Abstract

Abstract Women have the right to obtain higher education and other rights as men. This study about "Feminism Based On The Hegemony of Gender Found In The Autobiography of Gadis Arivia” focuses on the analyzes of the Autobiography of Gadis Arivia book, it is about hegemony of gender. The purpose of this article is to analyze the hegemony of Gadis Arivia Book. A descriptive-qualitative methodology was employed in this investigation. Documentation and library research are used in this approach of study. The population of the study is the readers of the Gadis Arivia book, and the study's sample is its reflection section. The analysis shows that this interesting story is full of efforts to fight for women's emancipation so that they are equal to men.

Abstract

The tobacco farming sector in Kedung Dowo Village has an important role in village development, because the average farmer owns a tobacco farm so that the existence of farmer groups is needed to facilitate activities and communication among fellow tobacco farmers. One of the tobacco farmer groups in Kedung Dowo Village is the Sumber Sari Farmers Group. The purpose of this study was to analyze the income of tobacco farming in Kedung Dowo Village and to determine the relationship between the role of farmer groups on tobacco farming. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method with analysis using t-test analysis and sperm rank correlation. Based on the results of the study using t-test analysis showed that there was a significant difference in the income of tobacco farming who joined the farmer group and those who did not join the farmer group. Meanwhile, based on the Spearman rank correlation test, the role of cooperation has a strong relationship with increasing income. Key-words: Income, Spearman Rank, Tobacco                INTISARI                  Sektor pertanian tembakau di Desa Kedung Dowo memiliki peranan yang cukup penting dalam pembangunan desa, karena rata–rata petani memiliki usahatani tembakau sehingga, keberadaan kelompok tani dibutuhkan untuk memudahkan aktivitas dan komunikasi antar sesama petani tembakau.Salah satu kelompok tani tembakau di Desa Kedung Dowo adalah Kelompok Tani Sumber Sari. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pendapatan usaha tani tembakau di Desa Kedung Dowo serta mengetahui hubungan peran kelompok tani terhadap usaha tani tembakau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif  kuantitatifdengan analisis menggunakan analisis uji t dan korelasi Spearman rank. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan analisa uji t menunjukkan bahwa ada beda nyata pendapatan usahatani tembakau yang ikut kelompok tani dan yang tidak ikut kelompok tani.  Sedangkan berdasarkan uji korelasi Spearman rank, peran kerjasama memiliki hubungan yang kuat terhadap peningkatan pendapatan. Kata kunci: Pendapatan, Spearman Rank, Tembakau

Abstract

The development of hardware and software technology has developed rapidly in recent years. Currently, companies are still experiencing difficulties in processing data and information. Spare parts that are not available when needed can hinder maintenance and repair plans. For this reason, controlling spare parts inventory in the Asia Jaya Motor workshop company is very necessary to maintain the quality of goods. Asia Jaya Motor Workshop is a business operating in the automotive sector, where this place cannot be separated from an accurate information system. However, data management still uses manual methods, seeing the problems that occur at the Asia Jaya Motor Karawang Workshop, very high accuracy, convenience and speed are needed. The aim of this research is to obtain an effective and efficient spare parts inventory analysis so that spare parts procurement and control plans can be accurate in supporting maintenance and repair programs. The data collection techniques for this research are library research and field research. So, the total cost of spare parts inventory in the 2011-2014 period according to the Economic Order Quantity method for each spare part has increased. The total cost (total cost) of spare parts inventory according to the Economic Order Quantity method is lowest in the 2021 period and the total cost (total cost) of spare parts inventory is the highest in the 2023 period.
