used in this research was all Shopee Express employees in Bima City, 56 respondents and a sample of 56 people. The sampling technique was carried out using the saturated sampling method. The data in this research was collected by observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. Then the data obtained was analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, multiple correlation coefficients, determination tests, t tests and f tests. With the help of SPSS version 26. The results of the research show that 1) Workload does not have a significant effect on employee performance at Shopee Express Mpunda, Bima City, 2) Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at Shopee Express Mpunda, Bima City. 3) Workload and Compensation have a significant effect on Employee Performance at Shopee Express Mpunda Bima City.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the significant influence of work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the women's empowerment, child protection, population control and family planning (DP3AP2KB) office in Wawo sub-district. This research is included in the category of associative population research. This research uses all employees at the women's empowerment, child protection, population control and family planning (DP3AP2KB) office in Wawo sub-district, totaling 55 employees. The research technique used is saturated samples. The instrument in this research is a questionnaire with a liter scale. Observation data collection techniques, questionnaires, literature study. The data analysis technique uses a validity test, a reliability test and then processed using SPSS. The results of the research show that work motivation has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the women's empowerment, child protection, population control and family planning (DP3AP2KB) office in Wawo sub-district.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the significant partial influence of Quality of Work-life on Employee Engagement, the significant partial influence of Job Satisfaction on Employee Engagement, the significant simultaneous influence of Quality of Work-life and Job Satisfaction on Employee Engagement of Generation Y in Bima Regency. The instrument in the study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this research are Millennial of Generation working in The Government office and The Grocery Stores in Bima Regency specially Lambu Subdistrict. They have age 39 year old (1981) and 27 year old (1996). This research use Lemeshow Formula to take some Sample because population in this research is not known exactly. The Sample in this research are amount 96 employees. Data collection techniques included observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, determination tests, t tests, and f tests with the help of SPSS version 16 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that 1) Quality of work life has a significant effect on the engagement of generation Y employees in Bima Regency. 2) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on the engagement of generation Y employees in Bima Regency. 3) Quality of work life and job satisfaction have a significant effect simultaneously on the engagement of generation Y employees in Bima Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of activity ratios on profitability at PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk. This type of research is associative. The research instrument used is a list of tables consisting of sales data, total assets, cash at the beginning of the year, cash at the end of the year, average cash, total fixed assets and net profit at PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk for 10 years, namely from 2013 to 2022. The population in this research is the financial statements of PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk has been listed on the IDX from 1990 to 2022, which is 23 years. The sample in this research is the financial report of PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk for 10 years, namely from 2013 to 2022. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use documentation and literature study. The sata analysis technique uses the t test and f test. The research results show that Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Cash Turnover (CTO) and Fixed Asset Turnover (FATO) influence Return On Assets (ROA) at PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk.
