Abstract

This study is entitled "The Effect of Dosage of Chicken Cage fertilizers on the growth and results of the onional plant (Allium Ascalonicum L)". The needs of society against onions will continue to increase along with the increase in the population. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of dose of chicken cage fertilizer against growth and results of onion crops. This study uses randomized design (RAK) and was conducted on June 05 until 26 August 2021 consisting of 6 treatment and each treatment was repeat 4, thereby 24 experimental units. P0 = No cockpils of chicken, P1 = 3t/ha chicken chief fertilizer, P2 = 6t/ha pink cage fertilizer, P3 = 9t/ha pink sufferell, P4 = 12t /ha pink feather cake, p5 = 15t/ha chicken cage fertilizer. The treatment of chicken coexisthood is a real effect of parameters of the number of leaves and influentials are very real to the high plant (cm), the number of per cent plates (bh), the amount of tubers per plant (bh), fresh weight of the plant (g), dry weight of ginnous per bamps per plant. (G), and dry weight obs burnt per plant (g) and dosage of dye of chicken cage fever 12 t/ha gives the growth and best results to fresh weight of tuling per plant, 55.88 g, dry weight of burnt per gulf plant is 52.30 g and dry weight of obs bulbers 27.59 g

Abstract

Abstrak UMKM atau Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah, merupakan jenis usaha yang memegang peranan penting dalam perekonomian negara. UMKM atau Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah, merupakan jenis usaha yang memegang peranan penting dalam perekonomian negara. Digitalisasi adalah penggunaan teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas dalam bisnis. Penerapan digitalisasi dalam UMKM dapat membantu meningkatkan akses pasar, mempercepat proses bisnis, dan memungkinkan inovasi dalam produk dan layanan. Toko Ibuk Nopik dan Toko Buk Luh Letriani adalah UMKM yang bergerak di bidang penjualan keperluan upacara adat Bali. Kedua toko tersebut sudah lama beroperasi di desa Buduk, namun masih memiliki kendala dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan keterampilan pengelolaan bisnis. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut penulis menyelenggarakan program pengabdian masyarakat dengan judul “Pengembangan Digitalisasi Marketing UMKM Produk Upakarya Yadnya Di Desa Buduk, Mengwi, Badung”. Program ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk membantu pengembangan UMKM di desa tersebut melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Penyelenggaraan program dilaksanakan dengan 4 tahap yaitu tahap observasi, persiapan, pelaksanaan dan Monitoring dan diskusi. Berdasarkan hasil penyelenggaraan program, tujuan yang diharapkan telah tercapai dan kedua UMKM tersebut telah berhasil dibuatkan website dan juga pendaftaran di Google Maps. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Toko Ibu Nopik dan Toko Ibu Luh Letriani yang beralamat di Banjar Sengguan Desa Buduk telah terselenggara dengan baik dan tujuan yang diharapkan telah tercapai.

Abstract

This research is entitled "The Effect of Giving NaCl Solution on the Growth of Celery Plants (Apium Graveoloens L.)". The purpose of this research is to determine the response to the growth of celery plants with the application of NaCl solution and to determine the appropriate concentration of solution to provide the best response to the growth and yield of celery plants. This research was conducted for three months starting from October 2023 to December 2023. The method used in this research was the Randomized Group Design (RAK) method with six treatments, namely 0 g/1 L salt water treatment (NaCl 0), treatment salt 1.5 g/1 L water (NaCl 1), salt treatment 3 g/1 L water (NaCl 2), salt treatment 4.5 g/1 L water (NaCl 3), salt treatment 6 g/1 L air (NaCl 4), salt treatment 7.5 g/1 L water (NaCl 5) with four repetitions. The results of the research showed that the use of NaCl solution has a very real influence on the parameters of plant height, number of stalks, number of tillers, root length, plant fresh weight and oven dry weight. With other treatments shown by the average number of observation parameters, the highest results were shown in the fifth treatment (NaCl 4), namely the average plant height was 44.30/cm, number of leaves was 47.25/piece, number of stalks was 9, 75/stem, number of tillers 3.00/stem, root length 19.13/cm, total fresh weight of plant 32.25/g, oven dry weight of plant 14.50/g.

Abstract

Brassica juncea L. or commonly called mustard greens is one of the most popular types of vegetables in Indonesia, because this mustard is one of the varieties that contain various health benefits. This study aims to determine "Response of Growth and Yield of Green Mustard (Brassica Juncea L.) due to the application of cow manure and cow biourine". The method used is a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with factorial treatment with 2 treatment factors. Factor 1: Dosage of cow manure with 5 levels, namely K0 (without cow manure), K1 (cow manure 30 g / 10 kg of soil), K2 (cow manure 60g / 10 kg of soil), K3 (cow manure) 90 g / 10 kg of soil), and K4 (cattle manure 120 g / 10 kg of soil). Factor 2: the concentration of cow biourine with 5 levels, namely B0 (without cow biorine), B1 (cow biorine 80 ml / 1 liter of water), B2 (bovine biorine 160 ml / 1 liter of water), B3 (cow biorine 240 ml / 1 liter water), and B4 (beef biorine 320 ml/1 liter of water). The results showed that the treatment with doses of 120 g / 10 kg of soil (K4) gave the best growth compared to other treatment with doses of manure for all observation parameters such as plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), leaf area. (cm²), total plant fresh weight (g), total plant oven dry weight (g), fresh weight without plant roots (g), and oven dry weight without plant roots (g). as well as the treatment with 320 ml / 1 liter of water (B4) concentration of cow biourine

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of applying Cow Manure Organic Fertilizer on the growth and yield of green bean plants and determine the dose of cow dung organic fertilizer with the best results. This study was conducted for 2 months starting from December 18, 2022 to February 25, 2023. The method used in this study used a randomized block design (RBD) with six (6) treatments, repeated four times (4), so there were 24 polybags. The treatment used was no organic fertilizer, (P0) = no organic cow manure (25 g/polybag), (p2) = 10 tons/ha organic cow manure (50 g/polybag), (p3) = 15 tons/ ha organic cow manure (75 g/polybag), (p4) = 20 tonnes/ha organic cow manure (100 g/polybag), (p5)= 25 tonnes/ha organic cow manure (125 g/polybag). The results showed that the organic fertilizer treatment of cow dung had a very significant effect on all observed parameters. The application of several types of organic fertilizers has a very significant effect on the parameters of plant height, number of plant leaves, number of branches, leaf area, number of pods, number of filled pods, seed fresh weight, fresh case weight, oven dry weight of seeds oven dry weight and the best dose. Cow dung organic fertilizer which influences the growth and yield of mung bean (Vigna radianta L.) is the treatment of 15 tonnes/ha (75g/polybag) and the yield of seed fresh weight (15.12 g) and seed oven dry weight (8, 59g).

Abstract

Tumbuhan purnajiwa (Kopsia sp.) yakni spesies tumbuh-tumbuhan dari famili Apocinaceae yang memiliki potensi sebagai antijamur alami. Tujuan studi ini yakni menelaah kandungan fitokimia ekstrak buah purnajiwa serta aktivitas antijamur ekstrak etanol buah purnajiwa terhadap F. oxysporum f.sp. cubense. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2022 hingga September 2022. Analisis fitokimia dilaksanakan dengan “kromatografi gas-spektrofotometri massa (GC-MS)”. Studi ini yakni percobaan faktorial tunggal, disusun menurut Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yangmana terdapat 17 perlakuan yang diantaranya diulangi dalam tiga kali. Perlakuan tersebut adalah ekstrak buah Purnajiwa dengan konsentrasi   0,1; 0,2; 0,3; 0,4; 0,5; 0,6; 0,7; 0,8; 0,9; 1; 2,5; 5; 10; 15; dan 20%; kontrol positif mankozeb 0,5%, dan kontrol negatif yaitu larutan etanol 96%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ekstrak buah Purnajiwa memiliki kandungan berbagai asam lemak, alkaloid, dan bersifat antijamur. Dihasilkan pada pengujian MIC bahwasanya  di konsentrasi 0,8% sudah memiliki efek penghambatan terhadap jamur “F. oxysporum f.sp. cubense”, dan di konsentrasi 20% memberikan aktivitas penghambatan dengan diameter 14,53 mm. Ekstrak buah purnajiwa pada konsentrasi 10% memberikan aktivitas penghambatan yang tergolong kuat dan tak beda nyata dengan konsentrasi 15% dan 20%. Terdapat kecendrungan peningkatan konsentrasi ekstrak buah Purnajiwa menyebabkan meningkatnya penghambatan pada jamur “F. oxysporum f.sp. cubense”.

Abstract

Celery (Apium graveolens) is a high-value vegetable crop in Indonesia, favored by many consumers. However, its production remains relatively low due to suboptimal cultivation techniques. One contributing factor is the lack of appropriate fertilization practices, which directly affect plant growth and yield. This study aimed to (1) evaluate the effect of bokashi fertilizer on the growth of celery plants and (2) determine the optimal dose of bokashi fertilizer for enhancing celery growth and yield. A Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was used with six treatment levels: no fertilizer (P0), bokashi at 5 tons/ha (P1), 10 tons/ha (P2), 15 tons/ha (P3), 20 tons/ha (P4), and 25 tons/ha (P5), each replicated four times for a total of 24 experimental units. The results indicated that bokashi fertilizer significantly influenced all measured growth parameters, including plant height (cm), number of leaves, root length (cm), total fresh weight (g), and oven-dry weight (g). Among the treatments, the application of 75 g of bokashi per 10 kg of soil produced the best results across all observed variables. These findings suggest that the appropriate use of bokashi fertilizer can substantially improve the growth and productivity of celery plants in Indonesia.

Abstract

ABSTRAKIndonesia memiliki ragam budaya yang sangat bervariasi, mulai dari etnis, agama, tradisi, kesenian, sampai pada industri tekstil. Salah Satu kebanggaan industr1 tekstil tradisional Bali adalah kain tenun ikat yang disebut Endek dan Songket Bali. Setiap kabupaten di Bali memiliki ciri khas desain yang menunjukkan karakter daerah masing-masing. Setiap kabupaten menonjolkan ciri khas daerahnya melalui goresan desain pada setiap lembar kain tenunnya. Keberagaman ini akhirnya menghasilkan corak yang sangat variatif sehingga memudahkan konsumen untuk menentukan pilihan. Selain itu persaingan penjualan menjadi sehat karena setiap hasil tenun daerah di Bali memiliki ciri khas. Program Pengembangan Produk Ekspor (PPPE) yang dilaksanakan oleh Universitas Mahasaraswati Denpasar bekerjasama dengan Politeknik Negeri Bali mengidentifikasi beberapa kendala pengerajin dalam melakukan pengembangan desain, dan teknik pewarnaan. Salah satu alternatif yang sudah mulai dipahami oleh beberapa pengerajin adalah teknik pewarnaan airbrush. Program pendampingan telah dilakukan di UD Anugrah dan UD Arta Darma dalam pewarnaan dengan teknik airbrush. Airbrush mempunyai banyak kegunaan yang sangat beragam. Contohnya adalah untuk memperbaiki foto, sebagai pengecatan seni arsitektur, pembuatan sampul majalah, mewarnai ukiran, dan desain sampul kaset. Tidak menutup kemungkinan juga untuk membuat iklan billboard, melukis diatas body otomotif, bahkan hingga tato. Air brush dapat digunakan secara beragam tergantung kreatifitas dari pengguna / pelukisnya. Pewarnaan dengan teknik airbrush pada kerajinan endek memberikan banyak keuntungan bagi pengerajin terutama pada proses pewarnaan akan lebih mudah, proses mendisain lebih cepat dengan kualitas pewarnaan yang tidak terlalu berbeda dengan pewarnaan alam, apalagi kalau desain kain endek menggunakan pewarnaan tiga dimensi.Kata kunci: Air brush, Endek, Desain, SongketABSTRACT Indonesia has a wide variety of cultures, ranging from ethnicity, religion, tradition, art, to the textile industry. One of the pride of the traditional Balinese textile industry is the woven cloth called Endek and Songket Bali. Each district in Bali has a characteristic design that shows the character of each region. Each district emphasizes the distinctive features of the region through strokes of design on each piece of woven fabric. This diversity eventually produces a very varied style that makes it easy for consumers to make choices. In addition, sales competition is healthy because every weaving area in Bali has its own characteristics. The Export Product Development Program (PPPE) carried out by Denpasar Mahasaraswati University in collaboration with the Bali State Polytechnic identified several constraints on craftsmen in developing designs, and coloring techniques. One alternative that has begun to be understood by some craftsmen is the Airbrush staining technique. Mentoring programs have been carried out at UD Anugrah and UD Arta Darma in coloring with Airbrush techniques. Air brush has many very diverse uses. An example is to improve photos, as painting art architecture, making magazine covers, coloring engravings, and cassette cover designs. It is also possible to make billboard advertisements, paint on automotive bodies, even tattoos. Air brush can be used in various ways depending on the creativity of the user / painter. Coloring with airbrush techniques on endek crafts provides many advantages for craftsmen, especially in the processing process, it will be easier, the process of designing faster with quality naan which is not too different from natural coloring, especially if the design of endek fabricuses three-dimensional coloringKeywords: Air brush, Endek, Design, Songket
