Abstract

Turnover always occurs in companies, if it continues to increase, it will be detriment. Organizational commitment is a psychological state that characterizes the relationship between employee and organizations, in which the employee believes and wants to accept the goals and will remain or leave the organization as well as reflects the loyalty to a sustainable organization at which employees express their concern for the organization success and progress. The present study aims to evaluate validity and reliability score from measuring instruments based on the theory of Allen and Meyer. The dimensions that are used as reference for making the measuring instrument include affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment. This study was conducted on 92 nurses by using simple random sampling technique. The measuring instrument was made by scaling using a Likert model. The measurement of validity and reliability score used Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) approach by PLS 3.3.2 software. The results showed that the organizational commitment measurement tool was declared valid and reliable as a measuring tool. There were 15 items dropped out of the 24 items tested.Keywords: Organizational Commitment; Validity; Reliability

Abstract

The research we conducted has the aim of examining the effect of Leadership Style and Work Stress on the performance of employees of KPP Madya Dua Semarang, and using job satisfaction as an intervening variable.This research is included in quantitative research with explanatory research type, by distributing questionnaires in the form of open and closed questions to employees of KPP Madya Semarang Dua as many as 112 people. The analysis technique used in this research is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS approach.The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction can mediate two independent variables, namely Leadership Style and Work Stress. In addition, leadership style has a significant direct effect on employee performance, while work stress has no direct effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Media sosial merupakan salah satu contoh dari bentuk perkembangan teknologi yang mempunyai banyak manfaat karena jangkauannya yang luas. Dalam hal pemasaran, media sosial dapat mempengaruhi persepsi masyarakat umum terhadap suatu produk atau jasa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak penggunaan media sosial terhadap strategi pemasaran RS Baptis Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier sederhana sebanyak 32 responden,. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh media sosial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dalam efektivitas strategi pemasaran RS Baptis Kediri. Tips bagi pihak rumah sakit untuk meningkatkan kualitas konten dan menciptakan desainer konten agar social media dapat bekerja maksimal di semua platform media.

Abstract

This program aims to train members of the Family Welfare Movement (PKK) in Kandangrejo Village to process natural materials, such as leaves and flowers, into high-value ecoprint bags. Empowering the community through the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on ecoprint is one of the solutions to enhance community creativity and economic resilience. The activity was held at the Kandangrejo Village Hall on January 8, 2025, using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method. This approach focuses on understanding and internalizing community assets, potentials, and strengths, and utilizing them independently and optimally by leveraging local resources, including the availability of natural materials, community creativity, and support from the village government. The stages of the program included village potential identification, ecoprint technique training, product development, and digital-based marketing. The training results showed improved participants' skills in transforming natural materials into attractive and eco-friendly ecoprint bags. The produced items exhibited high aesthetic value, making them competitive in both local and national markets. Evaluation through observation and interviews indicated a 92% satisfaction rate among participants, with most expressing increased confidence in developing ecoprint-based MSMEs. This program not only enhances creativity but also opens up new economic opportunities for the people of Kandangrejo Village. Program sustainability is expected to be achieved through ongoing mentoring, collaboration with business partners, and strengthening market access.

Abstract

In this era of a company, inventory is an important factor because a company's inventory will continuously be acquired, changed, and resold Tb. Rejo Mulyo is a company engaged in the business of buying and selling building materials. Which materials and building goods sold consist of various types of goods at different prices. Therefore it is important to plan stock inventory so that there is no stock buildup or delay. Based on the problems above, we need a stock prediction system that is in accordance with demand. Based on these problems, the researchers designed a web-based inventory system using the Naïve Bayes method. The Naïve Bayes method itself is an effective method for predicting inventory based on existing past data. so that it can produce predictive indicators correctly. After processing the prediction accuracy data using the confusion matrix, it produces an accuracy value of 61%, precision of 66% and recall of 50%, which means that the prediction is said to be successful. With this the naïve Bayes method can help us in predicting the determination of the stock of building goods in Tb. Rejo Mulyo

Abstract

            Kebahagiaan merupakan suatu hal yang penting dalam kehidupan individu tanpa melihat batas usia dan jenis kelamin, kebahagiaan merupakan wujud kesempurnaan, sehingga banyak orang yang berusaha mewujudkannya.kebahagiaan adalah perasaan positif yang akan mendorong seseorang untuk melakukan berbagai tindakan yang positif. Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk menganalisis makna kebahagiaan mahasiswa perempuan di Yogyakarta. Sejumlah 74 mahasiswa di Yogyakarta mengisi kuesioner dengan pertanyaan terbuka dan informasi mengenai data diri. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kombinasi metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan indigenous psychology, pendekatan dilihat dari sudut pandang budaya lokal, yang memungkinkan untuk melihat setiap fenomena sesuai dengan konteks terkait. Respon dikategorikan berdasarkan persamaan tema. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kategorisasi makna kebahagiaan pada perempuan adalah peristiwa yang berhubungan dengan nilai Kebermanfataan,Religiusitas, kesuksesan, keluarga, kenyamanan, dicintai, sehat, dan lain-lain.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the characteristics of biopellets made from the raw material of dried cow dung waste with cassava peel starch as an adhesive. The research method was carried out experimentally through several stages: raw material preparation, drying of cow dung under sunlight for 14 days, mixing with variations of cassava peel starch adhesive of 10%, 30%, and 50%, molding using a hydraulic press with pressures of 50, 60, and 70 kg, and testing the characteristics of the biopellets. The parameters tested included calorific value, moisture content, combustion rate, and ash content. The results showed that variations in adhesive levels and molding pressure affected the quality of the biopellets. The calorific value obtained ranged from 2,795.4 to 3,595.9 cal/g, moisture content 9.5–12.5%, combustion rate 0.74–1.71 g/min, and ash content 0.90–1.20%. In conclusion, biopellets from cow dung with the addition of cassava peel starch adhesive have characteristics that are feasible to be developed as an environmentally friendly alternative fuel.

Abstract

Islamic stocks in Indonesia face challenges in portfolio management due to the limited number of issuers and low diversification. The change in market regime from bullish to bearish makes the portfolio more vulnerable, especially since some investors do not understand the concept of portfolio and the importance of determining optimal asset weighting. In addition, the allocation strategy used tends to be static and minimizes the utilization of sharia-based technical analysis, making investment decisions less responsive to market dynamics. This study aims to compare the performance of two portfolio allocation algorithms, which integrate Markov-switching models and Heiken Ashi candlestick patterns for trend identification, respectively. The research method used is a quantitative approach with experimental techniques or computational simulations that aim to test the performance of the algorithm in producing optimal portfolio weights. The portfolio model developed is an extension of the Markowitz model with two different integration approaches, namely the Markov-switching model and the Heiken Ashi candlestick pattern. Portfolio weight optimization on each algorithm is performed using the Generalized Reduced Gradient (GRG) method. The Markov-switching model is a time series model used to identify changes in the average market regime. In contrast, the Heiken Ashi pattern is used to detect trend changes in stock price movements. The time series data used consists of daily stock prices of Islamic stocks listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) during the period January 2019 to August 2022, obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study finds that the Markowitz model integrated with the Markov-switching model is able to effectively identify market regimes and improve efficiency in portfolio weight optimization. These findings provide valuable insights for Islamic equity investors in their risk mitigation efforts while helping to align expected returns with long-term investment strategies that are adaptive to bullish and bearish market conditions.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan omset produksi pada Industri Keripik Pisang Cantik Manis melalui program otomatisasi mesin produksi dan pemsaran digital. Kegiatan bekerja sama dengan Industri Keripik Pisang Cantik Manis di Desa Pomahan, Baureno, Bojonegoro menggunakan melalui tahap survey awal, sosialisasi, pelatihan dan penerapan teknologi, pendampingan, serta evaluasi. Pada kegiatan ini ditemukan produksi keripik pisang yang masih menggunakan  metode manual, sehingga kapasitas produksi terbatas, serta pemasaran tradisional sehingga susah untuk menjangkau pasar yang luas. Terdapat dua fokus utama pada program ini, yaitu: otomatisasi proses produksi dan pemasaran secara digital. Hasil pelaksanaan program menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan kapasitas produksi hingga mencapai 300%, dari yang sebelumnya mampu menghasilkan 200 kg/jam, kini dapat menghasilkan 600 kg/jam. Dari segi pemasaran juga terjadi peningkatan sangat pesat yang mana dapat mengimbangi peningkatan kapasitas dan hasil produksi.
